JK's Digest no 6 of October, 06 <251 of 2006>  Set Sabah free from abuses etc
LETS THIS PRAYER BE HEARD.

Moon cake day on 15th day of the Eighth Month in the Chinese Calendar ( part yet ban) is indeed sentimental and memorial day even in Sabah.  Many are celebrating for several reasons for centuries. (see the story below).

One thing is that these cakes are getting more and more expensive in recent years.  Why?

If you think about the ingredients, these are simple basic items but processed for custom needs. Chinese based delicacies are also very expensive now.

I don't intend to over throw the present Government but the present one has lived out its welcome in Sabah as we are no long peaceful.  Some would share that we are oppressed in many ways and the writing is on the wall.

But I don't need to send out the notes in the moon cake, but emails are good enough now in the OPEN for all to share as we watch out for the moon tonight or the symbol of some gods.

I also believe many are also making all sorts of wishes - including good health, wealth, power, good wives, good husbands, good families,  happiness, peace, joy and harmony etc for ourselves and our families in Sabah and elsewhere.  Unfortunately some may be busy elsewhere or sleeping.

So it is timely to send this OPEN message - join in the Mega ICC Group Sabah (MIGS) to set us free from oppression - politics, economy, finance, cultural, spiritual, since 1963 for the majority of the local people.  MIGS is a vehicle towards RM120 billion trust fund.

As I write I heard that the moon, earth and Sun are in alignment during this season.  As the sea level swells much in Peninsula Malaysia, I hope the support for MIGS would also swell in Sabah.

What are you waiting for, but prayers for deliverance you must.

Also there is a new struggling party  (normal here) to meet on 10th October to decide on the final step for a new direction in Sabah.  Should we support that?

Of the many stories associated with the festival, many think this is the best one about how the Yuan dynasty was overthrown. Fourteenth century Chinese were then living under the oppressive Mongol emperor, Shun Di. To depose the tyrant, Liu Bowen planned a revolution and disseminated the plan by preparing small strips of paper containing the date of and some details for the uprising. The strips were hidden inside mooncakes and the mooncakes were distributed to the people. At midnight of the appointed date, the people rose in uprising and deposed the autocratic emperor. The appointed date was  15 of the Eighth month (lunar calendar), and Chinese from then on have kept the date as a day of thanksgiving for deliverance from an oppressive ruler.

RM120billions

JK's Digest no 7 of October, 06 <252 of 2006>  Lets do some calculations

for RM120 billions via MIGS

Earlier I wrote and posted
JK's Digest no 6 of October, 06 <251 of 2006>  Set Sabah free from abuses etc
So it is timely to send this OPEN message - join in the Mega ICC Group Sabah (MIGS) to set us free from oppression - politics, economy, finance, cultural, spiritual, since 1963 for the majority of the local people. MIGS is a vehicle towards RM120 billion trust fund. That is my wish today 6th October 2006 and yours as well. (For those who read this for the first time ICC= International Criminal Court).

So how do I arrive at the BIG sum of RM120 billions in MIGS.  It is very simple.

Like Malaysian Government has introduced lots of penalties for all sorts of offence committed, but I don't know where and how the money so recieved for those penalties go to?

Back to the computation, the Malaysia's  portion can be more elaborate as a list of relevant items can be computed since 1963.  Assuming we in Sabah had been shortchanged of various things at RM1 billion per year and for 40 years it is the minimum of RM40 billions.  The details are indicated in the Brief 1 submitted to ICC in August 2005.

For Philippines and Indonesia, it is assumed that an average of 1 million local people excluding 1-2 millions Extra People IC, be compensated for the crimes against the people in Sabah at RM1,000 per head, it would work out to RM1 billion.  I have not considered those who had lost love ones through grievous crimes including murders seen and unseen, properties, and other scams.  It is up to these people to submit their claims albeit belated.  Many of these people had been charged in courts and convicted for prison.  We are in our own prison in gated houses costing us tens of thousands per household.  For 40 years, it is RM40 billions (minimum) for each country concerned.

Who give them the rights to come to disturb us via such methods as refugees and illegal influx ignoring our orders of peaceful living.  These cheap labour of illegal people may claim that they had contributed to Malaysian economy, and in this case it is for them to claim on the Malaysian Government.

If you are not happy with my estimated calculation, please help me with more detailed computation to build up a bigger figure for ICC to assess.

Especially for the Philippines, they can claim Sabah (go on dream for a dubious claim is itself a premeditated crime) but don't come here to commit crimes against us.  How would they like it if we also go over to do the same even as visitors?

So are you now happy with my figure of RM120 billions after 40 years?  Sabah has little investments despite our past great wealth, and now we are seeing something as real as that.  Be in MIGS to see it a reality please.

is there an official website or source we can refer to? i believe majority of people in this country do not really understand what is going on with sabah. news aren't cover in this area, blogs can't be reliable all the time. it would be more efficient if an official website is setup and gain its attention by providing its aim, motive, resolution and such.

List of racial discriminations in Malaysia, practiced by government as
wellas government agencies. This list is an open secret. Best verified by
government itself because it got the statistics.

This list is not in the order of importance, that means the first one
on the list is not the most important and the last one on the list does not
mean least important.

This list is a common knowledge to a lot of Malaysians, especially
those non-malays (Chinese, Ibans, Kadazans, Orang Asli, Indians, etc) who
were being racially discriminated.

Figures in this list are estimates only and please take it as a guide
only. Government of Malaysia has the most correct figures. Is government of
Malaysia too ashamed to publish their racist acts by publishing racial
statistics?

This list cover a period of about 48 years since independence (1957).

my little additions and more

BURDEN OF THE DOOM NATION

The Sabah Scenario

The incredible has sort of being exposed when I received this kind of list of 55 items (see the next three pages).

Actually the 55 items are just samples of what are going on that go unreported in the official press, and yet Malaysia claims to have a press that is far from FREE.  Would this be any good even in the 21st century when there is cry for justice, fairness and survival in globalisation?

So who would like to add on the list as per pages 2-4 for the common good of the young nation of 50 years in 2007?  We need to know in the information age.

Enough pains and dilemmas have emerged themselves through the social, economic and financial dimensions irregularly but consistently.  When those developments are exposed, the citizens find themselves helpless to deal with them as the entrapment would be too much for the nation.  The Government is also in dilemma in many cases where bail out in the use of taxpayers' funds of billion of Ringgit were regularly done without the consent of the people.  I do not want to list them here for the obvious ones are known while many cases are still in hidden agenda.

For Sabah, the scenarios are definitely worst if compared with those listed are in Peninsula Malaysia but do we learn anything at all in short 43 years in Malaysia?  Sabah had been so rich as labelled as Texas of Malaysia and if all the wealth and resources are retained within Sabah, every Sabahan would be a millionaire in Ringgit.  Even the little that is left is still outside the hands of Sabahans.  Instead of wealth, much incidences of burden are emerging in Sabah as we share the crisis in the nation facing new challenging in the 21st Century.
Sabahans have to go the national approach in dealing with global crisis, while our own local ones are swept under the carpet or just overlooked. The fuel crisis is just a simple illustration.  Despite our fossil wealth, we still are penalised for the increase of fuel costs across the board as applied for the nation. Against a background of our backwardness in many areas with a very big rural hinterland, and many disadvantages like shipping costs and remoteness and higher costs of living not to mention the rampant corruptions at all levels,  Sabah case must be viewed with some adjustments that can bring some relief especially to many working people.  I hope working and business people would indicate how they have been burdened by rising costs in transportation like parking charges and fuel costs which have pushed many living costs up when salaries adjustment are not possible with the almost stagnant economy. Can we voice that out?

On the contrary, the ugly adjustments have occurred like the ethnic cleansing where a million and more illegals have become dubious citizens through genuine identity cards.  The other is the "apartheid phenomenon" even in the rewarding of loans and scholarships for the qualified students.  The Government should come out with an updated list as how scholarships and loans by Sabah Foundation had been given over the decades, rather than just publish those names of defaulters in repayment of loans.  What about those given scholarship when they fail in their obligations?  Also Petronas should also publish its full list of scholarships given out through the decades.  How many of the awardees come from Sabah?   You can go on as well but with much pain to be released.  Joshua Kong jkong823@tm.net.my  26th March, 2006

Sabah needs at least RM40 billions

JK's Digest no 23 of November, 06 [308 of 2006] Is this the root of the Malay dilemma?

Deputy Prime Minister said the Malay has been oppressed for 446 years (1511-1957).(UMNO General Assembly 2006)

So he asked the Malay agenda to be extended indefinitely as 20-30 years of NEP is not enough.

Has that oppression anything to do with the NEP - a social contract since 1970 meant for 20 years only.

Unless the root causes are deal with appropriately, we in Malaysia are oppressing ourselves with things unnatural as NEP has been diagnosed as the root of continued sort of inferior complex.

The Malays maybe under colonialism of foreign powers but NEP is meant to be an affirmative action amongst the other major races in Malaysia.  So what is the relevancy here?

Again, it is known the Malays are also an immigrant race like the Chinese and Indians and the Malays has actually oppressed the indigenous people like the orang asli who are not even considered the bumiputra of Malaysia as far as the Constitution is concerned.

The Malays now also include dubious citizens from the illegal  groups in Sabah of 1-2 millions resulting in the ethnic cleansing and worsening apartheid phenomenon in Sabah.

So UMNO repesenting the Malays at large has also oppressed the minority indigenous groups in Sabah.

If Najib considers that 20-30 years as not enough due to the deemed oppression, then Sabah and Sabahans surely  deserve to demand for the shortfalls mainly due to oppression as per complaint to the International Criminal Courts for minimum of RM40 billion plus interests.

Another surprise is that Tun Dr Mahathir said Malays are from Indonesia especially from Sumatra and yet they are NOT given the type of assistance including NEP in Indonesia where they were similar ruled by foreigners for similar period.

So Najib enough is enough, oppression in whatever colour must stop now.  That is only good for the people whose faith is Islam to be set free.
