This visa is available to asylum seekers who enter Australia at a place outside Australia's migration zone (such as Christmas Island, Ashmore Reef or the Cocos Islands). This temporary visa is valid for three years and the people who hold this visa are not entitled to permanent residence. Holders of this visa are eligible for successive temporary protection visas, if there is a continuing protection need.

Tak tau pulak after 1 yr can apply foe citizenship. Maybe dah tukar rules. Seingat i u can apply after PR 2 yrs ke camtu. So all in all 4 yrs living in australia dan tak pernah stay outside of australia for certain amount of time during that period. PR application pun mahal last time i was there 2 org tak silap pun dah lebih 5k aud. itu kalau buat sendiri (yg makna tipis la mesti
Kena reject a few times) kalau pakai agent lagi mahal tapi peluang approved lagi besar. Itu kena pass lagi english test, medical test tok nenek bagai. Semua kena bayar. |

How come you exhausted years of working-class experience in Australia without major fluency in basic legislation for immigrants?
U tau tak jadi imigran part visa2 ni diorg sangat fobia they never missed any details or deadline.
Bukan susah media nak cek Sajat memalsukan berita PR, semak je status dengan embassy. Berani ke nak tipu media.
Memang ada UN constituent refugee boleh dapat PR immediately. Refugee tanpa PR mana boleh kerja, bisnes or ada valid bank accounts. Melangut la kat kem pelarian  Ce pikir logik tiba2 sajat boleh kerja cam biasa

Maybe u atau bamjat salah dengar. Permanent protection visa for asylum seeker is not PR. Yelah dia pun bukan pandai english sangat asal dengar permanent je ingat permanent residency. In her ig yg pakai baju hijau tu pun dia cakap dia citizen dah so jgn risau. Mmm mana satu pr ke citizenship ni? Esok dia ckp dia queen lisbet la mampus.

Actually, sajat boleh dpt visa PR atas tiket business/investor. Expat la tu.
Sebabtu dia kata cepat2 nak buka kedai kat aussie
Apply visa ambil masa 8-12 bulan. Sajat lari duk siam 10 bulan.
Masa dia apply visa bisnes, dia apply sekali suaka UN sebab nak lari 3yrs jail time. Ini sajat sendiri cakap nak lari dari hukuman penjara maka takleh jadi imigran biasa. Kena ada border protection guna kad UNHCR.
Sebaik saja visa bisnes approved, dia beli rumah. Kad UN dia dah dapat.
UN di KL bgtau pihak berkuasa visa PR dah dapat, pasport mesia pun dibatalkan. Imigresen siam denda. Dia fled to Aus atas tiket UN protection naik private jet sbb takleh naik commercial airlines.
