Dulu saya ad nk sewa umah...bru byr deposit sblan..cari dlm mudah gk..then g tgok umah n sign agreements..time sign agreement tu saya tnya dia if cancel cmne duit deposit tu..then dia kata akan refund dlm masa 20 hari..time tu lebih dari 4 saksi..dia kata deposit tuk ag 2 bulan tu time nk ambik kunci umah bru byr..okay la..then saya dh readykn cek..then msg si bini dia kata cek dh ready..then dia dorang x trima cek so cancel..then tnya r bila dpt duit blik..so jadi r cm kes lala888..duk bg alasan..dari bulan 6 smpai bulan 9..bulan 9 tu dia kata dh masuk kn duit..then minx pnyata xde..xnk bg..padahal mmg xde pun masuk kn duit..pastu cabar suruh ambik tindakan undang2 la..tup tap tup tap duk bg alasan smpai bulan 11 dia kata refund tu atas budi bicara plak-.-" wtf! Dia kata dh masuk kn then tetiba bulan 11 dia kata atas budi bicara plak?-.-" so ad yg sudi mmbantu tak? Bukti mmg ad..segala conversation saya ngn dia ada.. document tu pun ad..

So, skg kes awak dah sapai mana.. Solution daripada Nabil ada kata apa2? Bulih wat 1 group nnt kalau bawa isu ni ke tengah, kita pakat2 suma ... Kes yang sama jadik mangsa pada mereka2 ini

We lived there for almost 1 year 3 months because of the convinience spot and also the rental is cheap . Only RM600 per month. But since Dian's born we didnt felt so cosy there anymore because she develop a rashes cause by the hot weather and the dust that got into the house during daytime. I saw this very convincing advertistment regarding an Real Estate Agent who can find an affordable apartment just accros the street. So I called En. Ahmad Nabil Zakaria and we meet and I give him RM500 for the deposit. He said if either party is decline the offer, then my deposit will be refunded within 30 days. After hubby back from Sudan, we decided to prostponed our plan to October or November. So I called En. Ahmad and faxed to him a letter ( that time he still work with propmark Realty in Brickfields) to ask for my refund. And Alhamdulilah he gave it back to me then I think he is a honest man . But when my hubby ask them again to find us an apartment on October 2006 and meet his wife Puan Efalinie, he also give the RM500 deposit to her and she promised to find us a nice apartment and we can moved in on 1st October. But then fews days before that, both of them switch off their Handphone and very -very hard to reach them. Then she sent my hubby sms saying that the apartment will only be ready on 12th of October. Then when the time cames, we have difficulty to contact them again. Then she sms us that it change to 15th of October. Since our previsous owner already get a new tenant we were so afraid if we will be homeless if they didnt fufill their promised to us. They off their Handphone and we have to go to the management office to find a new apartment on our own. Syukur ALHAMDULIAH we got one and they agreed to let us in on 15th of October. Thank you En. Ridzuan from Nakon Management office. I try to sent a letter by courier to the agent and I was suprised this morning the courier agent called and inform us that the security guard at the Pantai Panorama inform us that both of this husband and wife is a cheater and they do Real Estate Scam. A lot of people searching for them. Hearing that I was so disapointed about their Un -profesional Act, while they themself looks like a educated and honest people. They also have 2 children. Worst is , I'm the one who suggest hubby to ask for their service because last time En. Ahmad didint cheat me, and I believe him. But hen, when this happened we only can pray to ALLAH to show us the way. I hope they will return the money ASAP. Since that is not a big amount and I hope they realise that if people made police report , their future and their children future will be badly affected. Since she never answer her Hp anymore and also after the terribel news from the condo guard, we decided to lodge a police report, and for me as always, I believe the power of Media, so I will published their scam on the paper. Its hard to hate somebody. I dont like this feeling. But we have to proceed so next time nobody will became their victim anymore. [size=-2]

Alahai kenapa la baru terjumpa post ni saya Pon da kena tipu dengan diorang. Diorg delay refund deposit rumah saya dah setahun dah...  Ni nak bawa kes ke mahkamah tuntutan kecil..
