I tengah cuba nak eat clean skrg..mgkn ada sesiapa yg nak shared menu to breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner...perkongisian warga2 sma amatlah dihargai....

steam food dulu kot. then stop minum air manis.

actually i dok cakap orang, i pon baru start eat clean jugak ni. dari before puasa ke puasa ke lepas raya. takot lepas raya haji baru start kahkah

Breakfast - Rolled oats, chia seed, hard boiled eggs, coffee.
Lunch - Salad, nuts and seeds, green tea.
Dinner - Rice, steamed kailan, baked chicken breast.

Breakfast minum smoothie

2 biji Pisang Berangan
1 biji avocado
1/2 biji timun jepun
1 biji epal
1 sudu madu
1 cwn air masak

Blend semua jd smoothie

* Boleh ganti epal dgn pear or buah naga

Dpt dlm 2 mug , 1 minum pagi sblm sarapan .. 1 minum mlm sblm dinner ... Dinner iols pkl 6.30/7 mlm

I used to be dieting a lot years ago. It was nothing but a waste. In the coming years, I just practiced basic common sense when it comes to cooking. Don't immediately try to stop eating certain foods, cut it out of your meal as time passes then the cravings also won't affect you so much. Try cooking at home the most. Also, add a lot of fruits & vegetables in your foods. Try to not drink so much soft drinks & minimize on the sugar intake. Everything in today's time has sugar. So, eat in proportion. Also, eat everyday the same time. This will regulate your blood sugars & do not eat heavy at night time.

Sy pernah terlebih berat badan...apa saya buat buat IF..breakfast pkl 7am..last meal pkl 3pm.. apa yg sy amalkan
1. X minum air manis
2. Kuih atas kek Masih makan tp sehari sekali je..pastu jd seminggu sekali
3.nasi, lauk Pauk semua sy amik mcm biasa
4. Senaman wajib at least 3 Kali seminggu..saya ikut kat YouTube tu je..
5. Klu sembelit sy amik teh senna tp x kerap la
6. Amik sesudu cuka + air suam secawan...(cuka tu saya tukar2, kdg cuka epal, cuka kurma atau cuka tin
7.sbnrya sy dah byk Kali try n eror jenis diet..ni sesuai dgn saya..oh ya yg ptg jgn stress ..boleh je seminggu sekali cheat..

Dengan diet IF tu Dr 78 kg ke 55 kg dlm tempoh 3 ke 4 bln mcmtu...ok good luck tt

Ni sgt btl...cuma saya Masih mkn kek atau kuih tp limitkn sekali sehari...Dan lama2 jadi 2 ke 3 Kali seminggu..

masak tanpa minyak, contoh ye grill salmon, nanti salmon tu keluarkan minyak, bekas minyak tu guna untuk masak sayur, letak garam je, masak sampai layu, settle, boleh mkn dgn nasi atau roti, boleh turun berat, try lah
