PROPERTY developer TSLAW Land’s Skyline Kuala Lumpur apartment suites project has achieved 90% take-up, marking a strong foray into the Kuala Lumpur city centre property scene.

The company has officially opened its sales gallery — located at Level 1 of Wisma IAV in Pudu.

TSLAW Land executive director Law Wai Cheong said, “Response to Skyline KL has been overwhelming.

“We are absolutely delighted with what we have crafted and we are grateful for the market’s support and positive feedback.”

Situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the transit-oriented development is directly linked to Pudu LRT station, giving easy access to the TRX financial hub and Merdeka PNB 118 (formerly named KL 118) as well as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Suria KLCC shopping centres.

It is scheduled for completion in 2026.

“This project is the latest addition to Pudu’s storied history and heritage.

“In revitalising the area’s landscape and vibe, we envision the beginning of a progressive urban regeneration.

“The residents of our apartment suites will experience vibrant and thriving spaces that they will help transform,” Wai Cheong said at the sales gallery launch.

Also present at the event was TSLAW Group chairman Tan Sri David Law, his wife Puan Sri Annie Saw and Maybank corporate banking and global banking managing director Michael Oh-Lau.

Prices of Skyline Kuala Lumpur units start from approximately RM360,000, ranging in size between 480sq ft and 1,080sq ft.

The project, which promotes affordable luxury in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, has a gross development value of approximately RM1.2bil.

“Skyline KL has four towers and offers five types of practical layouts.

“This project promises a convenient lifestyle.

“It offers young urbanites ‘affordable luxury’, and it is unlike any other residential development in this charming part of the city,” said Wai Cheong.

Residents will have access to more than 50 exclusive facilities spread over three levels which include two 50m-length swimming pools, multipurpose hall incorporating three badminton courts, four barbecue decks, pavilions, a 4,000sq ft gym and a jogging track.

Skyline Kuala Lumpur also has unique features such as an automated waste collection system to provide more convenience, and a Magdrain floor trap system in all units to mitigate odours and bugs.

The development is also designed with motion sensor lift call buttons and Air Touch level buttons for contactless use of these facilities.

Dulu2 fasa 2 biasa mahal sikit.Tapi sekarang ni fasa 2 kadang2 sama harga jadi baik beli fasa 2.

Mgkin sbb dlu2 mmg betul fasa 2. Skrg ni biasanya diaorang submit whole plan the terus divide fasa. Kalau fasa 1 suam2 kuku mcm ni, buat2 la launching fasa 2
