[News] Jang Geunsuk-Lee Hongki-Park Shinhye’s Project Group “A.N.JELL”, To Make Their First Performance
A mini concert will be held before the airing of the new SBS Wed-Thu drama “You’re Beautiful“.
Thiswill be the first performance of the band “A.N.JELL“, consisting of the4 main casts – Jang Geunsuk, Park Shinhye, Lee Hongki and Jung Yonghwaof the drama “You’re Beautiful“, which is stated to air on 7th October.
Themini concert will be held at Melon-Ax Hall in Gwangjang-dong, Seoul on20th September at 5pm. It will last for 2 hours. Besides A.N.JELL,other performing artistes include FT Island, Might Mouth and 4minute.
Scenesof “A.N.JELL” in concert will be used in the drama and for thispurpose, there is a surprise event in which netizens are invited to bethe audience for this concert. Tickets are open for applicationcurrently at the official homepage of “You’re Beautiful“. There is atotal of 300 tickets and 2 tickets will be given per successfulapplication. Application closing dateline is 16th September.

Thenew SBS drama “You Are Handsome” is planning on holding a mini-concertbefore its official unveiling. The star-studded cast consisting of JangGeun Suk, Park Shin Hye, Jung Yong Ha and FT Island’s Lee Hong Ki areplanning to unite as a project group under the name of Angel to give aspecial performance on September 20th.
In this drama, there is ascene in which the band Angel performs at a concert. So, by invitingnetizens to be the guests at this special event, the production staffis hoping to create a sense of realism.
Angel’s mini-concert will be held at the AX Hall in Seoul with special guests FT Island, Might Mouth and 4Minute.

Jang Geun-seok gets into character for You're Beautiful

Inthe new Hong sisters trendy drama You’re Beautiful [미남이시네요], JangGeun-seok (Beethoven Virus) shows a bright, charming personality as theteam leader of a budding idol group of aspiring teen pop stars. (Thedrama’s title is also a play on the name of the character played byPark Shin-hye, and can also be read as “You’re Mi-nam.”)
Thedrama held its first poster and promo shoot on the 11th, and featuredJang’s co-stars Park Shin-hye, Kim In-kwon, UEE, Bae Geu-rin, LeeHong-ki, Jung Yong-hwa, and Choi Su-eun.
As we know, JangGeun-seok has an interest in music as well as acting and has put outmultiple digital singles, which is why it comes as no surprise that hesays, “This is a drama I really wanted to do. I received the synopsisearlier this year and have been immersed in this project since then. Irehearsed with musical instruments a lot, and read the script andanalyzed the character seriously.”
This is also his first timebeing the eldest of the cast: “In my other dramas, I was always theyoungest, but this time I’m the big brother so I feel a strong sense ofresponsibility.
