Tak betul tu kaka. Dah lama da build to sell ni. Its call 10:90 concept. 10 percent upon signing spa remainder 90 upon completion.or 0: 100 ie 100 upon completion.  However perlu dptkan approval kpkt. Yg 10:90 usually utk rumah strata sederhana apartment etc. utk 0:100 biasanya rumah kos rendah atau medium  macam ppam. But utk buat 10:90 ni perlukan developer yg betul2 financially strong. Kalau any tom dick or harry, mmg akan jadi half way atau worse abandoned.

kawan aku kerja air asia yg crew bawah2 tu, bru buat status beli rumah ke3 dgn bini xkerja, gie kerja naik motor jer, tpi dlm proses jual rumah pertama dia

Ada 0:100 kaka.100%completion baru bayar. Delay- lad to purchaser.  Tak pakai progress billing lagi. Tapi again. The developer must be financially strong to do this. Tak banyak pun developer yg buat.

Developer lain masih ramai yang buat bridging loan tu.. sbb kita masih allow.. sbb tu problem ni (property overhang, speculative market) masih wujud..

Kesian,kan? Apa2 hal rakyat marhaein yg kena tanggung. Mcm mana lah org tak cakap, negara kita ni membela org2 kaya.

Husband saya beli rumah subsale, sebelum kami kahwin. Sbb takut benda2 mcm ni lah. Nasib baik rumah landed, takde lah isu2, rumah atas bocor ke apa bagai.

Saya tak beli rumah, takut gaji tak cukup. Kalau beli jugak, tak dapatla masuk Watson selalu

Sephora tu jarang2 je la i masok.. setiap minggu tu yang wajib masuk watson

Watson ni rasanya banyak sangat tabur ilmu pelaris kot.. kalo tak masuk setiap minggu, rasa tak keruan
