Changed??? That I am not sure of. Hrithik Roshan was once caught with his pants down with Kareena Kapoor by Kareena's mum. Hrithik was in love with Kareena & his father made him break up with her. Hrithik has a long & very turmelous & public spat with Kangana Ranaut. He promised to marry her but never did so. Then the affair with Priyanka Chopra became evident when she was not invited for the party of the success of the film Agneepath. Last but not the least is his affair with Barbara Mori.

Both the sisters are the same except that till date people prefer Karishma Kapoor more than her sister because easier to work with. But on a personal note, Karishma Kapoor is a nightmare. Karishma Kapoor purposefully stole her ex husband from his ex wife & married him only for money but later this backfired on her when people found out she demanded money from her ex husband. As sisters they both are very or too similar. Kareena Kapoor till date is keeping quiet because of her being a homewrecker. Karishma Kapoor is also very rude to her fans. The sisters are horrible to their fans.
