JK's Digest No. 7 of January 2007 (7 of 2007) Batu Talam's by election

Batu Talam is stone of double face or treacherous stone. While almost half the country is flooded especially in Johore where it is treacherous, we are still in very difficult war against the self induced adverse climate changes. In the new few days we will see how treacherous the nation is in a siege of many key indicators beyond the control of many. The nation has been in double standards too many ways and how treacherous have we reached?

Meanwhile, we can strongly acknowledge that the nation is having an illegal Government following the 11-Ten General National Elections held in March 2004. Unless the Election Commission (EC) address that 'electoral frauds' and fundamental double standards, the new academy is meaningless.

The death of the elected member in Batu Talam happened on 27th December after my delayed lodgement of Police Report on the EC on 26th December 2006.

See this link in double face or treacherous incident in Batu Talam with the misconduct of EC.

fraud

DAILY EXPRESS NEWS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Long dead voters on the electoral list
Putra Jaya: About half a million of Malaysia's 10 million registered voters are dead, the country's top election official said on Friday, but denied opposition claims that this had led to electoral fraud.

The comments by Election Commission Chairman Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman came a day after two major opposition parties said they would boycott an upcoming by-election because of doubtful voter lists and a lack of transparency in the poll process.

"When you talk about the dead on the rolls, I admit there are a lot," Rashid said.

"I believe that five per cent of those on the voters' list are dead," he said.

"That's why we are going from village to village to verify the dead."

He blamed the problem on poor data collection, archaic election laws and bureaucratic red-tape. Malaysia, with 26 million people, has some 10.3 million registered voters.

In one case, a woman voter who died in 1975 at the age of 77 was still listed on the 2006 rolls, local media have reported.

The dead are not the only problem for Rashid. The living are also posing a headache, with some 4.5 million Malaysians yet to sign up as voters, he said.

On Thursday, Islamic party PAS and Parti Keadilan said they would walk out of a Jan 28 by-election in Pahang because of doubtful electoral rolls.

"The boycott is meant for us to send a clear signal to the government that we are serious about election reforms," said Parti Islam se-Malaysia (PAS) deputy chief Nasharuddin Mat Isa.

He said the party found discrepancies in the voters' list for the Batu Talam constituency in Pahang, a state where the party traditionally has little support.

Rashid denounced the parties' decision to shun the polls, calling it silly.

"I think it's a rather stupid move not to contest. What are you trying to prove?" the election chief said. "You are not even an alternative to Barisan Nasional in terms of strength, ability and organisation."

The Barisan Nasional coalition, led by Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, has ruled the country since independence from Britain since 1957.- Reuters

help out as election workers

JK's Digest No. 13 of January 2007 (13 of 2007) Batu Talam on 28th January 2007

Batu Talam for BN???

This is the THING to watch the Batu Talam (double face and treacherous stone) by election after the Assemblyman Tengku Paris 66 passed away on 27th December, 2006, the day after I lodged the Police Report against the Elections Commission. Now there is a boycott basically to confirm the essence of my Police Report.

Can such a young man with no personal political record to his advantage do harm to BN? BN has nothing to attack except to blow its own trumpet. Why only give RM180,000 to the only Chinese school in the run up to the nomination? If no by-election, then that event would be ignored.

I pray for this young man with the special name NG CHEE PANG.

While the BN Government had suffered the boycott for very good reasons, it may be a double blow on 28th January 2007 hence treacherous for 50 years in Malaysia.

With so many eyes watching the by-election especially groups that have boycotted the Elections, it maybe difficult for rigging to go undetected. So this young man may have the instant benefit of this WATCH. Unfortunately, such watch groups can only comment from outside , and so I suggest opposition supporters get inside the election process as elections workers and agents to monitor that operations of the EC.

after BATU TALAM, this end?

JK's Digest No. 5 of February 2007 (22 of 2007) What a bum-bum or bye-bye?
What a name of an Island not far from Sabah east coast?
There must be a tradition of saying farewell in the past that the island once with little population is now occupied by 43,000 after 43 years.
That was last visited by the Prime Minister after Valentine's Day 2007.  Like Mount Kinabalu had an ancient tradition of a Chinese widow looking out for the husband, can this island also had the tale of lost love ones in bye-bye or go to sleep?
So heart broken indeed and would that be repeated?
What kind of good bye after the same person received the certificate of fitness amongst a scenario of funny names.  Unusual for the person who is not the owner of the place to be given a certificate in a terminal place.  The code word here is terminal rather than KKIA2.  Another unusual person with the name of Sulaiman Daud (Solomon David) ancient biblical father and son as successive rulers.   Musa (Moses) was there but the successor to biblical Moses was missing.
On that paper in page 2, there was a strange incident of banana fruits coming out of a tree.  Actually, I had a dream a few days earlier of visiting Kuala Lumpur but went out in search of reasonable priced bananas but found them very expensive.  Then I came across a shrub tree by the road side with a bunch of banana.  An unusual matching of a dream is a play of extraordinary power coming from Kuala Lumpur.
How this bye-bye or go to sleep scenarios come to pass is yet to unfold?
