HOW CAN WE HAVE SABAH'S NEW STATE GOVERNMENT & FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WHEN THE
140 INCLUDED 24 FROM SABAH WHEN similar riggings are detected in Peninsula Malaysia?

MASSIVE MANIPULATIONS BY ELECTION COMMISSIONS IN SABAH IN GE 2008 AGAIN.

Based on the findings as exposed in my book " A case of victory - landslide or rigslide", there has been an effort by the EC to balance the ballot papers issued in most seats for the Parliament and respective state seats but the flaws are still exposed by the averaging methods. So my effort has paid off by the silence of the Election Commission over those frauds as in the Court's Wit of Summons on GE 2004.

The manipulation is exposed in the fool proof of the averages method of the Parliament and the respective state results. In Sabah, the discrepancies are detected in at least 48 state seats and 20 Parliament seats while the rest were not comparable due to some uncontested seats on nomination. The highest dicrepancy is 555.

Joshua Kong as PM to stop this political tsunami worsening

JK's Digest No. 4 of March 2008 (239- of 2008)  Political tsunami in stages.

Not an underground quake but EC to cause this first wave, then the second and the third...(read on)... but pray and be patient.

Only the Election Commission should have done the proper thing to assure that
all the State and Federal Governments in Malaysia are legitimate following the GE 2008.

Now only a couple of states namely Johore and Penang Governments (Kelantan?) are likely legitimate but Johore is still subject to proper verification.  The opposition had won big hence such votes rigging could not change their winning status.  The BN had scrapped through with much lower majorities in many seats except Pekan P85 (Najib) also subject to scrutiny.

I have done a complete job on those seats except 43 seats  (Sarawak 31 and Federal Territories 12) where Parliament contest only and some ten seats without contests.  On the remaining Parliament seats of about 170 seats, 82 were won by BA and  the rest were questionable with 31 Parliament seats with discrepancies of more than 51 ballot papers issued.  The other factor is the postal votes where the returns were questionable in many seats.  Some of the discrepancies of ballot issued could be due manipulations as the "averages method" is an indicator.

We are seeing the unfolding of the political tsunami since 8th March and this can only be stopped with EC and other Government bodies like the Police, the mass media, the National Registration, Anti Corruption Agency, the Judiciary and the local councils doing a better job without hidden agenda.   If the EC had done a better job, there won't be such hang State Governments as we see now especially in Perlis, Terengganu, Perak and Federal Government.  These Governments could have been formed decisively without the bargaining now we see.

I know this is not my job without payment but the EC is not doing its job properly for the billions of Ringgit incurred and so the rottenness and malaise of the old stale system is still with us to the detriment to all.  Wake up please.

The first wave is when two thirds of BN is lost it is "BE END" for dacing or BN.  The second wave is the lost confidence on the questioned PM possibly with parties jostling or vote of no confidence at the first seating of the Parliament now truly fragmented for the good of the people dying for a change.  The third wave would come to Sabah and Sarawak where UMNO is lost- a good thing for Sabah when Federal Government is changed as UMNO itself is illegal.

Votes rigging in GREAT GRIEF was detected in GE 2008 throughout Malaysia although more discreet in some areas.
Some winning group in Sabah even dare to shout "May God bless all" when the GREAT GRIEF is here.
