camne korang training keje d tempat baru

Salamm...
Hmm...aku ade masalah sikit la.besar tak besar mana..
cume pasal org baru..nak kasik training kta tmpt keje
tmpt aku ni..skop keje pon tade.main belasah je
mana ade keje, buat, tade keje tak buat..

so, nak tanya korang2 la
espeseli bidang teknikal yg perlukan hands on
yg bkn teknikal pon buleh join juge la..

soklan..
cemana korang training keje di tempat baru?
nak belajar bende baru? opkos keje baru keje training jgk walopon sikit
sbb tak semeti nye previous job 100% sama ngn yg baru dpt.
cemana koreng nye superior? ngn sape korang training?
contoh la u masuk as officer..u bljr ngn officer ke or org bawah2 ; technician etc?
u rase2 mentang2 u officer, u tanak cube ke belajar keje2 org bawah u??

Sile2 la jawab n share ur experience ok
yg salu2 lompat keje tuh, dialu-alukan la..sbb opkos byk exp kan.
n byk jumpe bos baru colleague baru, subordinate baruu kaann..

tambahan sikit laaa..
aku ade org baruu....fresh with exp laa...
aku sgt pelik la...knp die mcm segan2 je nak bergaul ngn org bawah
nak keje ngn org bawah? aku suruh die follow org bawah jer pi site etc
psl aku takkan jejak dah lam plant etc..dah perut nak meletup da
technical pon aku daa tak buat..so mmg aku caye kat anak2 buah ahaku la
pasal aku jgk yg men-train anak2 buah aku itu dulu..
dannn...aku rase mmgaku emosi sikit la...sekali je ckp aku jadi fedap daa
rase mls nak melayan daa..lantak ko laa..

aku penah siap ckp..aku bermula dulu walopon aku bk org bawah tp aku buat jgk keje org bwh
nak feel, nak exp supaya org bawah aku tak sesenang pijak pale haku, kelentong hakuu
tp org baruu ni die tak pikri camneh ke?? herannye hakuu..
korang rase cemanaa??

biasanya bagi budak baru baca SOP, KPI, segala bagai contract la.. pastu ikut senior g meeting, g site. buat observation.. dalam 2-3 bulan la baru lepaskan pegi sendiri

weols ada list of job skills/competency/training yg perlu new hire isi within probation period..
so ikut jer la list tuh as the basic approach

pastu tukar2 la mana2 yg patut mengikut keadaan

motip awang

urm rasanya xde masalah pun sapa yg mengajar sapa yg diajar, yg penting ilmu tu. kalau dua2 pihak saling menghormati, dua2 dapat benefit apa; sorang dapat ilmu, sorang dapat tajamkan ilmu kasi training


mcm tempat saya ni, kalau ikutkan the whole dept sume exec, so bila baru masuk tu, of course bos / senior yg ajar, yg mana sume exec. tapi tu bila pasal job scope... dari segi support system pulak, e.g. IT, documentation etc, mostly bukan exec pun. masa intro tu ye bos2 diorg yg bagi talk, tapi time hands-on, non-exec gak yg lagi expert. dah resam nak menuntut ilmu, xkan nak berkira yg ajar tu exec ke officer ke kuli ke ye dok

i guess somehow or rather org atasan (namely exec la) kalau baru baru tu ringan ringankan la mulut bertanya ngan support system.. nak fax macam mana, nak photostate macma mana etc.. basic stuff. tapi later on, we have to draw some line, takkan exec nak buat keja support system and support system buat keja exec kan? it doesnt make sense...

    adat la orang yang da lama keja harus la bersikap territorial kan tunjuk power sikit , tak kirala clerk ke atau pun exec.. funny thing is, yang high management kurang sikit bab bab tunjuk power (maybe not all)..kebanyakkannya exec below.. hehehehe


takpela being new, harusla adapt after a while baru lepaskan kuasa gamma ray nya .. macam iols sundrik, masa 2-3 bulan, cam bodooooo jek. akula photostate, akula hanto memo, padahal exec.. tapi since aku baru, fresh tukar dari bidang  legal ke construction aku just follow the flow jek.. lepas aku gain upper hand dari HOD, barula aku bergaban....hehehe..

kalo aku la kan..
aku bese test power dulu org baru..
nak tgk takat mana kepandaian n ke-power-an die
mana laa tau die lg power dari aku
so buleh aku belajar dari die plak.

so biase, aku kasik sume SOP
pastuu..daa bace sume...
aku suh die buat.
pepandai ko la nak buat cemana
takreti pepandai la carik. nak carik aku ke org lain ke
yg penting buleh solve itu problem.

aku training bebudak baru dgn kasik dier chanceee buat/bukti kan akal panjang (initiatives) dier.

all i do selalunyer, aku kasik dier existing template to follow (tp bukan follow buta2) and few assignment. kecit2 ajek. aku explen lebe kurang, lepas tue aku kasik dier freedom utk settlekan assingment given & he/she can propose new idea for improvement (kalau ada).

kalau takde idea pon, paling tidak, masa buat kerja kena pakai otak, do some analysis, tanyer kalau tak reti etc etc. its all up to their initiatives. takde dlm SOP.  i give them freedom on how to get things done, but i want reliable, responsible and quality result within stipulated time. i give them benefit of doubt.

biler aku dkt tpt baru pon mcm tue. aku tak suker being instructed A-Z mcm budak bangang. all i need to know is, what is the end result that need to be achieved?? some basic guideline on how to do things esp kalau ada disclosure yg kena abide to regulatory requirement. the processes to get results tue....biarlah rasa sendiri......baru adventure.

mcm belajar berenang, kalau aku cikgu, aku tak ajar kot sila kepak tangan, kepak kaki. rather, aku campak kau masuk kolam, kau prektis nafas dan dan tue jugak, afterwards kita buat post mortem how to swim??? dah kata fresh graduateeeee kan......heheeheheh

prinsip aku satu je "you have to know the rules before you want to break the rules".. how?? learnnnn la... kiri kanan depan belakang, selok belok process, ikut orang bawah buat keje camne, dah pandai camne nak buat, ubah ape yang patut, suruh orang bawah lak ikot kite.. simple

dlu msa bru msuk keja, 1st day tgk je dorg buat apa...ikot je kemana dorg pegi,my sr exect tu pn tnjuk skali je apa2 keja basic yg dorg buat kt lab tu, so skali tgk bleh paham la..

1st week tu buat keja yg simple2 yg dorg ajar lah...tp depends on dri sndri jugak kna slalu tnya knapa mcm tu, knapa mcm ni, klu x pasti tnya lg...msuk 2nd week, dah bleh buat sume keja dah...

skang kna bg training kt dorg yg senior tu plak psl gcms sbb dorg sume xda experience psl tu...yg ni agak pyh sket sbb msg2 tu xde background chemstry...i bg dorg bca dlu my notes msa study dlu...pastu train pn sorg2, xleh skaligus...yg pasti xleh nk biar je dorg buat sndri sbb kang jahanam GC tu kang, mati iols xda bonus thn ni hohoho

me baru start keja, so apa me buat, me baca dulu nota dikasi, faham bebetul nota tu,
lepas tu me tenguk bagaimana dorang buat, bila tak tau me direct tanya,
so far dorang tak lokek ilmu, very membantu.. jadi dengan tu cepat me belajar
dan tau apa nak dibuat dah.

ini kali pertama me keja dalam masa 7 tahun, different budaya,
ingatkan susah nak adapt, rupanya senang sangat
