Is it a service provider for the web users?

Is it a service blocker for the web users using it as a voice not available in the press?

The havoc already started when the anti-spam was used as an excuse to disrupt services.

Now the havoc perpetrators has found another excuse in the damage of the under sea cable in the Taiwan area following an earthquake on the day (8.45 pm) after I lodged a Police Report on the Election Commission on 26th December, 2006.
