good one

I wrote this on World Human Rights Day 2003.

Sent: Wednesday, December 10, 2003 8:06 PM
Subject: R. A. H. M. A. N, is not a superstitution but a compliance
So far so good within this famous or infamous acronym.
R. A. H. M. A. N.
After the first man in
Tungku Abdul RAHMAN (1963-1970),
we have Tun Abdul Razak (1970-76),
Tun Hussein Onn (1976-1981);
Tun Dr. Mahathir (1981-2003);
Datuk Abdullah Badawi (2003- )
& search for N is on for the potential person to fit into N.
The road so far had been the first Prime Minister resigned on September 1970
and Tun Abdul Razak took over and his deputy Tun Dr. Ismail passed away on 2nd August, 1973.
Tun Abdul Razak appointed Hussein Onn as the new deputy on 13th August 1973.
Tun Razak passed away on 16th January, 1976.
Tun Hussein resigned on 17th July, 1981 when Tun Dr. Mahathir took over.
Can you see the acronym taking shape? Two deaths and two resignations
had to occur to fulfill that positons of the acronym.
Then the long road of 22 years in search of the A, or the fifth potential Prime Minister,
but first the hurdle of a few deputy prime ministers had to be overcome.
Tun Dr. Mahathir first appointed Datuk Musa Hitam as the deputy and
then the call sign of the MM Government. Then Musa resigned on 26th February, 1986,
only to be replaced by Tun Abdul Ghafar on 11th May 1987 after over a year
long search and decision. Tun Abdul Ghafar resigned on 15th October 1993,
Datuk Anwar Ibrahim was appointed soon after as the deputy on 1st December 1993,
and Anwar also was sacked on 2nd September 1998.
Datuk Abdullah Badawi was appointed the deputy in 1999.
Datuk Abdullah Badawi became the fifth prime minister on 31st October 2003,
the eve of All Saints Day and also the day of Halloween.
So the search of the next deputy prime minister is on the "N". Already there are internal turbulence.
After more than 40 days on 10th December 2003 the International Human Rights Day,
that person "N" is yet to be found. As the day passes on, the right person "N" is getting
more elusive and that depends on the survival of the fifth Prime Minister as God
is in control of all things, as we had seen in 46 years since 1957.
While we are searching for the "N", there is another direction or dimension we may have to look at.
Are we looking for an END or "N" of various scenarios in the nation as N
is the last alphabet of the acronym. Even the "A" prior to "N" had held many
in suspense of 22 years with 22 voices. That "A" was resolved on 3 p.m., of 31st October 2003 (3333).
Would this be an end of corruption?
New PM talks of this untenable corruption.
Would this be an end of telling untruth?
New PM asked people to give truth.
Would this be an end to New Economic Policy and related issues?
New PM talks of new beginning.
Would this be an end to the devastation of road deaths and accidents?
New PM was saddened and angry by that scenario and revived tough laws and actions.
Would this be an end to cronyism?
New PM decided to pay off all outstanding debts to suppliers and contractors before 2003.
Would this be an end to Rotation to Chief Ministers in Sabah?
UMNO Sabah decides to return the ball to the PM after Prime Minister
earlier said, he left it to the State BN component parties.
Would this be an end to the single Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia?
New PM had yet to indicate the cards he would play.
Would he play with at least two Deputy Prime Minister cards?
Would this be an end of the absence of UMNO in Sarawak,
with two political parties de-registered there? New PM is silent on this.
Would this be an end to the presence of UMNO in Sabah? New PM is silent on this?
Would this an end to megalomania projects and Malaysia boleh
whatever costs and consequences? Is there any signal from the New Prime Minister?
Would there be an end to the diatribe of Islamic State whatever
versions leading to an OPEN country? New PM is silent on this?
Would there be an end to the concept of Islamic Human Rights 1990
and full adoption of the Universal Human Rights Convention 1948
with today as the International Human Rights Day? New PM's willing to go that way?
Would this be an end to the formation of Malaysia, when BN Sabah
and BN Sarawak are going through some turbulence at the end
of 40 years being the divine year of Judgement?
It is definitely the END of an era of the acronym and what else would follow?
Your guess is as good as mind until I get new revelations.
One thing is for sure, this is the first time in Sabah after 40 years that the
massive billboard fronting the UMNO headquarters in progress
has the name JESUS boldly written on that seasonal greeting. Praise God.
God bless Malaysia.
