Kim So Eun “suicides” in the Han River
For her role as Kwon Oh Bok in ”A Good Day For The Wind To Blow”, Kim So Eun jumps into the freezing Han River.
It was negative 10 degrees celcius on the 23rd, but because So Eunhadto film Kwon Oh Bok’s suicide scene, she plunged into the coldwater.With the cold wind, it felt like it was negative 15 degrees. Atthepress conference in the Imperial Palace Hotel, Kim So Eunremarked,“Because the river had frozen over, we had to break the icefor me thejump in. It was really cold.”
Oh Bok traveled to Seoul to find her father, who has a largedebtaccumulated from writing IOUs. In order to get on TV, Oh Bokclimbedthe Han River Bridge, but she accidentally fell into the river.Thisscene will be shown during the premiere on February 1st.
