Bread -cakes with yeast. Can we consume???

I have stopped buying cookies, biscuits, and bread because it contains yeast and other substances that make the bread and cakes taste better, which is not suitable for our health. I mean the commercial bread -cookies - biscuits and cakes.

Now making own bread -cakes without yeast. I only use pure coconut oil instead of butter, mixture of flaxseed and other grain. No sugar- no baking powder  and less salt. We can live longer if we follow God Bibical law.

So, what does the Bible says about yeast?

How to Make Unleavened Bread (Recipe in Description)

Perfect Unleavened bread for communion, sandwiches, and more.

1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup water (more if needed)
1 Tablespoon olive oil for frying
Seasonings, optional

Cook in a skillet until golden brown patches appear. The bread can be stored for up to a week in the refrigerator, and longer in the freezer if stored in a Ziploc bag.
