itu maksudnya range u ambil BBT tak sama...means..kalau you ambil normally kul 6.30.....so +-30 minit takpe...tapi kalau lebih dari 30 minit example you ambil kul 7.30 so dia akan kuar bulat camtu |

ooo...patutlah...yg circle tu fifa ambik pukul 6.00 pagi sebab dah tak boleh tido...sedangkan fifa dah fix kan ambik BBT pukul 6.40 pagi....
maksud nya tak boleh pakai lah chart tu??? |

Line menegak dia detect as ovulation day n line melintang sebagai coverline ...so tu ovulation day rzm la tu...kan suhu menaik tu... |
