JK's Digest No. 4 of January 2008 (11 of 2008) All about the Elections Commission, Malaysia

Why is the EC Chairman going to the mass media to boast of what?

The latest is the wastage of 1 hour of air time over TV1 on 4th January, 2008 from 8.45 to 9.45 p.m.

If the EC Chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman as revealed by him at the 1 hour interview do not read letters, emails, blogs from the public, then what is the point of going to the mass media. If that is the case you are extended for another year and the amount of public expenses you go to the TV, I am sorry to say that the next General Elections would cost the nation a few billions Ringgit to be wasted for likely misconduct to be repeated as it was massive votes rigging in General Elections 2004. It is up to you to resign now so that a "KENYA" on 27th December 2007 would not happen.

The nation must thank me for raising this votes rigging of the scale of General Elections 2004 likely to come from the inside job perfectly done. Many people involved know about it but not dare to come out to expose the scandal as it is a major corruption involving the incumbent candidates.

So we need to have a moratorium of two years under a new caretaker Government with Joshua Kong at the helm to clean up the electoral rolls especially in Sabah where almost half of the voters are more than "ghosts" as they are illegal people given genuine identity cards to run down the nations into doom. Then a new polling and counting procedures without disturbing the Election Laws would enhance the governance to proper transparency and accountability.

At the moment many victorious candidates are likely illegal people hence the presentation of genuine birth certificates is a must at the nomination centre. Better still have the intending candidates be verified for eligibility one week prior to the nomination or face the sack after nomination or polling - which do you prefer? Otherwise we may end up into foreign hands sooner.

Most of the issues raised at the 1 hour interview do serve to divert from the truth from the ignorant public and voters to accept the Rashid's # wasting the nation's resources dearly for another likely rigged General Elections. He is still more like speaking as a bias politician when he should be apolitic.

The truth of General Elections 2004 had been conveyed by Joshua Kong in various means and yet he just ignored that. Do away with the EC Chairman and the Election Commission now.

The truth is in the official results as published in the Gazette where the total numbers ballots paper issued for the inclusive State seats of each Parliament do not tally at the end of the counting. I believe there is no effort to cross check these discrepancies despite there is a Report on GE 2004 and an audit committee. The highest discrepancy happened in a seat in Kelantan of 4,740. The swinging Pekan seat (10,000 majority in 1994, then 241 in 1999 and 22,500 in 2004) where the illegal Deputy Prime Minister comes from had a discrepancy of 1,418. Any discrepancies (big & small) unless verified properly is a cause of rigged elections.

Get real - the ILLEGAL state and federal Governments are null and void hence ruining the nation with TSUNAMI of ILLEGALS & ILLEGALITIES (TII).

Frauds in General Elections are one of the main causes of bankruptcy for the nation.

Polls 'around the corner': EC chief

Election Commission chief has reiterated that nationwide polls are "around the corner" despite speculation the government would hold back due to a host of problems.

"When I say the election is around the corner, you better believe me because it is not a joke," Election Commission chairman Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman told the Star daily, echoing comments made in November.

GREAT GRIEF now

JK's Digest No. 8 of January 2008 (34-44 of 2008) Why I want to be the next Prime Minister of Malaysia-pt 2 ?

A GREAT GRIEF has taken a new frightening direction as EC Chairman is retained.

1) I used the acronym GREAT for Government Rig Elections All Times because DPM Najib said "Malaysia is Great" in one of his speeches to cover up all the ugliness of the Malaysian system of 50/44 years. Now it is GRIEF meaning Governments' Rampant Internal Elections Frauds. (Thanks MP Damian for the comment). The great grief is here because of the rigslide in GE2004 as confirmed by the Government's Gazette.

important issue

JK's Digest No. 9 of January 2008 (45 of 2008)  verifications needed

1)         Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman.
2)        Datuk Seri Panglima Sari Nuar
3)        Datuk Haji Ahmad Ali Lope Abd. Aziz,
4)        Frederick Edwin Lojingki,
5)        Datuk Baisul Khan Salman Faris,
6)        Dr. V. Suppiah,
7)        Datuk A. Arulpragasam
8)        Datuk Wong Khen Thau.  (see the story below)

Who do we blame?  Newspapers or the no. 1 above?

As I have written before the no. 1  must present his birth certificate and a DNA test to link to Gunsanad to clear the doubt as per claim published in the newspapers.
For those names 2-8, it would be proper to publish their birth certificate in the newspapers to clear the doubt of their origins.

We know Sabah since 1963 had been ruled by foreigners including illegals and outsiders (non Sabahans) and they have ruined Sabah totally and then conveniently blame the Sabahans for the rottenness.  Not fair as it is likely to do still under the scourge of foreigners/ outsiders as we already have 1-2 millions illegal given genuine identity cards to call themselves bumiputra almost overnight with the help of foreigners/outsiders and the Courts under orders from outsiders for fear of losing their jobs.

We must stop all these under the following processes:-

Since the Chief Minister is illegal after the General Elections as rigged -Great Grief-, any one supporting him for the present time and another term would be deemed to be supporting an illegal Government, hence rampant corruptions and abuses of power prevail when the Anti Corruption Agency turn both eyes shut.  There is this allegation in the Internet that the illegal Chief Minister has an asset worth over a billion Ringgit in various forms here and overseas, the Government must investigate this allegation as Musa Aman has yet to clear this allegation.  I don't need to prove these as he has to clear many allegations (women, wives, money, corruption, awards of state titles, issues of 400,000 plus project IC and abuses of power) in the blogs.  Even his colleagues may know about this but are afraid to come out to say so in case they lose their chances to be candidates in the next General Elections.

We must put a stop to this ROT after 50/44 years or the children  today would become slaves in their homeland.  The illegal and dubious citizens are already slaves as they are exploited by the illegal Government of illegals, for illegals, and by illegals in the areas of politics, social, economy and basic rights.

The other issue is that in Daily  Express of 9th January, 2008, it was reported that 7 Chambers and FSM would submit to the illegal CM a memorandum with a known writer.  Then the DE story on 12th January, it was reported
"All 6 Chamber throw weight behind Musa" to cover a discrepancy by the word "ALL...."  and the writer is unknown.   Why?

Over the recent two years, it would appear the newspapers are fearful of losing their annual permit if they publish the truth for the BIG ear of illegal PM.  So we are paying daily for falsehood.

The great grief is that my whistle blowing effort is financed by my sacrifice and others are paid by public fund to rip off the public resources.

Are those people who support these illegal activities be prepared to go away with Musa Aman under ISA?

DAILY EXPRESS NEWS  12 jan 2008
All 6 chambers throw weight behind Musa
Kota Kinabalu: All six chambers of commerce and the Federation of Sabah Manufacturers (FSM) voiced undivided support for Barisan Nasional and the leadership of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Haji Aman.
They also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Dato' Seri Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi for his vision in bringing the Sabah Development Corridor to the people of Sabah.
Speaking on behalf of the six chambers and FSM, Sabah United Chinese Chambers of Commerce (SUCCC) President, Datuk Seri Panglima Sari Nuar, said the business communities in Sabah were pleased with the pace of development in Sabah that has generated economic and business activities in the last couple of years.
"We, the representatives of the chambers of the various major communities in Sabah as well as of the manufacturers associations express our appreciation to the Chief Minister's leadership which has ushered in steady growth of the State's economy."
Also present were Sabah Bumiputera Chamber of Commerce President Datuk Haji Ahmad Ali Lope Abd. Aziz, Frederick Edwin Lojingki, Kadazandusun Chambers of Commerce and Industry President, President of Sabah Indian Muslim Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Datuk Baisul Khan Salman Faris, Dr. V. Suppiah, Sabah Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industries President, MICCI Sabah Branch President Datuk A. Arulpragasam and Federation of Sabah Manufacturer President Datuk Wong Khen Thau.

please support this MUST case

There were serious misconduct and discrepancies of  the 11th National and the 10th Sabah General Elections  held on 21st March 2004 by the Elections Commission, Malaysia namely as follows:-

Amongst many items as documented in the two Police Reports by Joshua Kong marked "JK-1" to "JK-   "           " (not acted by the Police DiRaja Malaysia),  the major discrepancies are the total number of ballot papers issued at the poll (including postal ballot papers issued to voters and rejected ballot papers but excluding spoilt ballot papers) and the faulty electoral rolls aided by the National Registration Department.

The official results as published in the Official Gazette dated  12th April, 2007  but released much later, show substantial discrepancies in many seats in the number of ballot papers issued for the Parliamentary Constituencies and the respective State Constituencies under the category of total number of ballot papers issued at the poll (including postal ballot papers issued to voters and rejected ballot papers but excluding spoilt ballot papers).  The analysis of the states are enclosed marked "JK -  "  to " JK-    ". Take two examples here.  The Parliamentary seat for P028 Pasir Puteh, Kelantan with discrepancy of 4,843  marked "JK-1"         "and  P085 Pekan Pahang with discrepancy of 1,418 marked "       ". For P28, the discrepancy of 4,843 is derived from ballot papers issued of 51,676 in  parliament seat Pasir Puteh for less the total of all four state seats of 46,833 comprising Selising (N29) 11,348, Limbongan (N30) 13,744, Semarak (N31)  11,672, and Gaal (N32)  10,069.  For P85, the discrepancy of 1,502 is derived from ballot papers issued of 41,048 in  parliament seat Pekan for less the total of all four state seats of  42,548 comprising Pulau Manis (N20) 10,794, Peramu Jaya (N21) 15,204.  Bebar (N22)  7,011 and Chini (N23) 9,539.  Any uninvestigated discrepancies are not accepted for those electoral results declared.

The faulty rolls were once confirmed in the Election Court Judgement of N13 Likas of the 1999's Sabah General Elections  decided in June 2001 resulting in by elections of the State and Parliament seat of Gaya P150 in October 2002.  96,677 phantom voters were deleted from the Rolls in 2000 with the impact thereof on the 1999's Sabah General Elections not considered marked"JK -     ".   The rolls remain faulty for the dubious citizens by virtue of possession of genuine in the hands of illegal people marked "JK -     " and the following prominent person with identity card number H063504X l@Jamar (5703071254XX) is one of those 461,155 who are in the Electoral Roll  "JK -      ".  Others with similar questioned identity cards number are also in the rolls "JK -   "  to "JK-      ".

There is at least one elected representative with a permanent status with code 71   (name and IC to be given).

The comparison Parliamentary Constituencies and the respective State Constituencies under the u category of total number of ballot papers issued at the poll (including postal ballot papers issued to voters and rejected ballot papers but excluding spoilt ballot papers) are possible in General Elections 2004  because it is the first time Parliament and Sabah State are held simultaneously.  The analysis for Sabah is per attached marked " JK -      " but incomplete due to many seats uncontested but the misconduct was obvious in many instances as indicated in Police Reports.

I would urge the Courts to declare the General Elections 2004's results as null and void and invalidate the the formation of the Federal and State Governments as the electoral frauds were ignored despite my complaints to the Election Commission and others on 22nd March 2004.
I would the Court  to rule that all remunerations and allowances of the elected representatives by default be refunded following the fraudulent General Elections 2004.

I would urge the Courts to make an order to review the electoral rolls to be used for the next general elections possibly with a Royal Commission of Inquiry on the General Election 2004 and the electoral rolls thereof and the Governments be helmed by an independent caretaker Government.

The Court is urged to provide whatever recommendations as it deem fit on the Election Commissions and any other parties concerned in this disrepute to the democratic process.

Anarchy by EC after next GE

5)        Falsehood is deemed to be genuine.
The Elections Commission Chairman can win his case against the issues raised by Bersih as it is quite difficult to prove in the Court of Laws  and the judges are likely to be on the side of the illegal BN.  The case of N13 Likas 1999, was different in that it was quite fresh and strongly supported by a range of evidence.  So if the EC Chairman wins his case in Court it is indeed an end to democracy.  The oppositon parties in GE 2004 are aware of the frauds committed by EC as  I sent them faxes on 22nd March 2004.  Also Bersih is a group supported by the opposition parties who know about the frauds and why was the frauds as identified by me NOT included in the memorandum presented to the King on 10th November, 2007.  So I hope Bersih would it good this time on 23 February, when a public showing of protest is to be held in Kuala Lumpur.  Maybe Anwar is 'guilty' in 1994 over his activities in hotel in Kota Kinabalu that he felt shameful to include the rigging done by UMNO all the times in Sabah.  The EC Chairman can sadly win a case against Bersih as judges are likely bias in the support of falsehood as the Lingam Video Clip present all the 'don't knows & denials".   I would have thought RCI should accept all witnesses to testify without selection as these people are not doing it for fun.

New EC ruling to limit poster war

By SIRA HABIBU

sira@thestar.com.my

ALOR STAR: The Election Commission (EC) has imposed a new ruling to limit the number of posters and banners during an election campaign.

EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman said a circular on the new ruling would be sent to the respective political parties within the next few days.

揟here will be a guideline on the number of posters allowed, where and how they could be displayed, and so on. We want to standardise the format.

揊or example, we may limit the number of banners to 20 per polling district per party,

Boycott GE and have a new caretaker Govt

6)        Boycott? the next General Elections
Boycott or not, the next General Elections would be the worst one as it is the last one for extended Election Commission (EC) Chairman.  I believe it is the worst in term of corruption at the Election Commission and how can the opposition parties compete within such rotten systems as campaigning by the BN in all available channels is progressing.  What the EC Chairman has been saying and doing are deceptions over the reality that corruption is rampant.  The efforts of observers would be superficial as switching of boxes (already 50,000 as excessive) is normally undetectible.  If a boycott is not contemplated, then all State and Parliament seats must be contested and that all voters must turn up to vote like a compulsory exercise.  All the 50,000 boxes at RM300 each should be properly labelled and audited by the Auditor General before and after the General Election in all the states. Even if the indelible ink is used,  who are to ensue that there is no voting of more than once by the phantom voters.  There are two possibilities - one is that the indelible ink could be a fake one but costing the original price and then the EC would blame it on the quality of the supplies and then who would pursue such follow up?  The other possibility is that - how indelible is the ink when some people can surely file it away.  Some voters may also challenge the use of indelible ink as where is the legal requirement?  The fact that UMNO already got its electoral roll well ahead of the General Election, the fixing of phantom voters as in earlier ones since 1994 is already in the process.
I had recommended to the EC for these additional processes to see that justice is done.
1)        A legal copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate be presented at the nomination centre and then exhibited on the notice board for one week of the EC headquarter and district offices.
2)             Rectify the faulty Electoral Rolls by deleting all dubious citizens and those who have migrated and given up Malaysian citizenship as per mentioned in the Police Reports as up to 50% of those voters on the Rolls can be holders of Project IC.

3)             Have a complete set of valid Electoral Rolls in the State Headquarters for public viewing after the General Elections is announced;  if not allow a CD to be available on the in-house computer.

4)             The ballot papers as issued must be signed (hand or chop) by the Candidates and/or the polling agents before they are dropped into the ballot boxes.

5)             All official tallying and counting documents at the election centres must be given to the candidates and their agents on the night before declaring final results.  Independent scrutineers or auditors be employed to verify the results before declaring final results.

6)             The results to be issued to be in the Official Gazette be exhibited in the State Headquarters and other major towns on due date after polling day.

This is to avoid something like a "Kenya 2007" or another May 13 when UMNO loses power.  So it is in the interest of the nation that the King or Agong to intervene with an independent caretaker Government for a moratoriumof at least 2 years.   Joshua Kong is prepared for that tough job as Prime Minister.

7)       The frauds of General Elections 2004.

I have been complaining since 22nd March 2004 and two Police Reports on GE 2004 and yet there is no retaliation from the socalled illegal and offended parties.  Why so quiet as we all know how many thieves would surrender themselves?   They know how they rigged the General Elections and pretend nothing had happened despite my book titled " A Case of Victory - landslide or rigslide".  Guilty beyond doubt and the voters need to act on the illegal leaders.  GREAT GRIEF is just the two descriptions to substantiate the scenario in GE 2004.  I hope some lawyers in Sabah would take up the case of frauds in the Court now that the illegal Prime Minister challenge people to do that after the EC Chairman said the same thing..
Quote : - "If all these while, what it has been done is not good and the changes being made now (in this election) are also not good, bring the matter to court," said Abdullah in a stern voice.
8)       Illegal Deputy Prime Minister - in P85 Pekan with a majority of 22,922 in GE 2004.
With a discrepancy of Parliament/State ballots issue of 1,502, the results are to be questioned in another angle.  It is generally known that BN's support had been solid irrespective who are the candidates.  But how do we gauge that to confirm that perception?  Najib in 1999 had 241 votes majority and some changes with a state seat within, the majority swung to 22,922, a hundred fold increase.  The total of the majorities in the 4 State seats were 12,159 [4491, 416, 3247, 4005] and all seats won by BN.  But the majority gap is more than 10,000 votes.  In this case there are five persons who wanted to win and so the switching of pre-loaded ballot boxes would expose the discrepancy of the Parliament/State ballots as issued.  Any such discrepancy should be investigated on the polling night at the final counting centre to clear the doubt to establish who had actually cheated by checking and verifying all ballot papers as counted.   The serial numbers of the ballot papers in the boxes should be checked against the counterfoils as issued in the polling booths.  In this kind of scenario, all ballot papers should be collated in running numbers and matched with the counterfoil of the ballot papers issued.   Should that happen we may need to call in auditors or independent scrutineers to clear all the doubts of votes rigging.  This is the job of the Elections Commission to do the reconciliation of the Parliament/State seats on the ballot papers issued.  When the discrepancy is discovered, the result should not be declared on the night of polling.  In the 8 states in GE 2004 for 157 Parliament seats, there were 56 such seats with discrepancies of  100 to 4,843 with at least 8 seats in Sabah not contested.  So the final results could go any way if all the 13 States are properly verified on such discrepancies.
9)  ACA to clear candidates
How reliable is this effort when almost the whole Federal and State Cabinets are questioned over corruption and abuses of power?  I hope it is not a drama to legalise some people who had been involved with the frauds of the GE 2004 when ACA had not done anything about my 21 Police Reports including two Police Reports on GE 2004 as the winners were part of the rigging problem. Others have also made similar Police Reports on leaders in  corruption and abuses of power but ACA and Police have sort of declared them saints.  See the news item below.
ACA Clearance Sought For BN Hopefuls, Says Najib Posted by kasee Saturday, 02 February 2008
CHINI (Pahang), Feb 2 (Bernama) -- Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) clearance will be sought for Barisan Nasional (BN) candidates picked to contest in the coming general election to ensure they are clean before contesting.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the reference would however depend on the situation and time factor.

"We refer (to ACA) but sometimes the candidates are decided at the last minute. So, those who can be referred, we refer.

"Normally, we'll also ask the candidates whether they have any ACA investigations record.

"It's not compulsory, but as a matter of party procedure, we refer candidates whom we feel we still have the time to do so," he told reporters after handing aid to fire victims at Felda Cini 3, here.

Asked whether similar reference would be made for serving elected representatives, Najib, who is also Barisan deputy chairman, said: "There's time to check on them.

"(Moreover) We know whether a serving elected representative is under ACA probe or not.

Najib said state Umno liaison committees would also be asked to vet and verify the candidates with the graft-busting agency.

"We will also ask state liaison bodies whether the candidates they have nominated have problems or not.

"If they've vetted, it means the name list they have forwarded to us is the list that has been verified by the authorities," he said.

Asked on comments made in newspapers by certain Umno leaders on their candidacy in the coming election, Najib, who is also Umno deputy president, said: "We know the process of selecting candidates is a process through party channel. The final verdict is the decision of the party leadership.

"So, the best thing to do is to carry on working as usual and leave it to the leadership to make the best possible decision".

Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Azmi Khalid said yesterday his image had been tarnished following the announcement that he had not been nominated by his Padang Besar Umno division for a parliament or a state seat.

If an Umno member raised his problems or differences openly in the newspapers, it might give room to various interpretations and portray an unhealthy picture (in Umno), he said.

"So, the lesser stories of similar nature will be better for us at this crucial time.

"I'm not giving advice to anyone, it's not aimed at Perlis Umno, but a general reminder," he added

after rigging this is hatched job on the whistle blower

JK's Digest No. 5 of February 2008 (193 of 2008) Are you burdened by this ISA threat?

To most people it is real in Malaysia as it serves as a strategy by the illegal Governments of illegal people, for the illegal people and by the illegal people to make people fear for men and themselves to be associated with me in my "POLITICS" mission of real politics as against the religion mission.

I understand some twenty people have signed the demand for Joshua Kong to be detained under ISA but I do not know what I have committed.   Now I want these twenty or so people to present their birth certificates.  This reminds me of the latest story of  "42 RSS hindu advocates and there were only 6 advocates for us in India." [see the article below) where majority does not count. When the silent majority is considered "One man's encouragement is a majority" and in this case it is Jesus Christ.

I know ISA is only used when the security of the nation is threatened by violence or official frauds like trading in genuine ICs (but many escape punishment) , but where is the violence coming from in my case?  I know why Anwar Ibrahim was detained, and I know why Dr. Jeffrey Kitingan was also detained.  I was once detained by the illegal leaders who had robbed Sabah of its wealth and that precedence set the perpetual decline of Sabah.  I was just the peaceful whistle blower and the illegal leaders in frauds could not stand my exposure of their ill gotten gains.  Even the Federal Secretary was anonymous. Today, tell me what have I done.  Religions belong to God as most people claim and how can the people punish me for talking religions when God cannot be man.  I have not stolen any wealth from the people.  I have no link with any people outside except direct access to Jesus Christ.  So the Indian case is relevant encouragement here.

Any way, it is going to through this fire of ISA or Jesus that I would become the caretaker Prime Minister of Malaysia and Chief Minister of Sabah and nobody can send me to the mental hospital as those thieves trying to cover up their thefts of national wealth should be condemned forever.

All Malaysia leaders should follow the Tanzania's way.

phantom voters

7)        MyKad at 22 million is excessive

Malaysian population at 23.27millions in 2000 Population Census  had been issued 22 million MyKad give the impression that children under 12 years old were also given such cards.  The excess would be in the 4-5 millions and likely issued to outsiders and illegals.  It is frauds on the national identity and sovereignty.
