My husband MDD, doc suggest dia berlatih CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Thinking), dekat playstore bnyak apps berkaitan CBT dan latihan nak bantu kita bentuk pemikiran sihat balik, sbb bila depress pemikiran kita berubah, dan perlukan latihan untuk shift mind balik
Bagi I depression perlukan willpower yg sgat kuat, n its not easy, 3 tahun I jaga suami MDD, d 1st yr 1 rsa hate n anger, 2nd yr hate da xda tp anger selalu menjengah, 3rd yr 2 2 tu da xda, tp dia disconnect ng I, tp dgan org lain dia mampu kawal, bila dgan I teruk sgat, 3 tahun with no mercy..
I doakan u ada semangat yg kuat utk melawan depression, dgan ubat kita stabilkan minda dan emosi, tp at the same time kena cari latihan yg mampu bentuk latihan minda dan habit yg sihat balik..it will take some time but i think its not impossible |

hi!!! ada i baca ni its bout controling ur way of thinking kan..tapi btl sejak tak sihat ni mmg cara pkir...even my instict pun jadi strong ...sound weird tp tula dia nya
i disconect dgn my husband juga...kejap ok keja tak...ada at one point tu org ckp kena sihir bagai..evntho theres proof of it tp i more belive on psikological parts.
i hope ur okay too ..for me its not only hard kt org yg sakit tp org keliling pun tersakiti jugak...ha gittew.. good for u for being there for him eventho its hard. |

Dah lama ambil but then off meds. Last year was disaster, so I pergi jumpa psikiatri dan sambung balik ambil ubat dan juga kaunseling. Dah 10 bulan ambil ubat. Bermacam perasaan bila diagnose with mdd.. |

i think for those yg secretly battling mental health problem should support each other...
