Selain dari control mkn, jgn lupa dinner awal. Bfore 8 ye.. Pastu minum milo tu kdg2 jela. Kurangkan jadi sebulan skali dua je. Kalo tak minum lgsung nt teringin pulak. Tapi kalo tak teringin, takyah minum.

Since tt wfh, buat lah indoor walk. Jap je dlm 15-30 mins dah ok. Daripada tt stress smpai xbuat keje.. Better take 15 mins break utk exercise. Peluh pun dpt.. Rasa best pun iye

Selain dari exercise, cuba puasa sunat isnin khamis. Iolss buat gini mmg cpt berat turun

Korang muda lagi...boleh je turun mudah kalau discipline kuatlah kalau nk kurus...kaka ni dah tua..umur dah atas 45...lainla umur 40 kebawah...tu sebab kaka jaga badan sb factor usia...badan cepat kumpul lemak dan penyakit orang tua mudah dtg kalau x jaga kesihatan...

TT saya pun on diet, nak kuruskan badan. Dah start bulan 3 aritu. Tapi semangat tu on off. Berat setakat ji baru turun 4kg. Tapi nmpklah perubahan kat perut..baju yg selama ni ketat kat perut dah longgar..byk lagi nak kena turun ni..utk ketinggian i ni, paling berat yg boleh adalah 55..adoiii

Cun eh kau kak. Letop gitu. Brp tu berat skg? Bekpes dgn lunch mkn ape? Aku hari tu 63kg pastu skip dinner da sebulan ni da turun jd 61kg. Nk turunkan jd 55kg punye la susah. Exercise mmg xde lah sbb malas

Berat akak kalau timbang lepas jogging setiap hari 47.8kg...lepas mkn naik 48.5kg....gitula setiap hari...hehe

Bekfes x tentu...pagi td nasi lemak...lunch nasi mcm biasa + ikan gulai tempoyak...mlm je kaka mkn biskut hap seng cicah air teh...tapi bukan tiap mlm mkn biskut...kekadang mkn juga nasi...tapi seboleh2nya elakkan mkn sebelum pukul 8 ...tapi kadang2 anak masak maggi kaka join  juga tumpang..

Best gila xsmpai 50kg pon. Cite la sikit mkn ape je kak. Manis2 langsung xamik ke? Brp kali mkn sehari? Aku 2x mkn je sehari pon susah gila nk turun

Mcm byk jgk kau mkn kak. Aku mkn lg sikit kot asal berat aku xturun2 ni. Nasi lemak mmg da lame tinggal, fast food pon jarang. Bekpes buat sendiri je kt umah, lunch food panda order nasi tp berat xturun pon

Netto exercise x....cara nk mudah kurus adalah workout..jogging..exercise...lepas exercise cuba timbang berat..mmg turun berat..

Satu lagi jgn sekali makan lepas pukul 8 mlm..ni bg permulaan yg nk kurus..

Kaka mmg bukan penggemar aiskrim...kek ke....biasa minum susu + air kosong je...ni pun teh ni baru je dlm dua minggu ni sb permintaan anak...
