ada tips dr fb aku baca..letak lauk dulu dlm pinggan..nasi last..sbb bila dah letak lauk..space nasi skit je tinggal berbanding letak nasi awal2

Owh.. Ha aa.. Hakak ler yang eksesais masa preggy dari week 8 sampai 40 weeks... Dgn variation eksesais ikut kesesuaian berat baby dan keadaan badan..

Skang akak dalam pantang.. Tengah eksesais utk kuatkan pelvic floor ngn abs sblm start masuk gym balik

berat saya dulu roughly 70kg dengan tinggi at only 152cm i'm quite huge..okay, bkn quite lagi memang huge la haha. 1 week after diet(senam + control food portions) turun 68kg..took almost 5 months nak turun kan ke 56kg. after balik umrah on early june 2013 turun 52kg .. until now berat saya maintain at 49~50 kg ..
tgh cuba nak turun to 45kg

workout saya buat cardio to burn fats, eclipse trainer, angkat dumbell, i cycled a lot..during the early 3 months stage dok cycle (guna eclipse trainer je la) for almost average 8km everyday and i dont take fast foods waktu early stage ni

makan nasi sekali sehari segenggam. tapi saya suka coklat so saya makan kit-kat small pack yg tulis 90cals per pack tu everyday hehehe. air manis jarang minum. plain water ambil 3.2 ~ 4L everyday

everyday baca successful stories dekat page kevin zahri sbb berangan plus amik semangat orang lain hehe. bukan senang nak kurus i admit that. kena discipline kan diri kuat2 sbb mmg banyak cabaran hehe be it cabaran dari orang sekeliling or cabaran makanan tu sendiri hehe

Sy pun dlm misi nak trunkan berat badan..sy control mkn..nasi sy ambik sekali sehari dlm 1genggam..ptg roti wheat grain 1@2 keping..mlm ambik oat je.. tp masalah sy 1 je..malas nak senam..tp bla bca apa yg kucing share ni trus semangat..mmg kna brsenam jga wlau mcm mna pun..

Mmg kena senam pn..x leh lari gak..lagi satu kna ada target nk kurangkn brapa dlm tempoh sekian2..basicnya..nk kurangkn 1kg=7700kcal..kevinzahri cadangkn 1kg seminggu itu adalah.normal..7700kcal /7 =1100kcal sehari..klau ko kurangkn mkn je pn aku yakin around 500-600kcal je kurang..x capai 1kg seminggu..blh diet makan je tp x healthy sbb ko kurang mkn makanan,jd lesu dan x bertenaga..klau campur senam,kira seimbang..aku dulu stat diet makan gk mula2..bila masukkn senaman..jd berat lg turun..masukkn hiit..lagi la cpt turun berat..huhuhu Last edited by tiramisuu on 20-12-2013 08:51 PM

Tp kan wlaupun krangkan mkan pun xda la plak jd lesu or apa ke...sy mmg dr dlu xska mnum air2 manis..mmg mnum air kosong je..air2 karbonat pun sy xmnum..jd bab dugaan mkn mmg xda apa bg sy...tp tu la bab senam je..tp dlm mggu ni mmg da mla brsenam..mula dr 30 mnit dlu nnt bru upkan masa..harap2 bleh trunkan berat badan..

Itu la.. Mmg akak eksesais cam biasa, siap join zumba party 3 jam... Huhuhu... Lepas tau preggy, akak stop kejap week 5-8, tp sempat lak travel gi nz masa tu, huhuhu... Bila stop eksesais, badan jd sakit2 morning sickness makin teruk, then doc akak advice to continue eksesais with modified options.. Setiap kali join kelas eksesais, infom instructor dulu supaya dia bley monitor n kasi pregnancy options....

sy actually ada baca keburukan diet menerusi mkn saje tapi lupa kat mane dah..since awak nk stat senam jgk, xpe la..good luck!

teringat tadi membelek fb info diet

Terdapat 2 situasi:

Ali dan Abu masing-masing mempunyai keperluan kalori seharian adalah 2000kcal.

Untuk menurunkan berat badan, Ali dan Abu harus mencipta defisit kalori sebanyak 500 kalori. So total kalori yang perlu diambil dalam masa sehari adalah 1500kcal.

Cuma cara Ali dan Abu menghasilkan defisit kalori sedikit berbeza.

Teknik Ali:

Pengambilan diet seharian Ali ambil 2000 kalori. Dan bersenam setengah jam dapat  membakar 500 kalori. So total kalori seharian Ali adalah 1500kcal.

Teknik Abu:

Abu tiada masa bersenam. Dia just diet sahaja. Abu hadkan kemasukkan kalori menurusi diet. So total kalori seharian Abu adalah 1500kcal.

Hasilnya?

Ya, memang Ali dan Abu dapat menurunkan berat badan.

TAPI

Ali memiliki beberapa kelebihan sebab Ali membuat senaman.

Antara kelebihan yang Ali dapat adalah:

- Bentuk badan yang lebih baik.
- Metabolisma meningkat
- Lebih banyak lemak di bakar
- Kadar 'fitness' meningkat.

Kesimpulannya?

Anda boleh ikut cara Ali atau Abu yang penting ia dapat membahagiakan diri anda

since tt cakap "ramai yg tak benarkan rose excercise, takut rose conceive, takut rose dok workout2, gugur nanti. so jadi lah makan tido makan tido"

Sy pun ada like fb info diet..bnyk panduan sy dpt dr stu la..tp tahap senaman admin syorkan tu bnyk sy xbleh nak ikut lg..buat msa skrg ni sy cma mula dgn jogging..lompat bntang n skipping sja..sy xnak mulakan dgn senaman yg berat2..sy tkut bdan sy xbleh trima ja..berat badan sy 90kg..tp alhamdulilah sy xda masalah kesihatan..

saya dulu 78kg kan..saya buat camni

2minggu pertama- jaga makan shj
kemudian- threadmill kat umah 15minit->threadmill 20minit->threadmill 30 minit..kemudian threadmill 2 sessi dgn 30minit satu sessi..pagi lepas solat subuh( tu waktu paling bagus sbb perut kosong..dan sepjg saya senam pagi ptg malam ngan tgh malam..pagi plg rasa senang nk buat)

bulan pertama- turun 3kg

bulan kedua buat hitt sbb berat statik utk seminggu..tak turun tak naik..hiit tu sy buat sebulan..so bulan kedua -turun 5.8kg

bulan ketiga- byk malas senam..cuma byk tukar makanan kpd healthy food

bulan keempat- masukkan pelbagai senaman sbb dah boring threadmill wpn effective..saya masukkan senaman regangan/skipping/cycling/ angkat botol air mineral sbb x beli dumbell lagi..smpi la skrg..sy cuba buat sehari sejam..dgn 20minit senaman regangan..dah selebihnya skipping/cycling/threadmill

skrg berat 65kg.huhu..jauh lagi since saya target 49kg bulan 3 nanti
semua ni buat kat umah

Wajib minyak advice doc and instructors.. Sbb doc yg akan check whether u're fit for exercise ke tak.. Dia akan scan n check conditon dulu.. Then dia rekemen or advice canne... Kalo bley, nasihat doc kat klinik ni bukan bley pakai sgt... Mintak advice from gynae is better... Doc biasa pun ade je bg advice ikut teori voodoo (teori ngarut)... The one knows best for pregnancy advice is still gynae la... Then your gym instructors... Dont worry, bukan kita sorang je yg pregnant diorang kena monitor, dah bagai2 jenis org n maybe diorg sendiri bley advice cemane...

Btw, kena ingat time pregnant xleh buat c crunch utk abs or bicycle crunch... Side crunch ok lg.... Pastu sauna is a big no -no throughout pregnancy...  C crunch tu himpit talipusat baby so limit supply makan or oxygen to baby... Sauna plak increase core temperature and dehydrate.. so bahaya utk baby jugak..

A'kum.. Bunny mmg tgh diet. My wedding is late March. My seamstress dah bising2 dgn latest ukuran. Dia suruh diet. Since last Sunday I only had one small portion of roast beef & tiny broccoli.  Monday lunchtime (4ptg) I had maggi kari with egg & english tea. Mlm x sentuh apa2 but perut asyik protest jer. Tuesday I only had a cup of hot chocolate while waiting for my train & 2 apple during breakfast & lunch. Wednesday 2 apple & biscuit. Time nie my tummy yg bloated started shrunked. Mlm tu date had small portion of rice with spicy sczehuan beef & sizzling black pepper. Mkn pun stop. But rasa nak muntah pun ada sb tak biasa mkn. Thursday relax sket sebab stress dgn kerja so beside 1 apple I had pasta lobster & petang I had sushi. I felt so bloatef. So today I aim to eat less so recover. Hari nie ada mkn sket kid portion of egg rice dgn left over spicy beef last Wednesdsy & tadi utk mkn mlm Bunny mkn sebiji epal. I do admit at office I do drink a lot of water,  chamomile tea & at home drink english tea ( milk & sugar). I thinky bloating is also cause by Carbs & meat so I need to reduce these. Hopefully musim sejuk nie I can burn my fat naturally & start working out more

45 tu still within normal bmi=19.5 tapi rasanya nanti macam kurus sgt plk kan..skrg ni rasanya okay jgk or maybe i should maintain at this current weight. skrg 49.3kg with bmi=21.3 .. kawan2 dah tak bagi kurus lagi diorg kata kurus2 sgt pon tak lawa..hehe

hehe ketat jgk diet awak..saya makan nasi sekali je sehari(itu pun mmg sbb dah terbiasa before) tapi yang lain2 memang makan banyak jgk. mmg pemakan orangnya hik3 ;p

so roughly saya akan makan mcm dekat bawah ni everyday:-

breakfast: 2keping sandwich telur dengan salad + dutch lady low fat milk(small pack) - breakfast ni blh tahan perut saya smpi pukul 2ptg
lunch: nasi putih segenggam + sayur + seketul ayam/ikan
petang: ratah lauk(sebab mak masak so kena makan jugak hihi) seketul ayam or ikan + sayur
dessert: coklat kit-kat (small pack)
in between: plain water
workout at around 9:00pm (1 hour+): cardio training(tgk kat youtube @ eclipse trainer @ dumbell)

so sis moral of the story..kalau saya yang kuat makan ni boleh buat..sis mesti boleh jugak in syaa-Allah

senam tu klu dapat 20mins everyday pon okay at least move your body. saya nak senang, saya suka park kereta jauh2 dekat office so i have to walk. kalau nak pergi ladies, sengaja tanak pergi ladies dkt floor sendiri(ground floor), saya naik tangga to 3rd floor hahah..nak turun berat takleh stress2 sangat..kena happy2 and have fun with it
