Hmmm cuma nak tanya satu perkara jer, ada tak syarat syarat khas kalau kita nak letak someone jadi beneficiary kita?

okeh.. lebih kurang nak tau beneficiary ni is it beneficiary untuk hasil perniagaan ker.. beneficiary dlm wasiat ker.. beneficiary harta ker.. beneficiary untuk agreement or bisnes transaction ker..

oic... untuk tujuan mcm ni,  setau aku takder la syarat2 khasnya... janji clear and unambigous dlm agreement yg melibatkan beneficiary tu..... specify dgn jelas dan nyata sapa beneficiary (paling important!!), apa entitlement  beneficiary tu, time bila beneficiary bole dpt benefits tu.. whether ada plak obligation beneficiary lepas tu (if dia punya role sebagai nominee.. but this one would be better if letak in separate agreement).

sori, tak perasan soalan ni...

bergantung kepada konteks documentation tu sendiri (in case they have their own interpretation or definition), beneficiary owner normally bermaksud org yg akan mendapat beneficiary tu .. penerima benefits.. sama je maksud dgn beneficiary.
