bagus mungkin sebab akan turun harga, tapi kena ingat bila tu berlaku syarat pinjaman memang ketat ...

Mybe betul la tu kot.....susah rakyat marhem ni nk dpt untung klu sesuatu tu brlaku...balik2 yg kayo2 jugok yg cekau.

Wana pun tengok trend tu mcm tu..developer buat rumah mahal sebab buat yg medium cost pun xmampu beli juga.. Alang2 buat mahal terus
Cuma kan bam..kalo financial mudah sangat pun galak spekulasi jugak bam..kena ada balance l..so susah nak kata bam

betol tu..
jgn la happy sgt kalau harge rumah turun ... sbb turunnye hanya sikit. tu pun pd rumah subsale je.
nak beli rumah subsale plak kena sediakan cash byk utk bayar 10% deposit, S&P & lawyer caj lagi.

Jika harga rumah turun disebabkan oleh kawalan loan yg ketat, maka lgi ramai yg x dpt beli... loan tak lepas.
so yg untung org2 kaya gak .. mrk akan beli lgi byk rumah. mcm yg terjadi diawal tahun 2000, selepas kegawatan 1998.

betul lah...rumah memang mahal....hari tu aku tanya satu kondo duplex kat kawasan klcc, dia nak 2.4 jota...
celaka betul mahal....susah lah dapat loan kalau camni...
