tenangkan hati.. mana2 urusan yg berserabut dalam minda, ''tangkap'' satu persatu dan pindahkan ke diary dan tulisnya.. ia akan ''keluar'' dari minda dan niatkan untuk buat urusan2 itu selepas berehat, insyaAllah |
