Sedikit tips. Kalau chuolss tgh obese or gems.
Jgn diikut sgt style cheat day bagai tu.
Huhu..kene gigih.
Gigih means makan sihat2...kurangkan gula smua. Lepas da turun 10 ke 15 kg...brla korang boleh santai sikit.

Aku nk kurangkan lagi 6 kg ni.
Cpatla jom slalu sembang2 sini.ok. Nanti aku share korang video happy walk.
Senaman berjalan santai2..tak semput pun buat.
Buat sket2..santai je..cuba curi masa ok.

Takyahla terus nk buat yg hardcore.
Ingat..yg buat kita kurus ialah pemakanan kita...senaman ni sambil2 je. In fact kebanyakkan org..lepas senaman..dia akan terlebih2 lapar n konon2 takpe nk makan banyak..n end up makan lebih lagi dr kalori yg dia bakar masa senaman.

Bila tgk ig dorg yg diet tu mcm x sangka dr 80 90kg tu boleh jadi petite mcm dorg yg skrg. Diet sendiri2 je kan. Pastu betul la kena jaga makan. Ada tu x excercise sgt pn. Jaga2 anak kat rumah je. Tp boleh turun berat. Impress betul.

I obes tahap 1. Lagi berapa mata je nak pergi overweight. Tp hazabnya ya aulohhh. Tp belas kg lagi nak gi ideal. Lg hazab kuasa dua. Haih. Ntah merasa ke tidak ideal tu. Hahah

Babe. I buat IF 10kgs turun tapi i turun lagi. Masalahnya skrg i masuk phase plateau. Cemana eh

Kalau plateau maybe u boleh cuba tukar apa u biasa makan. Then buat zigzag calories, or increase workout.

Hi Dear,

I baru beli juicer Philips Juicer HR1833 (Black) harga dalam RM 389++ dekat AEON ( dekat Lazada dalam RM 252++ )

I ingat nak beli slow juicer, tapi mahal nawwww laaa  pulak, before i guna blander tapi penat nak memerah hahah and blender kena letak air so i decided beli juicer.

Later2 boleh upgrade to slow juicer


Semalam baru beli ebook Medical Medium, still learning, I nak fight my chronic illness..
