legitimate foreigners in evil disguise

JK's Digest No. 20 of July 2007 (199 of 2007)  Some new and old names and the related tales

SWAN for the Selangor and Putrajaya Water Association.

Man Yi for the mild storm that struck in Sabah known as the land below the wind.

Sabah has a 'legitimate foreigner' as the State Secretary by the name of Datuk Wakiman.

We have an incumbent Chief Minister on the way out now and he is Datuk Seri  Musa Aman retained
as the Chief Executive after the dubious General Elections 2004.  The General Elections of 1999 had seen over 90,000 phantom voters deleted from the Electoral rolls after that GE without affecting that results.

Except for the State General Elections for 1976, 1985, 1986, those General Elections are all illegal in Sabah and some would say that is SABAH, and I would add that is Sabah as its worst in term of natural justice.

We also have an airline known as FAX which had been reported to have 'cannabalised' old planes for the parts to keep other Fokker Friendship planes to be in service but such planes are reported to be regularly delayed for technical faults.  Thank God, so far there had been no reported air accidents of such aircrafts.

Coming back to the names, Swan, Man Yi, Wakiman, and Musa Aman have some things in common.  Is it a swan song for Malaysia when water is so important?  Man Yi may mean something has to move slowly  but it is a storm, so it is likely a sense of urgency with a swan song and in a storm be removed quickly as time is up.  In the meantime, Sabahans need to wake up and not to be blamed by legitimate foreigners for the bad times and these legitimate foreigners take the credit for the good times if any.

One song or swan song for the foreigners who dominate the Palm Oil industries is that if not for them where would the logged land be utilised for the annual revenue?

I don't agree with that as the revenue generated from the virgin soil for a season only would go away to outsiders and the alien plant in oil palm also attract alien people to sweat it out in Sabah.  How would Sabah benefit when genuine tourists do not really come for the oil palm plantations, but they come for the rainforests and the wild animals and so we rather keep the rainforests to keep us alive.  Without pure water and good air, how would we survive for long in the equatorial zones as the climate change is worsening by the day?  Instead of genuine tourists, we get this undesirable Tsunami of Illegals and Illegalities - unsolvable for a long time to come.

Maybe we can FAX this message when we cannot fly easily within Sabah in a scenario when aging planes are grounded by some socalled entrepreneurs who are out to grab more money from Sabah.  Sadly Sabah cannot afford to have its own commercial airline although there is a Sabah Air.

Can I point to the policies of 44 years controlled and implemented by the many 'legitimate' foreigners as failure to improve the Sabah welfare?   Sabah also does not have much investment despite massive wealth once but most squandered away by 'legitimate' foreigners.  Meaningless independence for Sabah.

catch 22 is self destructive

JK's Digest No. 22 of July 2007 (201 of 2007)  CATCH 22 for Sabah but no more to be under Joshua Kong.

Sabahans and Sabah had been in catch22 scenarios for 44 years, and more so in recent decades.
This catch 22 is of various dimensions with the latest identified as Tsunami of Illegal & Illegalities or TII.  Sad but we must do something about it.

A prematured independence maybe one of the reasons for this entanglement of sort of dependence of the Federal Government lacking in transparency, prejudice and double standards.  No matter how lacking in transparency (tool of OSA) of the Federal Government, over time, we can see through its performance and in a nutshell the "bubble is pierced" by its own failure in Sabah.  That failure is worth at least RM40 billions in 44 years accrued to Sabah.  Can Sabah demand that?  Yes, if not settled amicably, I had already placed the case in the International Criminal Court (ICC) for two counts namely ethnic cleansing and apartheid phenomenon classified under Crimes against humanity.

The Federal Government may blame the local for the failure prior to 1994 although the FG is in the dark (sad thing) about the 'legitimate foreigners" aka dubious or fake citizens who have been in key positions in Sabah dominating the sphere of influence on policies and implementation thereof.  Now it is exposed in my Police Reports titled TII and EPIC of Sabah (some VIPs) on 15th June, 2007 and 7th July 2007 (777) respectively.  So can the FG disclaim responsibility when in 1994, UMNO grabbed power in the state of Sabah till now after three questioned General Elections in 1994, 1999 and 2004 as per my Police Report on 26th December 2006 about the misconduct of the Election Commission on the GE 2004 hence an illegal Government in Malaysia and Sabah.  In 1994 and 1999 General Elections all those frauds and rigging were denied, but in 2004 the figures of ballot papers issued cannot lie hence conclusive of electoral frauds.

All these gossips are going in rounds or circles in Sabah.

Some are telling me UMNO is so strong in Sabah with about 500,000 members but almost half with EPIC people.

Yes BN and UMNO is strong in Sabah but that is on paper when BN controls the media, money and machinery (3M) in the nation but in Sabah BN or UMNO control another additional item and that is the PTI or PATI or phantom voters, or extra people IC or dubious or fake citizens of Project IC or Project Mahathir of 1-2 millions hence the corrupted or faulty Electoral Rolls not to be questioned.

BN or UMNO is strong in the media at public expense as we can see how the national news in national channels in TV and radio give so much propaganda (lopsided) to the illegal Government.   If they have to pay for that, I wonder - would they pay?

BN or UMNO is so strong in machinery - yes - Government machinery including the Government's District offices and the Election Commission plus all those socalled independent courts of justice.  All these functions are paid by public funds.

BN or UMNO is so strong in money - yes - it is daylight robbery of public funds yet with impunity.

See how expensive are all those public funded projected regularly loaded with 2-3 times the real costs. Some call that hidden costs when in fact it is massive corruption.  Many UMNO (undisclosed but known) companies despite financial strains and hardships due to mismanagement are kept alive with massive debts likely to be bailed out by public fund.  If UMNO is properly asked to declare all those politicking and electoral expenses, - that is to come clean - it would be a frightening figures of tens or hundreds  of Billions Ringgit since 1946.  Yet, UMNO wants to stay in power to suck the national resources dry with repentance.  That is how rich UMNO is at the expense of public fund.

So what are the political tales of Sabah with some old and new players in the political arena in Sabah?

Who want to play that ball "Chambers want Musa stay CM" in TII scenario?

Sabah cannot go on with this catch 22 vis-a-vis Federal control. (read my next digest on the Sabah case to digest it)

JK's Digest No. 30 of July 2007 (209 of 2007) Why gangsters are still around?

The Chief Minister of Sabah has been alleged to have given 82,000 genuine ICs to illegal while he was the Chairman of the Task Force on Illegals in Sabah.

So who are really behind those gangsters in Sabah, still surviving to rake havoc among the people?

It is quite hard to quell the terrors of gangsterism unless there is a total change of Government, away from what we have also controlled by the unseen illuminati.

We are here for a purpose and God knows why we are. We are also told that some people need the gangsters to be around to do the hatchet jobs for the top politicians. The top politicians and socalled illegal elite only want to look good but they know what they do to their opponents through a network of gangsters of different levels. Some of these gangsters are wolves in sheep skin.

In Sabah we have this gangster known as SSY and his rich network to deceive the Police and others including his victims. Many gangsters big and small when arrested are not exposed by names hence they can continue to operate with impunity. Even the bomoh raping two young victims asking for his help is not named in the press. Joshua Kong is so famous that when he was disturbed by the Government then over the free school milk case, his name appeared in the front page of Daily Express in 1989. Today, the newspaper want to ban Joshua Kong. SSY is not even exposed in the newspapers although many reporters know who he is. So can I draw the conclusion that the reporters and newspapers are also involved with gangsterism to the detriment of all?

Genuine identity cards in the hand of the illegals and criminal is the root of all gangsterism. So is the Chief Minister with his Sabah UMNO - the gang of chiefs as well?

more destructions unless...

JK's Digest No. 13  of August 2007 (238 of 2007)  Who want to nail the coffin of Illegal logs?

Did you read about the 1,000 rising to 5,000 illegal or legal logs in Sabah?

You want to keep quiet still after the forests as already depleted?
Many questions need to be asked and answered.

The Minister acting on behalf of the Chief Minister refused to comment on my questions

of the illegal logging at the Oana's Press Conference on 14th August 2007.

The Director of Forests Department was not there to answer some good questions.

So the question is where did the logs actually come from and under what authority?

Can we now draw up a big public protest with a BIG ban-fire not bonfire after the 5,000 logs as detained by ACA?

no transparency as the milk is now rejected,  Who owns the milk factory??  you know who, of course.....

DAILY EXPRESS NEWS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Free uniforms, shoes till age 12
Kota Kinabalu: Parents of school-going children in Sabah will not have to buy school uniforms and shoes until Primary Six from next year as the State Government will pick up the tab.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman announced Thursday that all pupils would be given the items through Yayasan Sabah.

"The decision was reached at the State Cabinet Meeting on Wednesday," he said. Currently such aid was only provided to pupils from Year One to Three.

Speaking after attending the PTPL College graduation ceremony at Shangri-La's Tanjung Aru Resorts near here, Musa, who is also Finance Minister, said:

"We received many appeals from parents and as Yayasan Sabah is now in a strong financial position, the State Cabinet feels that the free uniforms and shoes should be given to all primary school pupils." For religious school the matter would be discussed later.

Free school uniforms, shoes and milk were provided to all students from Year One to Five by the Berjaya Government but this was stopped by the PBS Government upon taking charge in 1985.

On the development of education institutions in Sandakan, Musa said several insinuations of higher learning including University Malaysia Sabah (UMS) had expressed willingness to set up their respective branches in the area.

"We hope PTPL college will also set up a branch there so that the people of Sabah, particularly in Sandakan will not have to go outside the State to pursue higher education as it will be cheaper for them, " Musa said.

Earlier, in his speech Musa said PTPL college must redouble promotional efforts to attract foreign students to study at the private college. CM Datuk Seri Musa said one of requirements for would-be candidates for the coming general elections is proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia as they will represent the voice of the people at the State Legislative Assembly.

He advised those not well versed in Bahasa Malaysia to start learning now.

He was asked to comment on the statement by Culture, Arts and Heritage Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim who ticked off Members of Parliament (MPs) who were yet to master Bahasa Malaysia despite the fact that they are supposed to represent the voice of the people in Parliament.

On another matter, Musa said he would leave it to Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) to decide themselves on former Chief Minister Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat's intention to defend his Tanjung Kapur seat.

*SABAH DOOMED?*

Forwarded message: From: C. L. clie...@hotmail.com

*SABAH DOOMED?*
Now, everyone can be a Bajau!  Product of the System. *Malaysiakini*.

A 42-year-old pregnant woman presents with strong contraction pains at 3am.
Of Filipino descent and speaking no Bahasa Malaysia, she was unable to
provide any valuable clinical history pertinent to her current pregnancy.

In addition, she had not sought antenatal care. Multiparous, with 12 other
children, she gave birth uneventfully but her premature 31-week baby
developed breathing complications from his immature lungs.

He was referred to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Likas, where he was
treated for the next 48 days with costly first-line medications and neonatal
supplements. Further investigations revealed congenital syphilis contracted
from his mother.
Unable to settle the five-figure hospital bill, the father paid a meagre
RM10, vowing to settle the outstanding amount on their next clinic visit.
Seen a month later, the couple returned with their child and - brand new
Malaysian identity cards (ICs).

Declaring themselves now to be Malaysian Bajaus, they were absolved of all
their hospital debts and spirited onto the red carpet of bumiputera-ship.
*
A neglected child *

A frail 3-year-old Indonesian boy was admitted for severe dehydration from a
two-week history of infective diarrhoea. The second youngest of 14 children,
he lives with his family in a 5 x 8m stilt house built over sea water, aptly
known as *kampung air*. They draw water and electricity from illegal
connections to the homes of Sabahans. Domestic waste and human excrement are
disposed of by dumping into the sea or in drop latrines.

On examination, the child was drowsy in hypotensive shock and was severely
malnourished. Over four weeks, he was given intensive care and nursed back
to health with adequate rehydration and total parenteral nutrition costing
RM1,000 per day.

When he was discharged, the parents swore themselves to be Bajau, flashed
their newly-minted Mykad and laid claim to the privilege of free healthcare.
From *pendatang tanpa izin *just a month ago, they've become *warganegara
Islam* and are therefore eligible to the broad spectrum of bumiputera
privileges under Umno's New Economic Policy.

The child went back home, where he nonchalantly resumed his daily routine of
waddling barefooted in the filthy mud of a *kampung air* littered with human
excrement.
*
A jobless lad*

An unemployed 28-year-old man was admitted following a freak road accident.
After a heavy alcohol binge, he had gone on a terror joyride with a friend
equally under the influence. He suffered Grade 3 open fractures of both his
right forearm bones with multiple tendon and nerve cuts. He underwent a
complicated and costly emergency surgery, the first of many to come.

Over the next two months, he underwent repeated reconstructive procedures -
readjustments of metal fixator, wound debridements and skin flaps. A week
after discharge, he professed to be a Bajau. His outstanding hospital bills
were consequently declared null and void.
*
A promiscuous husband*

A 56-year-old man from Pulau Gaya presented with high fever associated with
severe headache and was found to be jaundiced. He has three wives and 16
children, none of whom are schooling. After he admitted a long habit of
extra-marital sexual activities, further diagnostic work-up confirmed HIV,
Hepatitis C, and syphilis. A series of scans was required to exclude
HIV-related cerebral toxoplasmosis and liver cirrhosis from chronic
hepatitis C.

A fisherman by profession, he was unable to pay for the scans. He pleaded
for three days after which his wives presented at the hospital with a Mykad
fresh from the stoves of the National Registration Department (NRD). Yes,
here in Umno's Sabah, everyone can be a Bumiputera Bajau - the Indonesians,
Filipinos and Pakistanis too.
*
Insatiable greed*

It is becoming increasingly incredulous to believe that the Barisan Nasional
(BN) government has any genuine intention to root out the cancer of illegal
immigration in Sabah.

While Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom are harvesting the skill,
talent and services of the truly *cemerlang, gemilang* and *terbilang *of
Malaysian origin, Umno's *Tanah Melayu* is inflicting itself with infectious
diseases and serious crimes with the most uneducated, unskilled and
un-immunised imports from the Philipines and Indonesia.

Far from the lame excuses given by Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak,
the crux of the issue is not an unmanageable coastline, but an insatiable
greed for power and wealth among BN politicians.

Corruption has reached its highest degree in the state of Sabah. Here,
citizenship has become a priceless commodity that can be bought and sold at
the whims and fancies of Umno. Even as the Kadazandusun Murut population
remains trapped in a vicious cycle of poverty and illiteracy, Filipinos,
Indonesians and even Pakistanis are masquerading as Bajaus, purchasing
Malaysian ICs and a lifetime of bumiputera privileges for a paltry sum of
RM100.

These overnight bumiputeras have already overtaken the locals in sheer
number and brute strength in Lahad Datu, Kota Belud, Semporna, Likas,
Sandakan and Tawau. Pulau Gaya is virtually a mini-Philippines in Malaysian
waters. Its notoriety for violence is such that even the armed forces fear
to tread there.

While Sabah's socio-demography has undergone a politically-manoeuvered
radical transformation, the true folly of BN's 'Project IC' is only
beginning to show.
*
Corruption kills, literally *

Already, Sabah is infamous for being the state most endemic with
tuberculosis, no thanks to these non-immunised illegals. Last year, Sabah
clinched the unenviable title as the state with the highest number of
newly-diagnosed HIV cases. The overwhelming prevalence of highly infectious
diseases among illegal immigrants is consuming our limited human and
financial resources. Sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, syphilis,
hepatitis B, C and gonorrhea are now spreading like wild fire.

So are infective diarrhoea and other environmental illnesses, due to
'Project IC' citizens utilising our rivers and seas like a gargantuan
natural sewage tank. The battle against vector-borne infections like dengue
and malaria is virtually lost.
While health inspectors impose fines and summonses on local citizens for
harbouring pockets of potential Aedes breeding sites, the unhygienic and
wholly-filthy settlements of Umno's prized immigrants are conveniently
overlooked. The whole effort of vector control is but an exercise in vanity
and exhibitionism.

In the name of so-called humanity to these supposed under-privileged people,
the health ministry has vicariously deprived our own citizens of services
for which they have paid taxes.

Foreigners form at least 30-50 percent of patients in government hospitals
and clinics, stretching our health resources so thin that Malaysians have to
contend with sub-optimal care. In hospitals, it is not uncommon for local
citizens to be dumped on the floor while their 'Project IC' counterparts
occupy proper beds. It is also not infrequent for illegal immigrants to
receive intensive care and ventilator support at the expense of equally ill
Malaysians who could have otherwise been saved with the proper facilities.

As cheap Filipino cigarettes and unpurified alcohol become easily available
especially to our young children, Sabah can expect an epidemic of
respiratory diseases and alcohol-related illnesses in the near future - if
not already. Clinicians are already witnessing lung cancer and alcoholic
liver disease among Sabahans at an age as young as 24 years.

The whole set-up makes no sense. It seems as though there is a concentrated
effort to appease this particular group of people. Is humanity really the
reason behind the health ministry's peculiar and unconditional generosity to
illegal immigrants or is there a politically-savvy ulterior motive?

sabah doomed part 2

As the Malay proverb goes, *kera di hutan disusukan, anak di rumah mati
kelaparan* (a saying reflecting misplaced priorities).
*
Tickling social time-bomb *

The street kids of Kota Kinabalu are already a notorious entity - unkempt
kids who should be studying spend their days peddling cigarettes and
alcoholic brew or roaming about begging for cash in eateries and places of
interest.

In recent years, their numbers have taken an exponential rise. The social
consequences will be damning when these street children grow up to become
unemployed and unemployable young men. Rape, murder, home break-ins and
petty thefts are already a daily affair, in tandem with the increasing
number of foreigners. While money and assets lost can be re-earned, the
lives and dignity of those affected by murder and rape are difficult to
restore.

The press provides a daily painful reminder. The *Daily Express* dedicates a
whole page to crime, much of it allegedly involving foreigners. The flea
markets tell a great detail of their side activities, brazenly selling
stolen items ranging from shoes and t-shirts to handphones and laptops.

Many a family has been torn apart in more subtle ways. Young, unschooled
foreign girls form the bulk of commercial sex workers throughout Sabah. Once
blissful families are destroyed by the husbands' extramarital affairs with
literally cheap foreign girls, many of them barely past teenage. A pregnant
mother of five was recently found to have contracted HIV/Aids from her
husband's chronic infidelity with Filipino guest relations officers in the
many karaokes.

Far from even attempting to control the entry and proliferation of
foreigners in Sabah, the Umno-controlled state and federal government are in
effect vigorously wooing these people.

The Immigration Department gladly issues and renews work permits without any
proper check on the person's background and current health. As a result,
even someone with active pulmonary tuberculosis can resume working and
spreading their *Mycobacterium* in Sabah.

The NRD freely issues birth certificates to any foreigner born in Sabah, a
first big step before full bumiputera-ship in later life. Mysteriously, such
documents are issued only to Muslim foreigners. The predominantly Catholic
East Timorese and occasional Catholic Filipino are somehow denied such
documents.

The Health Department makes Sabah even more homely to foreigners by offering
virtually free healthcare. Chemotherapy, total parenteral nutrition, CT/MRI
scans and major surgeries are all provided without any obligation for the
cost to be settled. In other words, foreigners receive equal access to
healthcare like any *bona fide* citizen.

BN's actual stand in the issue of illegal immigration is fully revealed
during election campaigns. Sabahans find themselves sidelined as foreigners
who do not speak a word of Bahasa Malaysia suddenly possess voting
privileges. Such allegations fly during each election season but needless to
say, are not investigated by the Election Commission.

The state Land Office panders to Umno's aspirations. Much land has been
taken from the locals and allocated to 'Project IC' citizens. The distressed
voices of the needy and lowly locals will probably never be heard, as their
own Kadazandusun Murut leaders cave in to the love of money.
*
'Reverse-takeover' *

This article in no way implies that all immigrants are partakers of
hooliganism. As with every issue in life, there are two sides to a coin and
no blanket statement can ever be justified.

Nevertheless, the daily experiences of the man-on-the-street do not lie. The
threat and menace of foreigners in Sabah and Malaysia in general can never
be understated and downplayed.

In Sabah particularly, *the feared 'reverse-takeover' has begun*, with the
BN firmly seated in the director's chair.

Charity as they say, begins at home. The BN government can show more
generosity and charity to *locals in areas of hardcore poverty like Kota
Marudu and Ranau*, instead of quietly strengthening and empowering 'Project
IC' beneficiaries.

With a muted media and *a money-pacified Parti Bersatu Sabah*, Umno will
inexorably remain as the supreme master of Sabah for quite some time to
come. Backed by a steady supply of loyal, overnight Muslim bumiputeras who
potentially double as useful *Mat Rempit* when the need arises, the
peace-loving local population is increasingly hapless.

*The biggest losers are none other than local non-Muslim population which
stands in Umno's way of establishing an Islamic state*.

There will come a day where the Sabah we know will cease to exist. That is
the day when a MALPHILINDO version comes into existence. That, I believe,
will be a dream come true for Umno.
*
Selamat Hari Merdeka *, fellow genuine citizens. *Selamat Hari Malaysia*,
too.

TII -pt 1

TSUNAMI of Illegals & Illegalities in Sabah - An  Introduction  September 2007 by Joshua Kong  at UiTM  in conjunction with Merdeka 50
While we may celebrate 50/44 years Merdeka in Malaysia, we have much to assess what we are celebrating  when we are aware of the downside in Sabah vis-a-vis Malaysia since 1963.
If people talks of the accelerated developments post colonialism generally in the nation, has Sabah really got its deal after the British colonialism, or rather we have got ourselves into a new form of colonialism like federalism - loss of resources and wealth - and instead we have the insurmountable Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities (TII).
The root cause of TII is likely the illegal Governments since 1963 or 1957 with race and religious based parties as against the original spirit of Federal Constitution of multi racial, multi religious and secular fundamentals despite a national ceremonial religion.  This illegality is further supported by successive flawed General Elections especially in Sabah since 1967 and such electoral frauds confirmed in General Elections 2004 with two Police Reports lodged by me in 2006 & 2007.
If my sharing and writing TII peacefully is to be threatened with detention of whatever it only confirms how  insecure is the illegal Governments and so unlike Roslan Sharif (73) (DE 30 August 2007) sharing his independence struggle in Indonesia in an "ant army" stealing rifles, ammunitions, explosives, cannon and other arms from the colonial army for the Indonesia National Army.  My effort here by researching facts and figures of the available resources in the knowledge economy and the information age by revealing some hidden agenda is most amicable way to strengthen our independence in Malaysia and to bring justice for all especially in Sabah.
The developments in Peninsula Malaysia have direct impact on Sabah and Sarawak. It is interesting to note that there is a book titled " Malaysia: From Kampung to Twin Towers

TII pt 2

4.        EPIC OF SABAH
The number of extra people with genuine ICs ( EPIC) have reached 1 - 2 millions in Sabah based on the CASH's paper I delivered at the Suhakam's Forum on 31st July, 2006. Hence the adverse impact in Sabah is tremendous and devastating.                         SUHAKAM'S FORUM
"Roundtable Discussion on "Human Rights and Citizenship - its Impact on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights" Kota Kinabalu 31st July 2006
THE NUMBER OF EPIC of SABAH
DEFINITION OF DUBIOUS CITIZENS (EPIC)
These are illegal people from other countries getting the identity cards by fraudulent means and ultra vires the Federal Constitution. They are not local and possession of any identity documents has given them 'citizenship' and such documents are indeed illegal also coded as IC palsu or Fake IC.
I call them Extra People Identity Cards or EPIC (outside people with our ICs) as they are not born here hence unqualified. Children of EPIC parents are also not qualified for Malaysian citizenship.
1        EPIC once given valid identity cards in dubious means or by Affidavit or Surat Akuan with questioned fact like place of birth would considered themselves citizens.
Such EPIC are still considered possessing IC Palsu or Fake IC although such ICs are not forgery. Forgeries done by 'IC factory' without link to NRD are also fake ICs. Forgeries done by 'IC factory' with link to NRD although to be fake maybe exchangeable with genuine ICs. They have been reports of NRD staff involved with such "IC factories".
Having clear the impression of IC palsu or fake IC, we now come to the numbers of EPIC.
Hence for the relevant authorities to investigate and best for the Royal Commission of Inquiry to do a thorough job for a good ending of 1-2 millions dubious citizens.
THE FACT OF THE NUMBER OF EPIC
NRD vis-a-vis Population Explosion in Sabah.
Three major component of the Project IC coded P1/P2 or Project M are as follows:-
The USNO era of 100,000 identity cards just given away to illegals. Who had produced them? Exposed by an ex deputy Chief Minister of Sabah once jailed for OSA. It is timely to declassify those documents now to see the extent of the damage. (EPIC 2 p47) and (Suhakam - A case for Media Freedom page 39)
The period of Jun 1972-Dec 1976, any thing up to 300,000 ICs were issued excessively by NRD. Who are involved? Was this kind of briefing in May 1987 repeated in later years?
The period up April, 1987 - there was the reported 400,000 ICs mentioned in the Parliament, N13 Likas 1999's Election Court Case and the press as issued by NRD using surat akuan or sworn declaration of foreigners with false place of birth.
These three unfortunate IC scams add up to about 800,000. Together with children of these dubious citizens for 3 decades, it is definitely in excess of a million and more hence the exploded population as illustrated by the work out in EPIC of Sabah page 4.
Statistical analysis of Population by Age Groups
Particulars        No.         Remark
As per above (higher batches)        461,650        see below
migrated in 30 years        200,000        Conservative-official figures not available?
children under 14 years in 2000        400,000         55% foreigners of 787,357 (estimates)
EPIC of Sabah         1,061,650        (estimated)
        =======

However the figure of EPIC is further compounded by the excessive departures of Malaysians for the period of 1995 -2004.
5.        TSUNAMI OF ILLEGALS & ILLEGALITIES (TII)
Why has I chosen the term "tsunami" for this topic?  We have been told how the physical Tsunami can occur after a massive earth quake like what had happened on 26th December 2004 in Aceh, Sumatra.  This kind of climax must have been slowly developing under the surface of the earth or just below the sea.  Then suddenly what we see is massive devastation of the land surface caused by the massive waves, and virtually nothing much can be unaffected.
So as analogy, Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities is the result of unseen developments  or seen developments but denied by the authorities since 1963 that today we have the twin evil of ethnic cleansing (displacement of local majority into minority by illegals) and worsened Apartheid Phenomenon (the already bias implementation of New Economic Policy favourable to the Muslims worsened as illegals can become bumiputra overnight).  Even the Federal Task Force on Illegals had been exposed to have issued 82,000 genuine identity cards to illegals in the period 1991-1993.
The dates of celebration of Merdeka and Malaysia was signs that history is re-written when it is 44 years on 16th September, 2007, not 50 years on 31st August 2007.
It did start with a gradual process as we have seen in the paper titled "The number of EPIC of Sabah" and it had snowballed into what we have today and that is the reality of Tsunami and its ugly manifestations in some many dimensions.
Amongst the many cases, here are some illustrations of such devastation of Sabah once a land of peace.
There was first the role of Federalism  to make Sabah more in line with the Peninsula Malaysia via Syed Kechik and the Migration Fund Board -both sort of failure.  So the leaders decided to have the role of illegals given genuine identity cards.
In 1986, Kota Kinabalu Riot was just another ugly manifestation  of TII. Politics dissent was just simply an excuse. You can see the vivid pictures first ever published in the Internet while the then local press had largely avoided that. Some foreign papers and magazines could have them.
http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/beritankom.php?itemid=4692
Top leaders holding identity cards not of code 12 is the contributing factor in the root cause of TII as they favour the birds of the same feathers.
The faulty electoral rolls and the misconduct of for many General Elections have been significant factor of the TSUNAMI of ILLEGALS & ILLEGALITIES in Sabah & Malaysia.
All political parties based on race and or religion are illegal when the Federal Constitution is a multi racial and multi religons although there is a national religion for ceremony only.  If we have such divisive political groups, we would be pitting each other within the nation.  Even the national religion can be a stumbling block in the context of spirituality.
Draining of resources and wealth of the people by illegal and dubious people of 1-2 millions annually by sending substantial money away without paying the local taxes.
Social, economic and political impacts of adverse dimension had been tremendous since 1963 with the consequences of the massive abuses of public utilities like overcrowding in hospitals and schools, widespread electricity and water thefts, decline in general cleanliness and mushrooming of squatters, welfare endangered with much crimes and decline of societal peace with rising social ills  and political abuses with impunity.

TII pt 3

Such scenarios are further illustrated by some of the recent news items namely (1) Half squatters' ICs suspect   10 January, 2007  (Daily Express) Kota Kinabalu: almost half the number of Sri Tanjung squatters eligible for relocation to Kinarut are holding dubious Malaysian identity cards.
        (2) Most drug dealers from squatter colonies   31 October, 2006   (Source Daily Express) Kota Kinabalu: Eighty-six suspected drug dealers, including 35 locals, were detained under the Special Preventive Measures (LLPK) Statewide from January to September this year.
        (3)        Sabah Agenda needed to rid illegals   Tuesday, 21 November 2006 (Source: Daily Express)  KOTA KINABALU: Parti Bersatu Sabah (PBS) said there is need for a Sabah Agenda to rid the State of its predicament of foreigners claiming to be Bumiputera through dubious means.
Supreme Council member Dr Chong Eng Leong said PBS had no qualms about the Malay Agenda as stressed by the Prime Minister and Deputy Prime Minister who are also the President and Deputy President of Umno, respectively, during the recently concluded Umno General Assembly.
        (4)        DAILY EXPRESS NEWS  http://www.dailyexpress.com.my/news.cfm?NewsID=45337
Mother of all Sabah's woes   03 November, 2006  Kota Kinabalu: The State's mushrooming squatter colonies are the root of all social ills and crimes in Sabah, particularly drugs.
And police cannot be blamed for being unable to deal effectively with the host of accompanying problems if these colonies are allowed to continue as well as expand.
"Don't wait another 10 or 20 years until more squatter houses are built as by then it will be too late to act," warned Acting Commissioner of Police Datuk Bakri Mohd Zinin.
He was speaking exclusively to Daily Express prior to taking up his new post in police headquarters in Bukit Aman as Criminal Investigation Department (CID) Deputy Director (Intelligence Operations on Drugs).
He said police personnel in the State are largely a dedicated lot but face an uphill task because the local authorities don't seem to be moving on these squatters that are resided mostly by illegal immigrants or those who have somehow acquired Malaysian documents like Mykads.
        (5)        24/06: Musa Aman, Maduku beri, Racun kau balas!
http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/beritankom.php?itemid=5712 (extracts thereof)

TII part 4

Case study for consideration:-
There is a blame that the business people mainly the Chinese people have exploited the illegals for cheap labour.  If such illegals are not allowed into Sabah, the business people would not have that advantages or abuses.  When these illegals are allowed to roam  Sabah freely, they need to satisfy their very basic needs like squatter houses feeding on all sorts of illegal activities like stealing (food, water and electricity), drugs dealing, and working (cheap labour).  Most of these people do get their ways for decades in what I call the dark economy.  When the business people are found to have employed illegal people, they are penalised heavily.  The levies on the foreign workers and the penalties of harbouring illegals are both undesirable activities in the development of the nation involving illegals.  We have 1-2 millions extra people IC and yet we continue to rely on foreigners with work permits and illegal workers.
Against a scenario of insecurity at homes and outside (too many woes to deal with), people are wearing themselves out in the pursuit of productive works and daily living resulting in many short comings hence lots of penalties are applied for various increasing incidences of offence.
Such penalties are deemed unjustified for two main reasons - it is both counter productive for those who irk out a living and much of such penalties are utilised for dealing with the woes arising from the social ills with its root cause in illegal people.  How long can such a distorted society be sustained?
Another scenario that is observed is that many people from Sandakan and Tawau  - the number subject to a survey - have moved to Kota Kinabalu hoping to find a more pleasant life here away from the urban areas now believed to be occupied by recent arrivals of foreigners.   The consequence is that Kota Kinabalu cannot accommodate such sudden influx of people from other major towns in Sabah as these people are better off to develop their own areas if illegal people are resolved quickly and that is not the case.  This is another distortion like an internal "tsunami" as local people are forced to flee from the bad influences of illegal people.
6.        POLICE cum ACA REPORTS

I have also lodged Report to Suhakam and Biro Pengaduan Awam for the outcome if any of those Police Reports.    These Police reports are filled with items of TII.
In the next section - NEXT STEPS - more items of TII are listed for appropriate attention at the International level.
7.        NEXT STEPS
This paper is incomplete without some measures to be pursued to resolve the TII.  Hence I had already submitted to the  International Criminal Court (ICC) a double packages of Complaint against Malaysia of more than 1,000 pages plus another joint complaint against Philippines and Indonesia.  The submissions do give a fair account of the extent of TII we experience in Sabah with the intention to resolve the crisis.  If Tun Dr Mahathir really and sincerely know nothing about Project Mahathir, but now we know such Project IC has happened and we have this TII, then we must resolve the crisis without fail for the common good of the nation.  But this issue of EPIC is not new as it had been exposed in mid 1980s, hence the inaction of the authorities until today in 2007 is no excuse for the denial.  The Government knew about this Project IC as NRD's senior officers had been detained under ISA in the 1990s. Even the Police had been aware of the Project IC for many years and yet nothing much had been done about the EPIC.
Package 1 - Filed with the International Criminal Court of the United Nations on   August, 2005 as No.   of 2005

TII part 5

P1.1        Brief particulars of the complaint:-
As a citizen of the State of Sabah which formed Malaysia on 16th September, 1963, and a Malaysian, the plaintiff has been aggrieved since then and relying on the Statement of Claims are per pages 2-7 and related supporting documents as enclosed in Sections A-D of the brief "IC Case for ICC" of over 400 pages,  and the plaintiff would like the honourable International Court to deal the two major complaints namely ethnic cleansing (most suitable word to use) and apartheid phenomenon (by virtue of not declared).  These two complaints unless dealt with properly have reached the stage of no return for ordinary people of Malaysia especially the minorities (once majority) in the State of Sabah.

P1.2        Appropriate attention and  Remedy
As the Statute of the International Criminal Court has a provision for compensation and other likely action to provide relief to the aggrieved people for decades, it is anticipated that a Trust Fund of at least RM40 billions (Ringgit Malaysia Forty Billions) be set up for the benefit of the genuine Malaysians residing in Sabah for the lost opportunities and rights as neglected and abused by the defendants.
It is also expected that a proper instituted Royal Commission of Inquiry on the genuine identity cards as abused and given to the extra people who are illegal and outsider under dubious schemes for decades to resolve the substantive ethnic cleansing with adverse impact on the other fronts namely social, politics, religion and economy.  Any other measures deemed appropriate.
With deep conviction and in all sincerity without fear or favour
Submitted by plaintiff on behalf of Sabahans the statement of claims in pages 2-7.

wake UP!!!!

Dear friends,  (REFLECT on the sad story attached)

Is this a world phenomenon?  Many people may deny it but it is quite true as it is
also happening in Sabah. Surprisingly there have been a few cases that some rich
immigrants from Pakistan coming here loaded with money and buying expensive
cars for their new local partners.  Then they will exploit the local people in whatever
ways like 'along' to the poor natives and then unable to repay, they have to get 'married' to them.
They also give small credit for goods/ clothes/material etc and then anything can happen later.
Imagine, when they are so rich from Pakistan and yet do not have international driving licence
and let their local 'wives or partners' to drive the cars.  So ask Tun Dr Mahathir (b4 gone) and Petronas
how this group of socalled 'world terrorists' so rich to come to Sabah?  What is the hidden agenda when
it is known that Al qaeda and Islamists want to rule the world?  Such 'terrorists' are also
working in cohorts with the illegals and some socalled leaders - past and present.

DESTRUCTION!!!!

Sabahans, we must take control of our destiny.  Otherwise when our underground oil is
exhausted, Sabah would be abandoned like the "used prostitutes".  We already encounter
the nickname "Beggars" after we had been raped, exploited of our wealth and resources as part
of the scenario of Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities when the illegal Federal & State Governments
have lost their directions always favouring illegals & illegalities.

frauds in SESB

JK's Digest No. 5  of October 2007 (262 of 2007)  Want to believe this in power sector?

Bad or good news it is up to the individual.

If a crane can bring down two power poles by the road side for the first time in Inanam, it is bad news for Sabah Electricity Board (SESB) and the consumers nearby.

If two eagles (symbol of USA) can destroy power supply in Sandakan in recent weeks, it is bad news for all especially SESB as eagles are NOT endemic for Sabah.

Do you know that SESB has an outstanding debts of over RM142 millions and blame the debts for the poor service?

My question to SESB is simply - how much of that debt is a FRAUD and fraudulent manipulation by SESB?  Check those statements if you like for those who pay by cash rather than cheques.  Come back to me for solution.

You may not want to believe this as I can bring down SESB and with that our power supplier (The state Government's illegal power is a separate issue).  Many consumers can benefit from some sort of windfalls (if you check your statements properly) as TNB should be responsible for that.

I can do you a special service if you bring your statements and bills for the past three years and as far back as possible.  I would be more interested to see your statements if you pay by cash.

I had been going to SESB for statements but the last copies of statements were muddy BLACK at the edge - edging towards downfall.

REWARDS for you and some REWARDS for me.

race and religions kill Malaysia

JK's Digest No. 9 of October 2007 (266 of 2007) Race and Religion in Malaysia

Why still talk about this after 50/44 years?

These important related issues would never be resolved if Federal Constitution (FC) is violated by the establishment of race and religion political parties since 1946.  All the parties should be multi racial and multi religions in principle.

Maybe it is timely that we submit this argument to the  Courts for a define ruling to enable the Courts to rule on the spirit of the FC to resolve the national unity and integrity paralysis.

We don't need another 50 years of void in Malaysia as we would not have the wealth and resources to sustain a broken nation edging of disunity and bias.

Maybe a similar resolution be made in Parliament to forward this to the Courts.

rope in the main suspects

JK's Digest No. 16 of October 2007 (273 of 2007)  Activist Munir's death is a reminder.

The latest trial of suspects Indra Setiawan and Rohainil Aini in the murder of activist Munir Said Thalib after the earlier convicted murderer Polly Carpus Priyanto was free by the Appeal court in Indonesia is a timely reminder of justice to be meted out for a grievous crime.

So this bring me back to 6th June 1976 where  no proper trial was done for that tragedy of 11 deaths in Sembulan, Kota Kinabalu.  There was no inquest and no release of the investigation report till today after more than 30 years.  Any official documents after 30 years should be declassified and release for public scrutiny.

Since the Government appears to be unprepared to do that, I would like to drag some people into this case so that those living may come forward to tell their stories.  I have strong conviction that some of those culprits involved are still living and possibly on the ill gotten gains from that crash.

My deceased brother used to work in the Civil Aviation Department as an air traffic controller but he died in the early 1980s after a neurosurgery.  He survived from the surgery but managed to live on until I came back to Sabah on 23 August 1980.  It is due to this link that I know some more officers of the CAD.

I need to relive this tragic event as what I heard is not making my conscience clear.  I have kept this piece of information for more than 25 years.  It was likely a pre-meditated murder as the events surrounding the many stories or rumours may be just coincidence hard to be convincing when some evidence could have died with some people who knew more.  The presence of someone who was once the State Secretary in the Control Tower - strictly out of bound for others- had a hidden message for all to chew.  Was the one who wrote the book "My Sabah" when he is coded 71 (outsider) there in the control tower at the time the incoming plane crashed?  Why did he direct that the small plane go for another round before landing?  Why do you  think some people tell me so?  Will this person sort of influential then and now, give Sabah a chance to settle this painful experience?  The gang involved in this assassination is quite big and wide and they have guilty conscience till the next world.

TII

JK's Digest No. 27 of October 2007 (284 of 2007)  An analysis of Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities (TII).

TII is very involved in Malaysia in all areas of activities and development.

Simply it is a paralysis of crisis - waves - like hence a tsunami.
Now that we have identified it, can we work on the solutions while we are still kicking as free people before we go into slavery - the grand desperate design of some people.

John Maxwell wrote "Everything rises and falls with leadership".[.b]

How would that be applied to Malaysia since 1957 and 1963?

Some may think that the nation is doing comparatively well after 50/44 years but a proper analysis (several people have done that) would give us a worrying scenario and we have find an exit strategy accordingly to pave the way for a smooth transition.

How could the leadership be ILLEGAL (rigged GE2004) working on handsome pay - legal (official remuneration)  and illegal (ill gotten gains or corruption) be sustainable when the Government is bias to the illegals (hence ethnic cleansing) and so many incidences of illegal deals or scams (apartheid) to benefit a small group of socalled elite people?

I had written the book "A Case of Victory - landslide or rigslide" as evidence of rigged GE2004 and I had been to Gaya Street campaigning for the Saham Amanah Sabah to be recovered  plus telling others of the illegal Federal & State Governments to be removed.   It is not only now I am doing that on the rigged GE2004.

I did sent out the message in March 2004 to the Government, the Press, the Election Commission, the Anti Corruption and some opposition elected members but the message of rigged GE2004 was not acted on.  How can you expected the illegal Governments be removing themselves when the juices are there to suck and the projects for them to grab if the Agung and the rulers conference does not.  When the people power is initiated, it is not the people who disturb the nation as it is the socalled leaders as illegal ones who have been diluting the nation judicially and progressive towards ruins.

We have been searching far, wide and deep  for answers of the decline of the nation with an exploding population and a reducing resources base to support the aging and the young people as far as maintenance of the nation in difficult times.

I can now understand it is the curse of the illegal Governments for most years/terms since 1957 and 1963.

We have seen enough of scams in Sabah throughout all the various state Governments 1967, 1976, 1985, 1994.  Despite grand promises of delivery,  scams have continued to dominate the various fronts in Sabah.  Are these scams an extention of the deceptive designs of Federalism?

Many very good promises were made in the 1994's BN manifesto, but obvious is the broken promises in Saham Amanah Sabah of a national scandal of RM400m and the loss of Sabah Bank of billions of Ringgit  soon after UMNO grabbed the State power in 1994.

So it is now confirmed the fundamental cause of all scams - illegal forest reserve logging, illegal Project IC, illegal fishing, official corruption, land grabs, and Government link companies poor performance is identified to the ILLEGAL Governments - Federal & State.

What is left for this generation and next generation?   SLAVERY is likely the consequence if we do not put a stop to the rot with a new system.

I am not anti-Government but I am anti ILLEGAL Governments.  Now NGO - CASH is tasked with the survey of the performance of all illegal elected representatives - an achievement of sort for a poor CASH.

CASH is burdened in this crucial matter for now and into the future.
