Jogging, gym, badan penat tak lalu dah nak tengok HP. Andddd food hunting, layan movie, semua tu buat sorang2 pun takde hal

TT tak boring ke tgk social media hari2 ? Sy kadang2 rasa bosan kot tgk insta n fb. Wechat sy ade tapi tak main. Just guna utk simpan gambor alkisan malas nak transfer dari 1 phone ke phone lain haha. Maybe awk kena cari aktiviti lain utk distract yourself. Tgk movie, reading ke, brisk walking kat taman petang2 ke.

Sy tgh hadapi masalah yg sama dgn tt, iaitu suka hadap hp most of the time, sejak setahun yg lepas. Cuba nak get rid of this habit tp smpi skrg tdk berjaya

Cuba join cam kem ke, or kursus ke yg diorang nanti mintak u tinggalkan phone.
Usually kalau dah seminggu biasakan akan lebihmudah kot.
Takpon buang internet package lam phone

Pasal social media ni..satu je..its all about self control. Kalau ikutkan most of my friends pun ada gak hantu ig and wechat.. Whatssap jgn ceritalah..berdenting2 masuk notifications. Try to do other things mcm house chores ke, kemas almari baju ke, benda yg kita selalu buat masa zaman tak ada smartphone. Btw I pun sometimes makan pun tgk hp..baca forum..lol. I buat camtu sebab I always mkn seorang..so nak hilangkan bosan mmg hadap hp la jawabnya. But just try not too attach to ur phone, sikit2 try take control of ur life. I know it is hard, but u can do it!

Hahaha. I dah terbiasa train body untuk ikut sistem. Bila dah ada sistem jadual ni senang so that I tahu I utilise masa tu betul-betul untuk satu hari. Nak pergi toilet pun ikut masa dalam sistem yang I tetapkan.

Lama-lama bila dah ada sistem jadual, kehidupan akan lebih teratur. Bagi I, TT needs a good system to overcome his social media addiction so that kehidupan dia lebih teratur dan tersusun.

Thx wiski.. My daily routine mcm 6am bgun, 6.30 dah drive gi kje..arond 730 smp opis balik 5.30. balik smp rmh dlm 715pm cmtu..then dinner, tgk tv, around 10 -1030 I dah masuk tido. system tu dah ada, cuma nya I terlalu bergantung pada phone. every 10 mins mesti macam ada urge nk kena bukak wechat, ig although xde noti ape pun..just browsing je. then bila ada something terlintas kat kepala, ters update ape2..gitu la..

right now tgh usha gym kot..nak fokus kat something else..nk cuba disiplinkan diri plak..hopefully berjaya la..

most likely sbb I sunyi sendiri kot..kwn tak ramai semua, plus xde bff segala bagai, most of the time sendiri..so I channel kan kesunyian tu pada socmed, tgk drama2 manusia..

so next step I kena disiplinkan diri, plus ada self control..
