Kim Bum Taking Advantage of his Fame Friday February 27, 2009 Korea
KimBum seems to be enjoying the fame he has attained from East of Eden andBoys Over Flowers. With offers being thrown at him from left and right,he has accepted to be one of the main characters for a new and upcomingteen action film, Emergency. He will be working with actress Kim Byul,who has been in Strongest Chil Woo and Baby & Me. The filming issupposed to start in April, so we can expect to hear more about it soon.
KimBeom will be Si-beom, an aspiring actor who must be the best actor forthe love of his life. And Kim Byeol is Soo-kyeong, who is sent to apsychiatric asylum after wandering the streets.

Kim Bum to Leave for New York
So looks like Hyun Joong isn't the only one planning to come to America.
After following a demanding schedule, fellow Boys Over Flowers's star Kim Bum is planning to take a short break in New York. Kim Bum'smanagement announced that upon finishing filming of Boys Over Flower,they are planning to go to New York for about 10 days for a photo shootas well as to rest and relax. The main reason for the trip is Kim Bum'sexhaustion from a packed schedule. Kim Bum has shot movies I Like it Hot, GoSa (Death Bell), and dramas East of Eden, & Boys Over Flowers back to back without resting.
On top of that, while filming for Boys Over Flowers he gotinto two car accidents from which he hasn't had time to recuperatefrom. Despite this, he is expected to go into shooting for his newmovie Emergency soon after the drama ends in late March.
