OMG ni dah ada underlying causes why jadi shopaholic.. there's a reason why it is called retail therapy... sbb ia boleh give temporary "consolation" pada rasa serabut or pressure tu... i dulu tengah depress dengan my previous marriage, so mmg teruk juga my shopping habit, i jadikan retail therapy as my "escapism".. tp in the end i jadi stress balik sbb byk sgt handbag siap berkulat sbb jarang pakai...
lepas i settle/ resolve my source of stress tu.. i slowly tone down my spending... and pulihkan shopaholic tu...

Bila baca you tulis ni. I pun perasan I pun jenis tak akan beli selagi ada barang lain yg boleh masak dalam fridge tu.
I jenis ada kelebihan pandai masak apa saja bahan yg ada dalam peti ais tu. So selalu memang barang tak pernah buang sebab expired.
Sama jugak baju pun. I always strict jangan beli lebih RM50 sehelai. I beli pun kat Padini or Aeon saja. Alhamdulillah I ni ada aura yg pakai baju murah tapi orang ingat mahal
Tapi ada la jugak I beli something as big statement untuk pi office macam Omega watch ,handbag pun setakat LV,Gucci level saja.
For skincare pun dulu I pakai estee Lauder range and now change to Drugstore macam Olay and Cosmoderm. Same goes to make up all beli kat Guardian mcm Revlon, Maybeline or Sephora in house product.
Tak tahu la I ni category kedekut ke apa .

I bukan pakai semua head to toe branded.. tp henbeg, jam wajib branded.. tak perlu byk pun.... kasut tak perlu mahal sgt sbb letak kat kaki & bukan selesa pun sandal hermes, flats chanel or ferragamo tu... alih2 asik ulang pakai clarks flats & sneakers marks spencer or adidas je...
Kaki lebih penting selesa & safety & ergonomics.. i workout & dance a lot.. sbb tu kaki supports i particular sikit
Dulu kemahen mekap kena bobbi brown, estee lauder, mac, huda beauty, chanel.... skang ni lipstick wardah pun dah sesuai...
Haircare & bodycare dulu loccitane or clarins... shampoo conditioner, oil, almond oil, scrub, body oil clarins mcm2 jenis.. now haircare brand DOVE je, bodyshampoo DOVE or Dettol... hahahah body oil i beli extra light olive oil (any brand utk masak2 tu) & mix with essential oils mix sendiri
Dulu skincare skii, estee lauder, dermalogica, spa facial sebulan skali... skang cukup drugstore, the ordinary.. bahkan lebih elok banding dulu condition skin i.. now dah 12 tahun no facials...
Honestly, dah banyak sangat I TONE DOWN... lavish lifestyle dah tinggal lama dah.. sbb nak retire early & reprioritize punya pasal |

i start shopping bila i tengah struggle dgn rumhtangga i..beli benda kecik pun bila dah smpai bdak kurier depan rumah rasa happy je..so start dari tu i dh xleh nk stop shopee..tp now dh slow down sikit sbb ada komitmen besar nk kena tnggung every month.. |

Betul lah ni.. i skang tak shopping sangat.. mcm takde keperluan dan tiada kemahuan... apa yang ada pun dah cukup.. rotate pakai je.. maybe sbb dah rasa content dengan apa yang ada...
Komitmen pun takde.. hanya seketul kereta je i masih bayar.. lain2 sume takde hutang.. so krik krik i topup investment je lah |
