I ada update supplement i amek skang

1. Berocca utk general health (2-3 tablets je seminggu)

2. Raw maca root - utk wanita 40 an.. regulate hormon

3. L-carnitine with bcaa - pre workout supplements

4. Prebiotic with cranberry - utk vaginal and gut health

5. Tocotrienols complete E - utk otak dan general health (for omega better than fish oil)

P/S : yang probiotics + cranberry tu kan, mmg best la kesan, i dah ambil 3 months+++ consistently brand ni (lebih murah from US), keputihan langsung dah takde... and plus point husband i ckp bawah tu rasa makin warmm sgt2 masa ML, makin sedap katanyeh

Ai ambil
Pagi minum virgin olive oil - utk kulit. Iols malas pakai lotion.
Apple cider - untuk digest
Multivitamin
Cranberries juice no sugar - utk pompuan (ini ambik petua dlm tiktok - naik kan libido. Utk yg malas nak berasmaradana)

Yang lain tak boleh ambik. Anak masih menyusu.
Ambik collegen kulit cantik. Tapi gemuk.. Tak sesuai dengan badan.

I m 47 this year. X ambik supplement dah sbb i tend to eat more bile ambik supplement.
Cuma i amalkan minum air serai, sesekali air daun pandan. Breakfast minum greentea.

Lps kedarah durian mcm org x pernah jumpe durian, doc ckp i have some condition so stop ambik air manis, stop red meat. Mkn nasi sejemput mcm dulu2.

N i x leh ambik vit c sbb kan that condition.
I plg takut kalau kena diabetes. Minta jauh.

Simple jamu lemon+bwg putih+serai or halia, i dh jarang2 buat.

I ambik vitamin C.
Calcium.

Nanti-nanti nak ambik Ginko Biloba utk otak and Lutein & Zeaxanthin utk mata. Tapi slow-slow lah. Dulu in 20s pernah ambik tapi bila ada family + anak, sayang nak spend utk diri sendiri.

Then tunggu kulit dah bertambah saggy, nak makan Collagen balik.

Tq bg tips cranberries juice tu....I kdg2 rasa libido I dah drop....malasnye nak bersama.....tp kene jugak sbb tanggungjawab.


I belum 40...tp dah hampir nak 40.
I ambil fish oil, vit c kdg2....sbb I prefer minum air lemon instead of artificial vit c.
Oxithion utk kulit.
Kdg2 I buat sendiri air kunyit + herbs.

dah berapa lama minum jus cranberries... menjadi ke utk libido... hik hik... i 48yrs old and dah malas nak berasmaradana ....huhu

cuba ambil : astaxanthin (anti oxidan) , minyak ikan ( EPA  Dha lebih dari 500mg), collagen ( kalau nak)-10- 20mg  sehari dan minum air kosong banyak banyak...kalau wanita ..tambah air cranberry 1 cawan ............................

i pun ada masalah selera makan mencanak2 bila ambik supplement - then only i realised yg B complex yg menyebabkan selera.
so, i stop b complex dan multivitamin tablets.

i think, u pun ada issue yg sama. first, try stop dulu supplements yg ada b complex.

Masa perut kosong, ambil zinc

lepas makan:
B-complex
Multivitamin
Vitamin C
Fish oil
Biotin (dr GNC)

Sebelum tidur:
Res-V
Kalsium

semoga me istiqomah ambil supplement, azam 2022 nak jaga kesihatan diri...

secret... harga satu 89. harga m.ship 70+ sebulan 1 tin cukup sebab iols amik 1 skli sehari je. yg lucunya iols buh susu tu dalam botol mcm botol susu..goncang2 mcm buat susu anak air takle panas sgt. minum tiap pagi. complete semua dlm tu.

selain itu..amik juga lain2 ubat traditional dll.
