plan broadband maxis SKMM pun dah tak boleh pakai
kalau sebelum ni, subcribe broadband RM25/month dapat kuota 1 gib. lepas habis kuota masih boleh guna,
cuma internet connection jadi slow.. kira ok lagi sebab boleh surf internet untuk sebulan
tapi skang, habis kuota terus kena terminated. jahanam bukan? 1 gib tu saya guna untuk 1 hari. lagi 29 hari? cirit

Suami aku selalu kena msa dia gna prepaid broadband bulanan tu,wlupn dh tolak kedit lepas
subscribe selama seminggu atau sebulan,tp maxis ttp tolak kedit atas alasan kata melebihi limit..
Kdg2 xde angin xde ribut tetiba je kredit hbis cmtu jee,klu kira bila dh subscribe prepaid broadband tu,klu x off
data plan pn xpe,xkn ptg kredit,tp maxis ttp ptg kredit..giler

hmm sebenarnya walaupun maxis ni ok la jugak...sekali sekala hilang jugak kredit aku...baru2 ni aku pakai celcom...memang murah call 1 min 5 sen je...tp baru2 ni buat hal pulak kredit aku hilang rm50...ntah la asik terkena je jgn provider prepaid ni

Ai pakai maxis broadband rm158 sebulan. Line Intenet mcm pakai maxis rm48 je.. Lembab mcm cacing tanah. Nak download apa pon x bole.

ya ke?dulu pakai gak broadband maxis ni...lembab gila tp bila masuk kawasan ada liputan 3g memang cepat...cuma kalau dah abis quota la memang slow gila...skg i dah tukar pakai p1 sbb kawasan umah i langsung takde liputan broadband maxis...langsung tak boleh connect....tapi setakat la ni pakai p1, Alhamdullilah laju walaupun bukan area liputan

Aku pn selalu kene yg no 4. Aku da serik dgn maxis.. sekarang no more maxis aku benci kau maxis.. aku da tukar semua no aku pki umobile hehe.. banyak jimat. .

aku baru dapat info...kalau ada apa2 masalah boleh berurusan terus dengan Maxis atau Celcom Customer Service kat web masing2....sebab baru2 ni aku ada masalah takleh pindah baki dengan nak potong voice mailbox...akhirnya dapat diselesaikan...kalau ada apa2 masalah korang bleh cari kat laman web dibawah tp 2-2 kene register dulu

thanks bg link maxis tu baru nk register....

aku pasang home fibre kat rumah pas raya tahun lps....sempat guna 3-4 hari kot....
lps tu tak penah dpt asyik la dia duk kuar searching network...
kol maxis dah bape kali dah dia bagi alasan account x active lg....so end sept kot baru active...
tp x dapat guna juga kol lg smpai aku minta dorang dtg rumah check...

maxis dtg umah ok la kejap dpt guna tp esoknya jd balik searching network tu...
smpai la ni duk jd gitu...aku dh naik malas nak kol maxis...tp dh 2-3 bulan aku byr sesaja....
skrg aku x tau nk suruh dorang dtg check lg or terminate....

kesian betul aku ni...kononnya nk upgrade dr brodband ke better...

aku dulu pakai maxis broadband jugak...lepas tu tukar celcom broadband.tp 2-2 tak ok kat kawasan aku...last2 skg aku pakai p1...dah 3 tahun dah pakai p1 tp ok je...cuma skg rasa mcm kejap je kuota dah abis...try ko report kat link maxis yg aku bg sebelum ni...tgk apa yg customer service reply

I was switch from Unifi to Maxis home fiber last year about April due cheaper bill and better speed! but i was making wrong decision. the line not stable and i called to complain since Jul 18, the line has getting better until Nov i request to upgrade to 100GB through online form. but no one call me and follow up with me..until Dec i found the line are ridiculous not stable, i called to complain and asking the status of the upgrade request, they told me someone will call me to follow up on the upgrade and technical ppl will call on my line issue...but i was waiting waiting after few week i called again, they told me the line has already upgraded and they suspect is router issue not support the 100GB. and they said will arrange their technical come home to change it. 1st schedule on sat 9am, my bro in law took half day leave to wait them, end up received call on 9++am said Tyre punchat cant make it ontime, but not when will settle, off course my bil need to work so cant wait it, so ask the technical guy to reschedule with me. after that no one call me until i call to maxis again to complain. then the schedule again and again, 2nd time and 3rd even more worst, set the schedule but no one come and call to inform cant make it. and i complain to FB, they know only apologize and asking my acc details to follow up for me, but no update after i gave my acc, what is they doing actually? before cny sat said want to come also no come and i write the comment at fb again, then they call and schedule will come on cny sat, but no one appear and call. i was super frustrated, comment again at Maxis, end up they are super funny ask their technical ppl to call me said wan to come "Now" (same day after i comment again at FB), Maxis, do you think i standby for you at home 24 hrs to wait your ppl come? so i complain to the technical ppl, he said will inform his boss.....until today no one call and follow up with me and i called just now, they asking again what happen and said no open case for my account, what is the ridiculous service, i doubt they so big company and telco do they had customer service dept???what their customer service doing?????just sit there and pick up call but no need to follow up????and now i force to pay the bill due to my home fiber line has combine with my postpone, if i didt pay the home fiber bill my postpone will also block....OMG super frustrated!!!!!!! now when i watch a 30min drama i need to wait for loading and loading....pls do twice and 3ple consider if you all still thinking to switch to MAXIS!

Dulu sy guna maxis.. Skrg Digi.. Lepas ni nak tukar kpd Umobile plak sbb internet unlimited dan murah.. Hehe
