baru ku fhm.. ape itu freehold dan leasehold..
tp nk buat cmner.. aku dah tbeli umah yg leasehold..

rumah baru ke 2nd hand nie? 2 yrs back penah la pegi tgk bkt permata ni yg baru tu...dlm kawasan dekat surau biru tu...masa tu dah siap tp cf xde lagi. tp husband x brp bkenan coz byk sgt sign umah2 for sale w/p belum dpt cf...mcm s'thing wrong for him. mahal kan teres area sini
dah lebih 5 kali kot pusing2 area situ cari rumah....last2 beli apartment freehold tepi highway tu kt gombak gak

harga derang akan bayar tu xkan competitive nyer...jgn mengharap sgt..kite beli umah bukan utk kepentingan kite je tapi utk anak2,cucu2,dan seterusnya..rugi kalo beli leasehold..

ni umah baru, fasa 3A... katanya bulan 6 ni dapat kunci..... hmmm..... harga umah kat sini mmg boleh tahan gak.... agaknya sbb freehold kot & gombak lak tu.....

freehold pun sama la gak...ada state dalam land law yang kalo dorang nak amik bila2 jer boleh atas nama pembangunan.....its still government props...

same je ngan freehold..kalu derang nak amek, derang amek jugak...lg pon kalau tanah2 kat town, selalunye leasehold...dah tanah2 kat town harga tinggi..lg pon, kite bukannye idop lame sgt pon...nnt harta tinggal anak2 berebut plak...buat seksa dlm kubo je...lg pon, pandai2 la anak2 carik harta sendiri...takkan nk harap mak bapak je ka...

tak yah tunggu sampai ke anak cucu, leasehold ni cukup 50thn pun bila nak jual cukup seksa, semua bank tak nak bagi more than 50% loan,

aduh pemikiran...  suit yourself la..mane2 yg bole membuatkan hati senang...tapi kalo wat survey, dari 100 org; 99 akan pilih freehold, 1 akan pilih leasehold..and that 1 person is u la kot...

tp kalau dalam survey yg 100 org tuh pilih freehold, pilihan yg ade leasehold je nak wat camne??...sbb skrg nih umah kat town kebanyakkan nye leasehold

aku pernah masuk lelong tanah.. leasehold tinggal 20 tahun.. si pakcik tue.. dah dapat tanah tue.. baru tercengang.. apabila org cakap pegangan tinggal 20 tahun....

hopefully pakcik tue leh extend masa pegangan tue..

sesapa yg beli umah leasehold harus ingat if korang nak jual umah tu bank susah nak bagi loan jika lease kurang dari 50thn
