pas tu nak buat apa ..... pas nie tak payah dial up lah kan. Skarang nie aku belum connect AP tu.  Coz cable network tu masuh aku connect frm PC to modem.

Skrang ni try ikut step ni

Configure to router mode.

Login to http://192.168.1.1 with the username and password.
When logged in, click on the WAN tab.
Click on ?TM VC? and make sure interface aal5-0 VPI = 0 & VCI = 35, MUX = LLC, Max proto = 2.
Click on ?PP? and then a new interface.
Set the new interface as PPP interface = 0 ATM VC = aal5-0, protocol = PPoE, use DNS = enable, security = PAP. Don? forget to set your Streamyx username@streamyx and also your password. Submit after that.
After that, click on ?dmin? and then ?ommit? and then ?eboot?.

Open the web browser and type ?192.168.1.1/

and then...

enter the
Username : ZXDSL
Password : ZXDSL

if fail, try this
login: ADSL
pass: expert03

i) First disable the bridging function of the modem (under the Bridging Tab, then click the Enable/Disable link and set Bridging to Disable)

ii) You'll need to use the ATM VC, aal5-2, which is there by default. Delete the e0a-0.

iii) Under the WAN tab, select PPP, and then select Add to put in a new PPP configuration. Choose;

PPP Interface = ppp-0
ATM VC = aal5-2 or equivalent (which use VPI=0, VCI=35 setting)
Interface Sec Type = Public
Status = Start
Protocol = PPPoE
Use DHCP/DNS = Disable
Security Protocol = PAP
Login Name and Password = put in yourname@streamyx and password

iv) Under the Services tab, select NAT, and set it to Enable.

v) Under the Services tab, select IP Filter, make sure the Public and Private is set to Accept, and this would allow the modem to access the Net.

Security level can be set to High. ( Note: this is not the most comprehensive secure option though, but it will suffice for now to test that the modem is able to route out to the Net. )

vi) Go to admin page, under commit & reboot, click commit, wait for a few seconds and then click reboot.

OK Zep TQ. Rasa nyer nak kener fresh semula lah dhania punya windows nie. Pas tu nak set semula OK. Coz macam ada problem jer selepas banyak sangat dok install tah aper aper software. Esok kot start projek.

cam mana kita nak setting auto dial up utk modem kita bila kita on jer FF. atau pun masa on komp terus connect internet.

Sebenar nya dhania memang tak berapa paham lah nak buat nie. Kener buat betul betul step step dia.

1. First kener setting dhania punya modem utk auto dial up.
2. Bila kah step utk dhania utk tidak menggunakan lagi cable network yg masih tercucuk dari PC ker modem.

utk setting modem tu dhania kurang paham boleh tak terang satu satu. Dhania akan paste gambar nya OK.

kenapa macam slow jer connection selepas buat auto setting tuu...

Dhania punya connection nampak nya masih belum menjadi....

Coz masih belum auto dial up.

Kalau guna nomal connection pun dah jadi susah nak connect.

harap sesiapa dapat membantu..

kalo wifi, kena guna WEP/WPA utk sekuriti supaya org lain tk tumpang wifi kita scara free.
pastu guna  DHCP utk automatik IP . kalo buat manual (advanced-expert user)... lagi bagus. tapi rumit sikit. tak reti nk explain kat sini.

cucuk reset button kat blakang modem 5-8 second.

Tahniah dhania dah berjaya menggunakan WIFI........... connection dalam rumah.....
Yahooo....

Cara cara nya dhania pun tak tahu nak buat cuma last skali dhania panggil technician buat semua... upah RM30 jer.....

Yg membantu tu terima kasih semua.....
Buat cam mana orang dah ajar... tapi dhania nie tak reti.....

OK nanti dhania paste utk setting tu kalau ada request

Cuma masalah skarang comp dhania pulak slow nie...
