aku baru join fitness first... so far nampak ok.. aku gi yang dkt IOI Mall.... aerobic dia best.. tp semput.... penat sangat....

ada sesiapa yang ada experience.. let us share here...

dia selalu buat promotion.. tp sy bayar RM175 sbulan... tp memang best lah.. ada instructor.. ada cafe bar... memang syoklah... rasa semangat nak exercise....

kalau sesiapa nak try.. PM saya .. nanti sy mintak free trial untuk u all...

Aku treadmill kat umah je lagi best takyah nak sesusah nek keta tempuh jam bagai sbb dah bayar monthly fee...anytime pun leh exercise kat umah  :nerd::nerd:

fitness 1st ni ada 2 jenis membership kan?
satu yg boleh guna kat satu gym aje..
satu lagi.. boleh guna kat mana2 gym fitness 1st kat msia  ni..

saya join fitness first ni..selalu pegi time lunch hour

awal2 dulu ambik yg basic, utk satu tmpt je..byr 156, lepas tu upgrade ke gold (takyah bwk towel) kena 175, pastu terminate sebab pregnant..

La ni dah masuk balik sebab ada promotion utk ex member. byr 150 per month, boleh pergi mana2 fitness first..

memula tu malu + self concious, tapi lelama seronok la..awal2 tu kena ada geng, baru bersemangat..dah lama2 pandai pg sendiri..

kat fitness first ni ada free drinks, ada sauna, bilik wap (yg saya selalu guna la) dulu time single pepagi dah tercongok..kol 7 dah start exercise. hari sabtu kol 8 dah sampai, balik dlm kol 12 camtu..terus tido sebab penat )

kengkadang tu memang malas, tapi bila dipikirkan dah bayar mahal2 tu yg bersemangat tu...tambah2 lagi bila dah nampak kesan, lagi laaa..heheh

so, jom le join gym ni..berkesan wooo..(dulu saya turun 20kg!!)

i dulu join kat KLCC branch pastu lepas setahun berenti coz tempat jauh dari umah...lepas setahun i join balik kat leisure mall...best! dulu exercise sendiri2 tak best sgt.skang i amek program nagn trainer so tau la cara betul nak guna equipment dia tuh...

memagn best.. aku baru join hari jumaat lepas... start gy fitness hari isnin.... hari2 aku gi.... td aku lepak kat fitness MAXIS dari pukul 3 sampai pukul 8... burnt 350 kalori...

aim nak turun 20kg dlm masa 6 bulan.... skrg tgh control makan....hmmmm SEKSANYAAAAAAAAAAAA

kalu join time promotion selalunya membership minimum setahun la, tapi buleh freeze, byr 20% je dr monthly fee. Berguna time bulan posa..

braun..muleh..muleh..you can do it!!!

i did!!!!

jaga makan je tak leh la..sebab nanti takde tenaga..skrg ni, jaga makan + exercise..kalu tak asyik lembik je kat opis..

saya selalu target, hari ni nak burn berapa kalori..selalunya target 300-400 sekali pergi..dah naik stamina boleh la target 700 ++ pulak (ni buat time hujung minggu laa..panjang masa skett)

saya takde byk masa kat rumah, so time lunch hour la paling sesuai utk exercise..bukan tak ada mesin kat rumah tu..ada, besar gabak lagi..last2 jadi tempat penyangkut baju je..lagipun kat rumah nak spend time ngan family..
