2) BN (not willing to die) is still in politicking using public fund.

The Prime Minister had incurred public funds for politicking in the whole nation especially those trips to Sarawak and Sabah. Although the questioned PM was spending time at public expense to see the BN leaders in Sabah and Sarawak, the people should not be deceived that the Federal leaders are still trying to mends their inevitable doomed days using public funds and the mass media is still into bias reporting on UMNO. Why should all the billions of Ringgit of public fund be used for futile effort to revive BN and UMNO when the people already decided on their fate in wasting public funds for decades. The corruption of BN and UMNO has itself brought about its irrecoverable downfall.
When the PM came to the Borneon states, he did not function as a public servant but a politician and these expenses should be funded by the political parties concerned.
Most NGOs and concerned bodies are using their private funds and time to fight the corruptions and abuses of the rotten system for 51/45 years. So why should NOT we charge the PM and his Government for criminal breach of trust when their outstation trips (see the story below) are strictly nothing to do with governance but futile politicking? DYMM YDP Agong and the Anti Corruption Agency together with the Police should take appropriate action to stop the rotten habits of wasteful spending.
The PM should have an OPEN forums with the people and the opposition parties as well to trash out all the rottenness not hiding in closed doors meetings in Sabah with own failed cronies who have robbed Sabah poor.
I hope the opposition Members of Parliament should move a motion on this public scams against public interests.

PM Meets Sabah BN Leaders Separately On Cabinet Composition
KOTA KINABALU, April 7 (Bernama) -- Sabah leaders' representation in the federal cabinet dominated discussions between Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and state Barisan Nasional (BN) leaders here Monday.

The state BN leaders wanted a stronger representation in the cabinet.

Abdullah, who is also BN chairman, met the leaders separately, with Umno leaders in the morning and then with leaders of Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS), Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP), United Pasok Momogun Kadazandusun and Murut Organisation (UPKO), Parti Bersatu Rakyat Sabah (PBRS) and Liberal Democratic Party (LDP).

Sabah Umno secretary Datuk Yahya Hussin said state Umno leaders suggested that the Federal Development Department be scrapped and funds for development projects be channelled directly to the state government through the Chief Minister's Department.

He said the prime minister responded positively to the idea.

"We believe the prime minister will consider our requests including to abolish the Federal Development Department.

We want the department scrapped to smoothen implementation of development projects in the state," he said.

PBS president Datuk Seri Joseph Pairin Kitingan said he supported Sabah BN leaders' views for stronger representation in the federal cabinet.

"This discussion is about the heartfelt requests from the people. The prime minister listened to us attentively," said the deputy chief minister.

Pairin said his party also raised the long-standing illegal immigrants' problem, federal scholarships for Sabahans, oil royalty and appointment of judges for the courts in Sabah and Sarawak.

The SAPP also raised the same issues in its meeting with Abdullah

"We discussed in general about our participation in the federal cabinet and other issues. We hope the prime minister will take heed," its president Datuk Yong Teck Lee said.

UPKO president Tan Sri Bernard Dompok and LDP president Datuk V.K. Liew raised poverty eradication and rural development issues.

PBRS president Tan Sri Joseph Kurup, who brought the illegal immigrants and oil royalty issues to the prime minister's attention, said he raised the two issues as they were among the main topics often harped on by the opposition in the state.
