Expression of Concern: Abstract 10712: Mrna COVID Vaccines Dramatically Increase Endothelial Inflammatory Markers and ACS Risk as Measured by the PULS Cardiac Test: a Warning - 24 Nov 2021

This article expresses concern regarding abstract “Abstract 10712: Mrna COVID Vaccines Dramatically Increase En-dothelial Inflammatory Markers and ACS Risk as Measured by the PULS Cardiac Test: a Warning” which originally  published November 8, 2021; https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/circ.144.suppl_1.10712.
Soon after publication of the above abstract in Circulation, it was brought to the American Heart Association Com-mittee on Scientific Sessions Program’s attention that there are potential errors in the abstract. Specifically, there are  several typographical errors, there is no data in the abstract regarding myocardial T-cell infiltration, there are no statisti-cal analyses for significance provided, and the author is not clear that only anecdotal data was used.
We are publishing this Expression of Concern until a suitable correction is published to indicate that the abstract in  its current version may not be reliable.

Artikel ini menyatakan kebimbangan mengenai abstrak “Abstrak 10712: Vaksin COVID Mrna Meningkat Secara Dramatik Penanda Inflamasi Endothelial dan Risiko ACS seperti yang Diukur oleh Ujian Jantung PULS: Amaran” yang pada asalnya diterbitkan pada 8 November 2021; https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/circ.144.suppl_1.10712.
Tidak lama selepas penerbitan abstrak di atas dalam Circulation, ia telah dibawa ke American Heart Association Com-mittee mengenai perhatian Program Sesi Saintifik bahawa terdapat kemungkinan ralat dalam abstrak. Secara khusus, terdapat beberapa kesilapan tipografi, tiada data dalam abstrak mengenai penyusupan sel T miokardium, tiada statistik analisis untuk kepentingan disediakan, dan penulis tidak jelas bahawa hanya data anekdot digunakan.
Kami menerbitkan Ungkapan Keprihatinan ini sehingga pembetulan yang sesuai diterbitkan untuk menunjukkan bahawa abstrak dalam versi semasanya mungkin tidak boleh dipercayai.

Abstract

Our group has been using the PLUS Cardiac Test (GD Biosciences, Inc, Irvine, CA) a clinically validated measurement of multiple protein biomarkers which generates a score predicting the 5 yr risk (percentage chance) of a new Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS). The score is based on changes from the norm of multiple protein biomarkers including IL-16, a proinflammatory cytokine, soluble Fas, an inducer of apoptosis, and Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF)which serves as a marker for chemotaxis of T-cells into epithelium and cardiac tissue, among other markers. Elevation above the norm increases the PULS score, while decreases below the norm lowers the PULS score.The score has been measured every 3-6 months in our patient population for 8 years. Recently, with the advent of the mRNA COVID 19 vaccines (vac) by Moderna and Pfizer, dramatic changes in the PULS score became apparent in most patients.This report summarizes those results. A total of 566 pts, aged 28 to 97, M:F ratio 1:1 seen in a preventive cardiology practice had a new PULS test drawn from 2 to 10 weeks following the 2nd COVID shot and was compared to the previous PULS score drawn 3 to 5 months previously pre- shot. Baseline IL-16 increased from 35=/-20 above the norm to 82 =/- 75 above the norm post-vac; sFas increased from 22+/- 15 above the norm to 46=/-24 above the norm post-vac; HGF increased from 42+/-12 above the norm to 86+/-31 above the norm post-vac. These changes resulted in an increase of the PULS score from 11% 5 yr ACS risk to 25% 5 yr ACS risk. At the time of this report, these changes persist for at least 2.5 months post second dose of vac.We conclude that the mRNA vacs dramatically increase inflammation on the endothelium and T cell infiltration of cardiac muscle and may account for the observations of increased thrombosis, cardiomyopathy, and other vascular events following vaccination. ...

Abstrak

Kumpulan kami telah menggunakan Ujian Jantung PLUS (GD Biosciences, Inc, Irvine, CA) pengukuran yang disahkan secara klinikal bagi pelbagai biomarker protein yang menjana skor meramalkan risiko 5 tahun (peluang peratusan) Sindrom Koronari Akut (ACS) baharu. Skor adalah berdasarkan perubahan daripada norma pelbagai biomarker protein termasuk IL-16, sitokin proinflamasi, Fas larut, inducer apoptosis, dan Faktor Pertumbuhan Hepatosit (HGF) yang berfungsi sebagai penanda untuk kemotaksis sel-T ke dalam epitelium. dan tisu jantung, antara penanda lain. Ketinggian melebihi norma meningkatkan skor PULS, manakala penurunan di bawah norma merendahkan skor PULS. Skor telah diukur setiap 3-6 bulan dalam populasi pesakit kami selama 8 tahun. Baru-baru ini, dengan kemunculan vaksin mRNA COVID 19 (vac) oleh Moderna dan Pfizer, perubahan dramatik dalam skor PULS menjadi ketara pada kebanyakan pesakit. Laporan ini meringkaskan keputusan tersebut. Sebanyak 566 mata, berumur 28 hingga 97, nisbah M:F 1:1 yang dilihat dalam amalan kardiologi pencegahan mempunyai ujian PULS baharu yang diambil dari 2 hingga 10 minggu selepas pukulan COVID ke-2 dan dibandingkan dengan skor PULS sebelumnya yang dikeluarkan 3 hingga 5 bulan sebelum ini pra-tembakan. Garis asas IL-16 meningkat daripada 35=/-20 melebihi norma kepada 82 =/- 75 melebihi norma selepas vac; sFas meningkat daripada 22+/- 15 melebihi norma kepada 46=/-24 melebihi norma selepas vac; HGF meningkat daripada 42+/-12 melebihi norma kepada 86+/-31 melebihi norma selepas vac. Perubahan ini mengakibatkan peningkatan skor PULS daripada 11% risiko ACS 5 tahun kepada 25% risiko ACS 5 tahun. Pada masa laporan ini, perubahan ini berterusan selama sekurang-kurangnya 2.5 bulan selepas dos kedua vac. Kami menyimpulkan bahawa vac mRNA secara mendadak meningkatkan keradangan pada endothelium dan penyusupan sel T otot jantung dan mungkin menyumbang kepada pemerhatian peningkatan trombosis, kardiomiopati, dan kejadian vaskular lain selepas vaksinasi. ...

so - what is it ? memang ade dalam CDC pun tentang risiko  pericarditis bagi vaksin tertentu, sebelum ni pun.  i think dep bercakap tentang penanda radang yg meningkat pada vaksin mRNA.

what is the response given by the CDC on this???

u suruh kita selidik dan cari - i know u nak kaitkan dengan thmrobosis semua tu , kita tahu dari abstract tu , tu main point you, but i am more interested on the webpage yg highlight kat you sumber ni : boleh jujur bagi tahu?

narative is shapen by the agenda of the cited wbpage

tang bab inflammatory markers tu , sebelum ni pun CDC dah cakap bab ni pun tang risiko pericarditis dan kat Singapore pun dulu yg budak , kes budak 16 thn pi gym tu yg dapat radang selaput jantung ke jantung yg University Hospital depa siasat.

It’s ok.  Journal ni sudah dapat expressiom of concern by the american heart association and they have listed why.  Kalau tak dapat buat correction, journal ni will be retracted.

DAPATAN KAJIAN NI - didaati tak tepat atas sebab sebab yg dinyatakan di atas.

so, u tak boleh letak berita tu macam ni je  then suruh rg sekidik betul ke tak.

Myocarditis dan pericarditis adalah risiko jangka pendek yang rendah dari vaksin Covid jenis mRNA yang sudah dikenalpasti oleh CDC dan diketahui umum. Journal AHA di OP di atas adalah mengenai ujian PULS yang boleh menunjuk risiko jangka panjang 5-tahun untuk "Acute Coronary Syndrome"/Sindrom Sakit Jantung, yang setakat ini tiada "study"/kajian dan tidak diketahui umum.

Thrombosis adalah kesan sampingan jangka pendek vaksin Covid jenis viral-vektor spt AZ. Risiko nya adalah rendah dan sudah dikenalpasti. Kita juga tak tau risiko jangka panjang 5-tahun untuk vaksin ini.
.
Vaksin Covid jenis "inactivated" spt Sinovac macam kurang risiko jangka pendek atau panjang dari kesan sampingan penyakit atau Sindrom Penyakit.

Penyelidik yang berkaitan, iaitu Dr Steven Gundry, tiada menerbit data2 terperinci mengenai kajiannya = salah satu sebab kajiannya di"flag"/istihar oleh website AHAJournal dengan "Expression of Concern" dan "may not be reliable".

Untuk pengetahuan anda, kos PULS Cardiac Test adalah US$350 - yang boleh menunjuk risiko jangka panjang 5-tahun untuk "Acute Coronary Syndrome"/Sindrom Penyakit Jantung.
....... Biasanya, di AS, orang yang berumur 40 tahun keatas dinasihat doktor untuk mengambil ujian mahal ini, walaupun tiada simptom penyakit jantung.

Kalau 1,000 penerima vaksin Covid mRNA diberi ujian ini oleh penyelidik2 swasta, ia akan memakan belanja US$350,000 = RM1.5 juta - kos kajian tinggi.

P S - Adalah sukar untuk membuat kajian mengenai risiko jangka panjang sesuatu vaksin jenis baru atau ubat baru, dengan memerhati subjek2/pesakit2 selama 5 hingga 10 tahun.
