why BEGGAR state in Sabah?

BEGGAR state in Sabah (see below)
Are you aware that Telekom Malaysia had introduced a handphone using the area code 088 - 474XXX? Yes 6 digits like the fixed homephone for almost a year.
So it is easier to remember when the other mobile phone companies have more numbers like 019 8117369. So when we ring from the Telekom's fixed line, we do not need to dial 088 and that save a little bit of time.
So much with our fixed perception when I used the 088 handphone, the other person thought I never left home on the way to the destination.
So much for the miscommunication.
So we may be real BEGGAR state as a Professor Dr. said so in the BBEC 5's Conference held in Kota Kinabalu in December 2006. You want to believe that?
Why are we beggar state when we know we have so much resources but left with little money?
Is that to do with misperception or mismanagement?
Who have made Sabah so poor that we do not have the funds to conduct ourselves?
So that is a Trillion Ringgit question.  So our land issues are worth a Trillion Ringgit.
When someone had lodged a Report to the Police and Anti-Corruption Agency against the present Chief Minister over many corruption charges (12 February 2007), (symbolic of all past Chief Ministers), it can only mean that we are poor because of too many abuses in the system. Actually what was mentioned in the report is only the tip of the iceberg.
While we are forced to live amongst 1-2 millions dubious citizens (EPIC or Project IC) of unknown quality in Sabah, it is the successive Governments in an addiction of GREED or Governments Rampant Excesses, Exploitative and Destruction that have made Sabah and possibly Malaysia a beggar scenario. The Federal Government cannot absolve itself from the prevailing BEGGAR scenario in Sabah vis-a-vis the nation.
All the corrupted leaders of the illegal Governments mainly due to the misconduct of the Election Commission since 1963 have never been jailed although only one former Chief Minister had been fined RM1,800 for corruption after a long trial.
So how can you and me reverse this 'BEGGAR' tag for Sabah?
