Dulu2 adergak rajin ikot senaman ni , sbb saya punyer lemak mmg kental , jadi kene exercise  high density atau senaman gila2 , x bleh lemah lembut , sbb senaman lemah lembut mmg x jalan langsung  , ni antara nyer
kalau ni dh master boleh pindah ni pulak



Sammbil bersenam  sambil tu boleh belajar pertahanan diri ...

Mmg berkesan utk saya, 6 hari seminggu ,3 bulan straight .. walopon makan tibai .....sekg dh x buat sebb asma , plus penyakit malas merebak dgn pantas ... lemak kembali menyerang heheheh

Kalau dh bosan tukar ....

bulehfefelin j.lo heheh

Aperpon mesti rajin tujer ubat kurus paling berkesan .... ubat kurus fancy2 kt pasaran tu nan hado jer ...

Kalau mcm tu tukar la cara pemakanan..
Lebihkn mkn sayuran yg ade serat
Senang tuk buang semula
Minum byk air putih dan kurangkn manisan
Bln pose dh dekat,cuba tukar menu then amalkn sepanjang masa bkn bln pose saja
Boleh kn yg penting niat kita,insyaAllah

sambil2 jaga pemakanan & exercise ~ cuba laa makan vitamin Shaklee.

insha-Allah akan nmpak penurunan yg diharapkan. makanan jaga, senaman buat, dan jaga dari dalam ~ kejap je dapat hasil yg diharapkan.

TT, i pnh diet nasi selama lebih kurang 3 bulan kot klu tak silap
bila lunch i amik sup2, kdg ratah ikan bakar ataupn ayam goreng ataupn apape je selain nasi
belah malam i tak makan (sbb blk keje da pnt, pas mandi tido)
oh ya, utk sarapan i mkn kuih atau roti atau bihun goreng
kiranya i tak pantang byk
i cuma pantang nasi, ais n air gas
yg lain bedal jugak
every week dlm 20 minet psg lagu pastu joget2 dlm umah je
umah tgkt 7 (biasa tak guna lif, naik turun tangga je)
tatau la nk kata berbaloi ke tidak, turun dlm 10 kilo aa (but ok sgt da for me)
berat ideal
pastu maintainkan je

nk kurus nk slim kena jaga makan je.. kalau harapkan workout tp makan bedal semua mmg x kuruslah..

babe, sometimes it's due to ur hormon it think. been there. iols wat segala cara, x turun2. hatta berpuasa.

ape yg iols wat, iols replace my bfast & dinner the protein shake. tgh hari je mkn. pastu minum air bebanyak. pastu makan buah & sayur. aktiviti plak, iols tukar dari pegi gym biase ke kickboxing. mmg wat intense training.hari2 iols join for 2 hours. mula2 mmg rasa cm nak mampos. lama2 bila dah didik badan cmtu, so ok je. lepas pada tu, alhamdulillah..mkn byk,naik. kurang makan,exercise,turun . kira ada la bergerak jarum penimbang tu & bila pakai baju pon terasa bezanye.

skrng, ape yg iols wat, jaga makan,minum air masak bebanyak.kurangkan gula.itu yg WAJIB buat. pastu exercise hari2.iols wat jumping rope. start waktu bln posa hari tu best. sahur mkn yogurt, berbuka mkn buah dlm qty yg byk. lps pada tu br mkn cm ikan bakar ke,or any protein & soup.no kuih muih atau murtabak atau segala tu sume sbb kt tmpat iols xde bazar ramadan .pastu exercise iols wat sejam setengah sebelum berbuka. intense training. first week x brape nampak sgt.second week puasa..fuhhh!! turun byk!!
