kalau 500m dari KL sentral mau harga 300k, dpt lagi ke harga 200k kalau area2 situ

PRIMA apartment kan? Tapi still rasa mahal ler apartment harga RM 360k. Flat biasa yg PPR tu, low cost projek utk B40.

PRIMA ni high density, banyak unit utk satu2 area tu. PRIMA kat Alam Damai tu sampai skrg belum habis jual semua unit walaupun dah bertahun siap.

yg low cost utk B40 tu kecik sgt,
850sq, koridor pun kecik, paking pun berebut,
mengadap mentaliti penduduk lagi, harga mmg la murah ya rabbi,

ini la yang paling i takut kalau nak beli rumah baru.. takut rumah tak siap lagipun i mampu beli rumah subsale je.. biar la tak baru janji boleh duduk.. kakak i beli rumah rumawip.. tu pun ada delay sikit tapi nasib la berjalan lagi projeknya
