Mohon tips: cara bagi kari kita pedas

Salam. Nak minta tunjuk ajar dari sapa2 yg pandai masak kari.

Kalau kita nak kari kita pedas, cara mana yg paling authentic.
Cara:
1. Guna serbuk cili
2. Guna cili kering (blend)

Saya selalu guna cili kering yg dikisar. Tapi kena hati hati sebab cili kering sekarang pedas gila.

Pakai rempah kari extra pedas babas + chili powder babas. Xcukop pedas lg, leh tumis cili kering blender/cili giling sama

Oh..salah baca. Nk yg pedas authentic pakai serbuk cili la kaka. Kari2 india depa xpakai cili giling. Sambal bilis pn depa masak pakai serbuk cili bukan blend cili kering. Kedai2 mamak kt umah i ni la rata2 mcm tu

cili hidup ade yg pedas dan sedang2 pedasnya...sama dgn cili kering...boleh google tgk perbezaan...cth cili kering yg berkilat tu pedas ye...

Tambah cili kering blend...cili powder tak pedas sgt...and i taktau laa brand lain tapi pada i rempah kari adabi pedas

I beli cili giling sbb malas nak rebus blend simpan etc.. Tp sedap gak dgn black pepper..
n i xreti beli cili kering ada yg pedas sgt ada yg xpedas so xkonsisten..

Kaka, ni iols belajaq dari mami penang, jiran iols.

Bawang besaq 2,3 bijik, bawang kecik 4,5 bijik, bawang putih setengah labu, halia sikit, serbuk kari peket adabi (kalau ikan x payah cili mmg dah pedas kalau daging tambah cili serbuk secamca) gaul dgn ayaq. Lepas tu tumis sampai pecah minyak (might take 10 mins kot).

Then masak ngan api pelahannn.
I never try sebab renyah, tapi mmg sedapla masaknya pun
