Sabah's claim is DEAD....

JK's Digest No. 10 of May 2008 (339- of 2008) MNLF's Misuari is claiming sabah again.


This claim is tantamount to 'blackmail' (Misuari is good at that) if Sabahans do not put a stop to this DEAD claim.


Federal leaders are hopeless as they are part and parcel of instigation in ignoring this DEAD claim. The failed and futile intervention by Manila in the case of ICJ's Sipadan and Ligitan already confirmed the dead and fictitious claim. What more to say as never an end to deception?

We don't need to go to ICJ for this because the claim is sheer fictitious due to deception right from the start when the cessation to the two white people by the Sulu Sultan in the late nineteen century.

We don't need to go to ICJ because at least a billion Ringgit would be incurred by both sides. If Malaysia wins the case, the MNLF or Manila would not be in the position to pay the costs involved. It is sheer wastage of time and precious resources to settle this DEAD rotten issue but unburied according to Datuk Dr. James Ongkili.

I had already filed three complaints to the International Criminal Courts against Malaysia (ethnic cleansing and apartheid); against Philippines for the criminal consequences of the dead claim as perpetrated by Manila; against Indonesia for the hidden agenda of the confrontation with millions of people coming to Sabah. The costs of indemnity is at least RM120 billions.

Any nation can make any claim but please don't come over to destroyed the land under claim as Philippines must now pay for such damages since 1963 estimated at RM40 billions (minimum). If Philippines cannot pay that amount demanded by Sabahans, then forget the claim. Philippines is guilty by dubious means of internal civil war to frighten their own people to cross the Sulu Sea in big number and endless since the deceptive drama of the Jabidah Massacres as aborted armed takeover in 1968 and the continued neglect in allowing their own people to come to Sabah under Manila's deception.

A few pretenders or contenders of Sulu Sultan as defunct living in Sabah has declared their claim on Sabah - an ironic development. These people should be detained under emergency ordinance or internal security act. Malaysia is only famous for detaining their own patriotic citizens.

I have collected at least 5,000 pages of writings of Sabah's claim and would like to compile a properly researched book of a thousand pages provided resources are available. Any sponsor for that and it would cost anything like 1 billion Ringgit. This book would give the proper perspective why the claim is DEAD.

The Claim is dead in the following key issues:-
1) Sovereignty of Sabah (North Borneo) under Sulu was a fiction like the works of 'gangsters' mentality. When some people decide to repeat it in as many times it would become a reality but not so in this case of Sabah.
2) The annuity of RM5,300 (sometimes RM5,000) is also not rent and should not be paid now. Whoever pay that should be penalised as it is a deception. This fact is found in the official document of the Manila paper.
Finally, those born in the land of North Borneo or Sabah legally should have the strong desire to push this DEAD claim back to the Filipino.
The BN's Government is rotten for its agenda is known as money or public fund just drained away even with this DEAD issue. The socalled leaders do not do their homework well and do not listen to serious whistle blowers. The scourge of false claim must be removed so that the people in the region must move on.

The criminal consequences of this dead claim are many and some of them are listed here to wake us up.
1) Millions of illegal people have perished in the Sulu Seas and in Sabah making this place the funeral and cemetery of the region of deprived, desperate and degraded people.
2) When the Filipinos and Indonesians come over to Sabah, they had decided to be here whatever happened. Why do they run away from their homeland? If Misuari or Manila succeed to takeover Sabah by hook or crook, do you think there runaway would be contended to be under that old leadership? This is a criminal deception with costly implications.
3) This is worst than global terrorism making Sabah their playing field as many crimes are unresolved or unreported.
4) The claim is the mother of all our woes as exacerbated by the illegal landings here welcomed by the UMNO to make them bumiputra almost overnight to the detriment of all peace loving Sabahans.
