Justice for Sabah but how?

JK's Digest no 38 of October, 06 [283 of 2006]  Justice for Sabah but how?

Less and less for Sabah?

It may sound good but how do we do that?

Many would say that it needs a political will but what kind of political will?

Is it via a political party or political system? If that is so what type of political parties is desirable?

Would a Federal based party do justice for Sabah?

Would UMNO do justice for Sabah?

Would PKR or Parti Keadilan do justice for Sabah?

Although Parti Keadilan sound like justice, but is it  for Sabah?

It is a traditional that Sabah has been sidelined since 1963 hence my submission to the International Criminal Court for at least RM40 billion for compensation to be held in a trust fund for Sabah.

When that materialises, that is justice for Sabah as a good start.

Justice for Sabah would mean economic adjustment to bridge the economic disparity from the Peninsula (not mainland) Malaya and the East Malaysia, justice for Sabah means repair those violations under the Twenty Points as part of the Malaysian Agreement, justice for Sabah means reversing the ethnic cleansing in Sabah by withdrawing the Identity Cards given to the illegal as many as 1-2 million since 1967.

Justice for Sabah means giving back the portion of the wealth that is ours as far as the oil royalties are concerned as I believe this is not in the Malaysia Agreement hence we should have negotiated better terms in 1976.  Now, my friends including Anwar Ibrahim, how do we undo those long term agreements on oil deals signed with foreigners over the Sabah wells?  I think there is only one way to do that.

So my friends, what I am claiming in Mega ICC Group Sabah's (MIGS) effort is only for our share of wealth that is rightly ours.  We are not to claim more than that is due to us.  The major portions that are due and payable to us include the independence deals in 1962 (quite substantial from Malaya and Singapore); the successive 8 Malaysia Plans based on (1 in 13 instead of 1 in 4); the oil royalties at 5% which is ridiculously low.    Like it or not the country is experiencing terrible deaths on the road annually and other weird setbacks aplenty.  So it is in the interest of the nation to avoid this backlash or curse from further worsening to resolve the shortcoming due to Sabah as a partner in Malaysia like any 'business deal'.  How did the nation reverse the curse of Mashuri in Langkawi?

Our infrastructures in Sabah is very poor compared with Peninsula Malaya.  We also do not hear of the 5% investment in Malaysian Airlines System robbed by deemed privatisation, do we?  Now we are served by questionable airlines competing amongst themselves in weird methods with very high airport taxes for domestic travel.  The Government must resolve the mess at the airport in Tanjung Aru when two airlines use different disconnected terminals causing much inconvenience to the foreign travellers who need to change modes of travel within limited time on transit.  Many may miss their connecting flights.   As a result Sabah would likely miss out the visit Malaysia year 2007.

Next I would deal with the disadvantage of not in the good book of the Federal Government as it is now confirmed to be a deception with the present BN State Government.

We had been in the Federal system of divide and rule as in apartheid phenomenon (not declared) since 1963.  But some may claim that there was a stretch under a socalled anti-Federal State Government of 9 years.  But since 1994, the BN as led by UMNO has been reigning in Sabah, and yet what better things have happened to Sabah?  We are glaring at all  those worse and worsening scenarios or indicators of Sabah in the nation.  Please don't be deceived by the prevailing commercial developments as the spending power of the consumers is very low.  Would there be another run on the banks with Non Performing Loans in 2007 as predicted?  Every one would suffer due to the greed of a small group of people.

we need this

JK? Digest no 3 of November, 06 [288 of 2006] Orang Asli to get only RM100m pa?

Sabah and Sabahans should demand RM120 billions from three countries.

"The government is giving RM100 million a year to the Orang Asli" (see below)

Was it due to the urging of Suhakam that Orang Asli now get the allocation? Orang Asli is still not considered bumiputra. I believe Orang Asli should get much more.

So it is the same that we need to demand for at least RM40 billion in my petition to the International Criminal Courts as moneys due to Sabah and Sabahans for 43 years. That campaign is coded as Mega ICC Group Sabah (MIGS).

MIGS has also complained to ICC over the dubious Philippines Claim on Sabah and Indonesia allow the influx of illegal people into Sabah to do 'rampage' here. These two items should deserve compensation of RM40 billions each.

Go to this site to read more http://mega-icc-group-sabah-migs.blogspot.com/ for RM120 billions.

Report card: Pak Lah fails

Soon Li Tsin Oct 31, 06 3:58pm

<extract only>

Professor Hamdan Adnan, former human rights commissioner

His campaign election to stamp out corruption is still problematic. That then affects our level of integrity as that has a lot to do with corruption as well. After three years, he still lags far behind in terms of achieving election promises. As for the economy, despite what Bank Negara says, business people still say the economy is sluggish.

On human rights, we can commend the government for giving RM100 million a year to the Orang Asli, but their plight is still bad and needs improvement. Overall, the Ninth Malaysia Plan is going to be his baby and we hope that he can work something out there.

National Integrity in void?

JK's Digest no 8 of November, 06 [293 of 2006]  What about those illegal dubious citizens in Sabah?

While Johor UMNO rejects 'Bangsa Malaysia', what about  those given genuine and dubious identity cards of 1-2 millions in Sabah - many of them in Sabah UMNO?  Are these people Malay and new bumiputra and all those abuses associated with that?  To Sabah, that is ethnic cleansing.
We need to re-define Malay and the Malay Dilemma in the context of all illegalities affecting the Citizenship of Malaysia.
Unless we do that, we will not have this Malaysia as at 1963.  The writing is on the wall like it or not.
If there is no Bangsa Malaysia, the apartheid phenomenon (undeclared) is perpetuated by some quarters since 1970.  Don't be misled by the obsolete NEP.

Johor UMNO rejects 'Bangsa Malaysia'
Posted on 06 November 2006 by Mack
Another hot potato. Link to the front paged story here.

The UMNO party! convention never fails to deliver a promise of interesting times, and Johor MB Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman lives up to expectation with a clear message that UMNO Johor will not accept a 'Bangsa Malaysia'. Obviously playing to an all-malay audience, he did not mince his word. The NST frontpage reports,
Umno Johor, however, is dead against the idea.
"After 49 years of independence, we should be more mature and not try to produce nebulous concepts whose origins are not clear," said Ghani.
The concept is seen as a threat to the Malays and the special position provided for them in the Constitution.
"The concept, if subjected to abuse, can threaten national stability," he warned.
Ghani said there was no need to reinvent a national identity when the Constitution had clearly defined the various races that make up the citizens of this country.
No guesses on the impending anger of groups championing the 'Bangsa Malaysia' identity. Johor UMNO is the biggest of all the state units, and is reported by NST to have nearly half a million member.
Check this page for more as I emailed several key leaders in BN component parties and Opposition for their reaction. Updates as I receive their input.

Set up Truth and Restoration Commission

JK's Digest no 9 of November, 06 [294 of 2006]  What is Bangsa Malaysia in the Malay context?

Have we got it right after 49 years? Set up Truth and Restoration Commission

The Bangsa Malaysia concept is the state of an individual's mind and does not infringe on Malay special rights and privileges, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Menteri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman said current issues surrounding the Malays should not have been raised if the people knew what were provided in the Constitution.  "That is why Johor Umno raises the Malay special rights, status of Islam and bahasa issues which are all enshrined clearly in the Constitution," he said.  (see below)

My comments are as follows:-  ( Are these two persons talking in the same wave length?)
Johor Umno Wants Dignity Of Constitution Upheld but our Constitution has been amended many times since 1957/1963 and so how can that dignity be upheld?

Our Malaysian constitution did not incorporate fully the Malaysia Agreement signed by all the parties in the formation of Malaysia in 1963.

We are also aware how the oil royalty at 5% was handled by our system bias to the centre.

There are also many supplementary regulations and Acts outside the spirit of the Constitution that had been introduced subsequently.

Even the NEP not in the Constitution has impacted the nation with the consequences of sort of 'lopsidedness' in its implementation and its injustice as far as Sabah and Sarawak are concerned.

To be fair, if we go into a partnership in business, and one partner amongst 4 original parties decide to pull out, should a new partnership agreement be introduced?  Can this be applied when Singapore left Malaysia in 1965?

I think the Government must look again at the Constitution if its sanctity has been disrupted.
While it is still going on over the issues of Malays special rights and privileges, would the Government assess the extent of such special rights and privileges accorded in the Constitution and what we see as implemented in reality as a sort of apartheid phenomenon (undeclared)?
We can feel the awkward vibrations in so many national policies and implementation thereof when Peninsula has only three major groups, people in Sabah and Sarawak are simply less than 'passengers' helpless and voiceless.

Is it an abuse for the nation to bring in the policy of bumiputra when the Constitution only talk of Malay special rights and privileges (limited only)?  Even with the implementation of the policy of the term "bumiputra", we have seen many different levels at the implementation stages.

Is it any departure from whatever concept of justice and fairness when the Head of State and the Chief Minister are both held by same religious group?   According to the Population Census in Sabah in 2000, there was this 63.7% Muslim (automatically considered Malays when there was hardly any Malays proper in 1963).

[[[Actually we need to re-define the term Malay and Malay Dilemma]]]

With that concept of Malays dominance, we can see that the Governor and Chief Minister would be Muslims but the 63.7% is questionable due to dubious citizens.   Although there were some rotation of Chief Ministers during 1994 till 2003, the system of sort of majority (even questionable) remains in place.  There had been some comparison of Sabah with Sarawak, and in this context, Malay or Muslims do not dominate in Sarawak, but still both the posts of Governor and Chief Minster are held by that group.  Who can explain the rational of that policy as implemented when it is obvious there is a flaw in between in the context of national integrity?

There are lots more inconsistencies and hopefully in the interest of national harmony in nation building, a Truth and Restoration Commission be established to put the disparities and discrepancies in the proper perspectives once and for all.

Sabah deserves the compensation of at least RM40 billions under the program MIGS.

Johor Umno Wants Dignity Of Constitution Upheld November 06, 2006 21:13 PM
JOHOR BAHARU, Nov 6 (Bernama) -- Johor Umno, Monday proposed that the Constitution be exalted as it is also the thrust behind Umno's struggles in championing the interests of the Malays.

Abdul Ghani said this in his speech at the closing of the Johor Umno Convention 2006 by Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Najib Tun Razak here.

In the two-day convention, attention was given to issues related to the Malay agenda in areas of politics, economy, education, culture and religion.

Abdul Ghani said the Umno Constitution also stressed that the party's struggles were in line with the Federal Constitution to spread Islam, develop the Malay economy, ensuring the status of bahasa Melayu as the national language, nurture the national cultures, and protect the Malays' special privileges.

"But there are many issues in the country today, be it religion, economy of the Malays and bahasa status, that contradicted what are provided in the Constitution.

"The Constitution, which is written in such a manner, has taken into consideration all the historical, traditional, economic and social factors that have existed for so long in Malaya.

"These local elements stabilise the country's political system by ensuring acceptance of the majority of the natives, particularly the Malays, so that the Constitution and the country's political system can be effectively managed.

"That is why we defended the Malays and the Malay sentiments but this does mean we are being racist. It is in fact an appropriate action for the country's character and identity and everybody should understand this," said Abdul Ghani.

On the proposal to form a second Permodalan Nasional Berhad, he said Johor Umno called for the creation of a new wealth to promote Malay ownership of assets and properties in the country.

He also called on the Education Ministry to reduce the disparity between urban and rural schools whose students were mostly Malays.

Umno Johor also requested the learning of Mathematics and Science in the English medium be reverted to Bahasa.

On the formation of the Inter-Faith Commission, Abdul Ghani said Johor Umno wanted the formation of the commission scrapped and not postponed.

PRESS RELEASE

PaCiFIC- Patriotic Citizens Forum on Identity Cards.

Secretary General - Joshua Kong's press release No. 131 for PaCiFIC

dated 13th November , 2006

From Joshua Y. C. Kong, P. O. Box 11923, 88821 Kota Kinabalu. jkong823@tm.net.my.

POLICE WARNING ON FOREIGN SECURITY GUARDS (see story below)

Why do you think we need so many security guards in Sabah? It is grievous BACKLASH as we have allowed the prevailing scenario.

In those days, we could see one or two around the town mostly engaged by a few banks.

Now, we need them almost every where and every place.

Supposedly to keep some companies and premises to be safe, we have these agents of 'Trojan Horse' unfortunately also as security guards.

As part of "mother of all ills", the presence of alien people including refugees roaming the towns since 1967 has caused the security risks so created in our midst to demand such people being cheap and plenty to be engaged in many jobs including as security guards.

These illegals mostly now dubious citizens possibly also holding dual citizenship have been recruited as security guards.

Now it is a vicious circle - first the State became unsafe to live as many homes are gated -some very high with security features - then business feel unsafe in shopping centers and commercial areas. Now even the residential areas especially housing and tower blocks employ them 24/7 so to keep the place safe.

But how safe from what can we be when these people can be illegal and refugees? It is known that some of the property crimes as committed can be linked to the security guards. Some of them may be trained to use 'official' firearms too.

So where do we go from here when most TOP political leaders also need them to stay in power to be corrupted.

At the Tenaganita's Conference on Street Kids in Sabah (Nov 2005), there was a complaint that IMM13 holders were not allowed to work and that is not true.

How can Sabahans be productive when much resources are drained away daily over security (personal and other) issues despite many such alerts or whistleblowers?

As a solution to the root of the Crisis, we need to have a total change of system of doom for 43 years in Sabah. What we have now is to be considered an illegal Government of illegal people (phantom voters for decades), for illegal people (substantial dubious citizens) and by illegal people - a strife and deprivation beyond tolerance now.

So Sabah and its consumers (although some of us are part of these woes) must be compensated for these adverse and insecure scenarios via the International Criminal Court.

POLICE WARNING ON FOREIGN SECURITY GUARDS

http://www.newsabahtimes.com.my/nstweb/fullstory/2081 11th Nov 2006

KOTA KINABALU: Police have warned they will take action against security firms that hire foreigners holding IMM 13 documents or refugees as security guards.

Issuing the warning, State Commissioner of Police (CP) Dato? Mohd Mokhtar Hassan said it was against the government? security policy to hire foreigners ? refugees and illegal immigrants ? to security work.

"We will conduct investigation and take appropriate action on security firms alleged to have employed foreigners as security guards," Mokhtar. said in response to claims that certain security firms in Sabah were hiring refugees.

And, he welcomed members of the public with information to come forward and help police curb the problem.

Mokhtar said security companies must abide by terms and conditions stipulated in their permits and refrain from hiring immigrants including those holding IMM 13 documents.

"Security firms must only employ genuine Malaysians as security guards because these guards would be assigned to important places like banks, jewelry shops and shopping complexes," he said.

Mokhtar also said some security guards were even selected to attend special training including on the use of firearms.

He stressed that security firms must screen thoroughly the personal documents of new applicants and verify them with the relevant authorities.

"They (security firms) must also submit the applicants? particulars to police to check whether they have any criminal record," he added. Just this week the New Sabah Times discovered that a security firm in Kota Kinabalu was hiring refugees as security guards after a former employee who held an IMM13 document came to see the paper for help.

He complained that he was sacked as a security guard last month but until today he has yet to receive his last two-week salary of RM210 from the company. And, he also claimed that his former employer hired nine other foreigners in possession of IMM13 documents

this is justice

JK's Digest no 22 of November, 06 [307 of 2006] RM120billions in a Trust fund

Of course for Sabah and Sabahans in peaceful restoration and to be supported.

That is the effort submitted to the International Criminal Courts (ICC) since 2005.

Now I have got some feedback reading those news in the newspapers.

Some people are worried by the facts (1,000 pages) not politicking or fiction that I had presented to the ICC.

read the summary there :- http://mega-icc-group-sabah-migs.blogspot.com/

tracked by online facilities of the Courier company online also given in the email. http://www.dhl.com.my/publish/my ... &type=fasttrack

In the case of Malaysia, we are not talking of compensation but what is rightfully owed to Sabah and Sabahans with the minimum amount of RM40 billions not considering any interests for 40 years. I am only asking for the money due to us, and most of it our money but 'diverted' elsewhere.

In the cases of Philippines and Indonesia, these compensations as expected are justified in the context of global accountability and harmony. Sabah and Sabahans did not start the scenario which has been the deception of the neighbours, but we are real victims of circumstances when our homeland and border has been violated by these outsiders for 40 years.

The claim by the Philippines is very well documented to be dubious. The Indonesians with the indifferent and at times hostile Government had participated in this rampage in Sabah. So for 40 years affecting 1-1.5 millions Sabah's local residents, we deserved another RM40 billion each from them.

Working on a compenation rates (generally RM1,000 each for each year), at the basic figure of 1 million local people, it would work out to be RM1 billion each year. This does not take into account of those specific damages from crimes and scams etc affecting Sabahans over 40 years.

To keep the peace as sort of restoration in international order, the grand figure is RM120billions - not asking too much. If payments are not forthcoming, settlement in kind of land maybe acceptable from Philippines and Indonesia.

For Malaysia, it is expected to be in cash as Malaysia is cash rich as we have seen all those money going elsewhere.

ICC must act now

JK? Digest no 25 of November, 06 [310 of 2006] ICC and UN

ICC was set up by UN and ratified in July 2002.

Anyone can download its Statute from the website.

But I have printed a set of 48 (A4) pages ( 76 articles in all), and available on request.

You may have heard that ICC cannot hear the Rumsfield case because USA is not a member of ICC

and USA has veto power.  (sad).

But Malaysia also not a member of ICC but Malaysia does not have veto power.

Malaysia did not ratify the effort of the UNHCR and yet UNHCR was operating in Sabah in 1974.

If Malaysia did invite UNHCR to come to Sabah then, please produce that invitation.

In that vein, ICC should act as agent of UN to resolve our complaints in Sabah without further delay.

So it is counterproductive with ICC for UN if it is impotent to act to resolve crisis at an early stage.

If ICJ can act on joint complaints by countries concerned, why this exception in ICC?

Can UN be root cause of world's crisis as worsened?

Now, we have the prevailing crisis in South Lebanon where the Hezbollah dominate in a foreign land, Dafur crisis is spreading into Eastern Chad due to the official terrorists from Sudan, and in Sabah it is the foreigners allowed by the Malaysian Government to do rampage here.

In many crisis areas, UN has failed to act in preventing disturbances taking roots.

In the case of Sabah, UN may know about this via UNHCR, UNICEF, WHO etc, but they would not act unless we raise the issue with them. Now that I have raised the complaints against Malaysia, Philippines, and Indonesia, it is only appropriate that ICC acts accordingly to bring order back to Sabah.

Since UN had acted in 1962-63 over the complaints of Philippines and Indonesia against the yet to be formed Malaysia, why is UN and its agency ICC not acting now?

Can such inconsistencies be tolerated?

Please appeal to UN to do the appropriate.

UNITY is Strength in this massive effort to bring Justice for Sabah.

This is not an inducement but an incentive for people who have signed the Signature Campaign for the Petition to the King for a Royal Commission of Inquiry.

If you have not done so please do so now before 31st December, 2006.

If you have the completed signature books please return to the CASH's office at Kepayan Ridge, Kota Kinabalu tel: 234616.

As you may know I had personally filed three complaints to the International Criminal Court against Malaysia (2005 & 2006), Philippines (2006), and Indonesia (2006). It is likely that compensation could be massive and expected to be of at least RM40 billion each for 40 years. We must submit the claim in detail should the ICC hear the complaints. Meanwhile MIGS must press on to get the fair hearing for Justice for Sabah.

Should this succeed especially against cash rich Malaysia, those who sign the Petition would be given priority in the sharing of the compensation. So it is now up to you to act now. Those who submit completed books would be also be rewarded then.

http://mega-icc-group-sabah-migs.blogspot.com/  for RM120 billions

SIGN up for Justice for Sabah.

a way to Justice for Sabah and Malaysia

On the conduct of the 11th National General Elections and 10th Sabah State General Elections- 21 March 2004 by the Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR)/Election Commission (/EC)

I, Joshua Kong Yun Chee want to lodge a Report as follows:-

Democratic election processes must be seen to be conducted fairly and orderly with minimum disruptions and discrepancies, but many observations appear otherwise namely:-

1) Frequent allegations of the faulty electoral rolls can be a reality as dubious citizens and/or phantom voters prevail as in Project IC/ Project M and other Police reports. (refer A48, A49 (latest book/buku Project IC), A51- examples only).

2) The questioned conduct of the elections by all concerned EC included prior to nominations, during nominations, after nominations during campaign period and polling day including the votes counting and results.

3) The Gazette dated 12th April, 2004 available in print in July 2004 in Kota Kinabalu confirm the discrepancies generally in the issues of ballot paper for Parliament seat and the total of respective State seats under that particular Parliament seat. (Sabah's scenarios in A2 and a few sample of others in A4). Sabah scenario is also illustrated in 4 specific cases in Q1-4 while others are in another 4 specific case in Q5-8. Q1-8 are provided in details in A1 (lower portion) for cross references. Such rampant discrepancies create great suspicion on the conduct of the EC especially on polling day.

Attached with this report are samples of observations of discrepancies, errors as marked in diamond shaped note plus press cuttings of about 50 pages.

In any possible misconduct of elections, rigging and irregularities may prevail giving rise to injustice when Government is formed. (A46, A47, A49).

In view of many complaints and questionable incidences, as indicated in pages marked (A38-53), it is suggested that a Royal Commission of Inquiry be held to establish beyond doubt that 'electoral frauds' as perceived by some quarters had not taken place. In the meantime, it is an open question as to how the present EC can conduct any future elections with the full confidence of the consumers who are also likely be the voters and candidates.

JK? Digest no 37 of December, 06 [369 of 2006] Why 'anarchy' in Malaysia?

COUNTDOWN to 2007, is there really celebrations when ....

As far as Malaysia and Malaya are concerned, there are lots of questions about the legality in the nation since 1963?

I leave that to the lawyers especially constitutional professionals to decide how 'anarchic" we are.

How many emergencies enforced once are still not repealed in 50 years?

What happened in 1965, can give the answer as far as Malaysia is concerned when Singapore left Malaysia.

Laws and their implications apart, there appear to be many scenarios of illegality in Sabah and Malaysia.

When there is an 'anarchic' scenario (top down) in the nation, yet the 'Government' wants to implement those laws.

Illegal people are given identity cards of 1-2 millions in Sabah and up to another million elsewhere in the nation.

The 2004's 11-ten National General Elections can be considered null and void and so we have an illegal Government at the Federal and State levels nationwide. The 10th Sabah's General Elections are definitely flawed and even 'fraudulent' now subject to the Police and the ACA to seriously look into my Police Report lodged on 26th December, 2006. My complaints to high offices in April 2004 were all and sundry ignored.

So learned lawyers, can an illegal Government implement and enforce those laws and statutes and yet claim not anarchic?

So in the interest of all concerned, lets 2007 be the start of sincere negotiations of all parties to the Malaysian Agreement 1963 to resolve whatever shortcomings and violation of the terms made in good faith. If the Korean case warrants a six nations talk over the nuclear standoff, then we can have a similar forum involving the United Nations, the British, Malaya, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, and Indonesia. with Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan and Kalimantan - an eleven parties talk.

For me, I consider this as part of MIGS.

Bersihkan pilihanraya tembelang di Malaysia
Syed Hamid Ali
Jan 3, 07 3:47pm Saiz Huruf:

Menggunakan tanda dakwat (seperti di India dan Indonesia) untuk mengelakkan penipuan mengundi berulang-ulang kali;

Menghapuskan undi pos kecuali bagi para diplomat dan pengundi di luar negara;

Mungkin kerajaan Kelantan patut mendahuluinya.

Kota Kinabalu: Sabah Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) deputy chief Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan said the correct approach to get to the root of the illegal immigrant problem in Sabah is to establish a Royal Commission of Inquiry and not by listing the identity of each illegal.

JK

JK's Digest No. 15 of March 2007 (41 of 2007) Strange news but worthy to note

Christopher John Boehike and Joseph Kony

US$3 keeps US citizen out of Ugandan Jail (Borneo Post 25 March 2007). The Court convicted Christopher John Boehike (26) from New York paid 6,000 shillings (3 dollars) for possession of a sub machine gun to search for Joseph Kony - the most wanted rebel leader after more than 20 years. Strangely it is this person of the Lord Resistance Army with the news of International Criminal Court going after him in 2005 that led me to get to know ICC.
My second book "EPIC of Sabah" was published in July 2002 and unknown to me ICC was instituted same time. I asked God for direction of the EPIC in 2002 and the Voice told me to submit my case of EPIC to the world court. I only knew ICJ for cases amongst nations.
With that lead (ICC for Kony) in 2005, I have submitted three major complaints to ICC on Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia for expected compensation of at least RM40 billions in each case.
Please help us in these cases of grave injustice against Sabah and Sabahans.

THE CORRIDORS OF POWER

Raja Petra Kamarudin
On 10 April 2000, two executive suite rooms were booked on the 11th floor of the Hyatt Kota Kinabalu International Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. The rooms were registered under the names of Yussof Hamdan and Sairin Karno, both well known Umno Sabah heavyweights. Yussof and Sairin, however, did not occupy the rooms. The occupants were six Abu Sayyaf Group leaders from Jolo, the Southern Philippines, as follows:

1. Ghalib Andang alias Commander Robot

2. Mujib Susukan

3. Radulan Sujiron

4. Ernest Pacuno

5. Samil Jumaani

6. Unknown

These six, who are key personalities of the Abu Sayyaf Group, checked out of their rooms on the 17th of April.

For seven days, these guests from Jolo were entertained by the local Umno Sabah heavyweights and were seen openly in the Coffee House and The Shenanigans Pub of the Hyatt Kota Kinabalu International Hotel. Sairin Karno, Yussof Hamdan, Nasir Sakaran and even Yong Teck Lee were seen entertaining these Abu Sayyaf leaders.

On 23 April 2000, one week after leaving Kota Kinabalu, this same group of people from the Abu Sayyaf Group conducted a raid on Sipadan and took 21 hostages.

These leaders from the Abu Sayyaf Group were in Kota Kinabalu as guests of Umno Sabah one week before the raid in Sipadan. What were they doing with the Umno heavyweights and the former Chief Minister, Yong Teck Lee?

Commander Robot carries a Malaysian blue identity card and once worked as a bodyguard for Yong Teck Lee. He was also a long time resident of Lahad Datu, Sabah.

Mujib Susukan, another Abu Sayyaf heavyweight, also has a Malaysian blue identity card and once worked for the Yong family in the Yong Asia Plantation in Lahad Datu.

On 15 July 2000, Yong Teck Lee, Aziz Samsuddin and Sairin Karno flew into Zamboanga on a Sabah Air flight to meet Aventajado. Yong had in his possession USD3 million in USD100 bank notes. Yong Teck Lee, the 慴ag carrier

traitors or what?

JK's Digest No. 18 of March 2007 (44 of 2007)  Why did Yong Teck Lee do it?

The way he had done it with other traitors including UMNO strongmen who are not local but EPIC.

It has now being exposed in Malaysia Today in four articles in a series  4477 such as
http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/corridors.php?itemid=2866 -
(part 1 where 2866=4) abu sayyap and the Sabah connections in high places.

http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/corridors.php?itemid=2992  (part 2 = 4)Project IC
http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/corridors.php?itemid=3202  (part 3 = 7) The traitor Tun Mustapha and Moro people
http://malaysia-today.net/blog2006/corridors.php?itemid=3229   - (part 4 where 3229=7 )Abu Sayyap gang in Hotel with UMNO and Yong Teck Lee.
Was it connected with his Election Court Case in 1999 which was in his disadvantage and then confirmed in his disqualification in 2001?
The message of the consequences of the State General Elections in 1999 was seen in the sky on the polling day with a straight thin RED line from Mount Kinabalu all the way to the Federal Capital in the West.  The red line as a divine message confirmed two things namely cheating and phantom voters in the Elections for the first time as exposed in the Court proceedings.
So did Yong Teck Lee also encouraged others to get the Datuship from the Sulu Sultanate although defunct?
Were there hidden agenda to takeover Sabah then by hooks or by crooks?

burning issues

JK's Digest No. 19 of March 2007 (45 of 2007)  Sabah's burning tactic to evict settlers

Who are behind these highly critical land deals?

The Home Ministry was implicated in asking mainstream newspapers not to extract news from the Internet because such news are considered inaccurate.  Such news do have reliable sources and evidence.

The Deputy Prime Minister was saying that news in the Internet can make some people mad.

What is the view of the Prime Minister when the socalled Government wants to implement Iskandar Development Region in Johore (IDR) where international participations are expected and highly valued?

In Johore 10,000 stray dogs as claimed were shot in 2006.  Really stray dogs, and not your pets missing in AWOL?

Now in Sabah not only dogs are also regularly shot but some settlers' houses are burned down.

No newspapers want to cover that kind of story supported by a brief of 126 pages for fear of what?

But Malaysiakini (online web newspaper) has covered that story in http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/65019 at the courtesy of Consumers Association of Sabah & Labuan CASH.  (If you want that full story email to me).

So are we losing everything in Sabah to outsiders and Project IC holders unless a total change of system is to come very soon?
