Been in love, out of love n in love again hiks.
The thing is u r not getting any younger.
Metabolism is against you.
Makan terlebih skit. Kekal jd lemak dlm diri.
Huarghhh.
Caner korang nk kekalkan slim & sihat?
I have problem with tummy.

Share pls. Tips. How to eat clean? Ur favorite abs exercise etc etc

Jauhkan makanan ini semasa proses eat clean

1. Semua makanan bergoreng
2. Pastry, kek, desert, coklat, aiskrim
3. Semua air manis
4. Processed food
5. Fast food like mcd, kfc, pizza
6. Semua jenis sos & kicap
7. Kerepek/kekacang yg bersalut

Pada saya there's no one right method. the best is combination of them all with moderation. Contohnya
1. Buat IF; bila makan --
2. Eat clean - means real food, real food commonly dont have label; bila eat clean
3. portionnya suku suku separuh atau boleh selang seli dengan jenis2 diet lain contohnya atkin, keto, etc.

rasanya bagus jugak selang seli every week or so, untuk awaken muscle and nerves kita.
craving tu memang ada. paling jahat sugar craving , often time bila start taking sugar susah nk stop, dia mcm dadah.
so saya selalu tukar la thoughts tu dengan  makan tomyam sebab saya suka tomyam.
dulu pernah cuba ambik juice tapi lepas ambik juice nak benda lain pulak, ambik susu coklat la.. last2 terbabas.
saya tau saya jenis x boleh kawal, so saya mmg x start benda manis. selalu saya suka ada apple within reach, itu pon temporary stop.. jangan layan.

exercise, actually saya x exercise pon, rasanya kena start sebab badan selalu sengal2.
tapi saya park kreta paling jauh bila p kerja.. naik tangga dan setiap jam saya akan bangun jalan pusing ofis la. hopefully boleh dpt byk steps & kurang sakit pinggang sebab duduk byk sangat.

sekarang tengah buat senaman tahan nafas mcm nk ambik gambar tu.. dengan harapan perut flat.
penah dengar radio ckp tu sama mcm buat crunch.

penah terikut trend minum boba for a few weeks.
tapi stop, tiap kali rasa nak beli, duit tu letak kat dlm tabung. you will be surprise to see how much money u spared.

saya ada seorang anak sekolah rendah. husb kat ovc so tinggal berdua ja.
klu kluar lunch saya akan beli 1 makanan 1 air. biar dia makan dulu, saya makan balance ja.. huhu
surprisingly xda la rasa lapar. kenyang ja. so kita save dan makan pon sikit ja.
kalau x byk yg anak tinggal it's ok, order la lagi, kalau boleh something cheaper and lighter.

saya cuba masak sekerap mungkin.
every weekend saya akan beli barang basah & siang siap2 & simpan dalam bekas ikut jumlah hari.
pagi2 sebelum pg kerja saya masak nasi & lauk. time lunch saya  masak sayur air ja.. & reheat yg saya masak pagi td. kalau x sempat masak, saya buat mcm saya ckp kat atas tu.

dinner selalu saya masak  untuk seorang makan. konsep sama bg anak makan dulu.
usually saya masak bihun sup bodo bodo, or nasi goreng gitu ja la.. then continue makan apple or salad kalau x kenyang..

satu benda yg saya selalu cakap kat diri..  xmo gemok2 berat2 sangat, nanti mati susah org nak usung. then kalau boleh nak la ambik gambar cantik bila p jalan. boleh pose husband lift us up hahaha..

saya elak makan processed food sebab the chemical tu bahaya even coffee utk granulate dia to become instant coffee pon ntah2 guna chemical. opt for real coffee. biar pon mesin sendiri or tumbuk guna lesung.

dont be drastic, start small. cut things one by one slowly. tiny change bila buat selalu akan jadi habit.  ayuh la kita bersama2 mejadi lebih sihat

I used to be skinny, makan apa2 pun susah nk gemuk, but now since I’m in my late 30’s, metabolism dh x mcm dulu.
I try to exercise/jogging 3x a week, pegi hiking during weekend kalau ada geng.
As for makan, I try to avoid sugar and eat real whole food je.
I jarang makan fast food but I kena makan nasi.
Portion wise, I jarang control but try to include veggies and fruits in every meal.
So far, Alhamdulillah, berat maintain walaupun x sekurus dulu.
