Lost Season 6 will be the last Season of the hit ABC hit series Lost.  Lost Season 6 is gonna be back on Tuesday, February 2nd at 8/7c with a three-hour premiere event!! Let's just hope all the mysteries of Lost will be solved by then!  According to ABC Entertainment President, it is going to be a "highly anticipated and shocking finale." Well i hope it wont be a disappointing one!

It was originally intended to include 16 episodes.  Due to the 2007 WGA strike and producer requests, it will now comprise 18 produced hours.

And guess what.....Matthew Fox is the only cast member who knows the ending of the show.

The cast of Lost recreate Da Vinci’s The Last Supper in the latest promo images for season 6…

In keeping with its promise not to feature new footage in any of the promotional material for the upcoming final season of Lost, ABC has instead released a pair of new images that see the cast of the show recreating the Da Vinci painting The Last Supper.

There's nobody with their back to us this time as there was on thelast promo poster that ABC issued, but the seating arrangement, withJohn Locke front and centre, is still surely of some importance. Or arewe taking Lost theories to the nth degree there?
The show returns on 2nd February in the US.

WASHINGTON — US fans of the show 'Lost' can breathe a sigh of reliefFriday after the White House pledged a key speech by President BarackObama won't displace the premiere episode of the show's final season.

"Idon't foresee a scenario in which the millions of people that hope tofinally get some conclusion in "Lost" are preempted by the president,"White House spokesman Robert Gibbs reassured the viewing public at aWhite House press briefing.

US television station ABC has setaside a three-hour block on the evening of February 2 to show the firstepisode of the wildly popular show's last season.

But fans fearedthat President Barack Obama might choose to give his first State of theUnion address, which is traditionally delivered on the last Tuesday ofJanuary, on the same day.

Most US television stations agree toset aside their previously-scheduled programming to give the presidenta national platform for his speech to a joint session of Congress.

Gibbs sought to allay those fears Friday, in response to a question from a journalist from ABC's news program.

Sinceit began in 2004, the suspense-filled "Lost" has introduced millions ofviewers to a group of travellers stranded on a mysterious island aftera plane crash.

The show is the brainchild of J.J. Abrams, who was also behind the series "Alias" and the most recent "Star Trek" movie.
Gibbs'comments came after "Lost" fans took to the Internet, creating Facebookpages and sending Twitter messages to plead with the White House not tocreate the scheduling conflict.

The White House declined to saywhen Obama will deliver the speech, which he will likely use to pushfor his domestic priority of healthcare reform.
