For whatever reasons and the way he was arrested, there is already a miracle with the events that followed after Mr Nathaniel Tan (NT) was detained by the Bukit Aman Police. The young man (27) was spotted by a human rights lawyer who then tipped off the defending lawyers looking for him when the Police was in the process of getting a remand order in Courts.


4 days of remand is a 'good' lesson for all especially the way Police on Cyber Crimes handle the case for all I know from the websites. Is NT really guilty of OSA? Was he betrayed with that information on the RM5.5m connected with the release of 3 gangsters - one of them from Sabah and likely to be disguised SSY? He was not the only one to post that URL of a strange cyber item in his blog. He could be one of the first blogs that had that item posted there by someone but he did not delete that. Does the Police know who is that 'someone'? Others could have posted that in other websites and emails following that early bird item. I pray that the Government would tell us the whole story slowly.

I am equally very concerned about the way Deputy Minister of Internal Security (DPIS) after the ACA debacle had said that blogs and websites carry LIES. That is a very bad general statement. Newspapers also carry a lot of lies but some people do not complain but some of them end up in legal suits.

For me, I have posted hundreds of thousands of items in the many forums (newpapers and websites) and so far, I have passed the test of survival with flying colours. I have also written 10 books and more and many are scared of themselves due to a worry over seditious and sensitive issues. Again, I have passed the level of official tolerance in written books. So next I want to challenge the Government.


If DPIS is sincere to get rid of LIES - websites and otherwise - please investigate all my 15 Police and ACA Reports since 2004 and come out with the truth quickly. About all those issues raised, billions of Ringgit are lost monthly - transfer of funds by fake citizens to home countries; dubious not fake money in circulation; massive corruption by illegal Governments - State and Federal -after dubious - null & void- GE 2004; land issues and land grabs worth Trillions of Ringgit; legitimate foreigners in key positions squandered Sabah Wealth; trading in identity cards, IMM13 & 2 years passports for dubious people; water losses of billions Ringgit; abuses of public facilities by 1-2 million EPIC worth millions Ringgit monthly; Petronas handling of Sabah Wealth lacking in transparency and above all the precious and priceless peace, security and sovereignty of Sabah over run by Tsunami of Illegals and Illegalities (TII). What I had submitted had been supported by painstaking research at my expense and YB prove that they are LIES, and as they are not LIES it is timely to compensate Sabah of RM40 billions (min) in in the trust fund as the case filed with International Criminal Courts.


Finally, it is best the the illegal State and Federal Governments vacate the august Houses and until they do that, they are not in the position to enforce whatever laws and orders in the nation.
