Buat IF pastu Jaga pengambilan pemakanan kita. Akak baru nak start semula. Setahun macam yoyo. January 2019 berat 55kg. January tahun ni 60kg tapi pelik kawan2 kata kurus.
Beza dulu sebelum start amalkan  makan suku2 separuh..54kg pun nampak bambam.

iols baru2 buat endoscopy aritu benda pertama Dr tanya start bila skip makan? mengaga iols nak jawab..

air gas dah 2 tahun iols tak sentuh skrg badan maintain je.

iols follow ramai jugak. ada yg buat IF, ada yg jaga makan eat clean, ada yang kira calories, ada yg pegi gym, ada yang buat semua

@ateqchalala - from 74kg+ now 58kg
@mingmakansihat - from 94kg now 60kg kot tak sure tapi she lost 30kg++
@ummijep - from 75kg to 48kg
@aidasaniaweina - dia pon turun banyak tapi kadang diet makan buah je nampak
@daya_eathealthy - she lost 26kg
@misikuruslina_ - 67kg to 50kg. Tapi pastu gemuk balik . now misi nak kurus semula
@ii_healthy_journey - tak sure dia turun brapa tapi suka tengok plating dia lawa haha
@mydiet_ezfoodies - tak ingat turun berapa
@mama_sihat_kurus_bonus
@aisyafooddiary
@hadztaste_fit_journey
@bangunpagi.masak.kerja

I tgk ada org lost 2kg gak buat liquid diet. Tp x tau la dia makan apa. Atau dia cuma makan makanan yg dia blend tu je ke.

nak share pengalaman sendiri...
tak ikut mana2 program...cumanya hasil dok tengok menu2 kwn2 post ig..saya cuba buat sendiri jer jadual makan..
1. Tinggalkan nasi lemak  & roti canai waktu sarapan
2. tinggal kan nescafe susu ( saya hantu kopi)- minum nescafe kosong light2 jer..
3. makan tenghari kat opis bawak bekal masak kat rumah buat kekdah suku suku separuh..tapi tak la kejam sngt dengan perut..cumanya makanan rebus2..no more minyak2 berlenang..
4. malam mmg tak mkn...

alhamdulillah...turun berat..inci pun kurang...
