Kim Bum at fan signing event for Bonjuk’s 7th Anniversary
To commemorate Bonjuk's 7th year anniversary, they arranged for their CF model and actor, Kim Bumtohave a fan signing session this morning, 12th September attheirMyeondong outlet. 200 lucky customers turned up to get a signedBonjukposter, with Kim Bum's picture.
It was a shame that Kim So Eun, who is alsoBonjuk's CF model, wasn't asked along for this event which would havemade it hotter.
And for those who still miss the So Yi Jeong ♥ Chu Ga Eul couple.
Despite initially stating that there were no issues with Kim So Eun'swithdrawal from 4th Period Murder Mystery movie in June, the productioncompany, Sway Entertainment has now backtracked on that decision andhave filed a lawsuit against Kim So Eun.
Sway Entertainmentfiled a lawsuit with the Seoul Central Court on 22nd September, askingfor Kim So Eun to return all appearance fees paid to her during thefilming of the movie and compensation for her backing out of thecontract.
The lawsuit stated that Sway Entertainment had givenKim So Eun 40 million KRW as appearance fees. But due to fatique andscheduling conflicts, Kim So Eun had to drop the movie role in themiddle of filming. Sway Entertainment claimed that although Kim So Eunsaid that she was exhausted, she still went on to film a MV for 8Eightand appear at other events, and thus failed to adhere to terms asstated in the contract.
N.O.A Entertainment expressed disbelief,"Filming for the movie was already 80% completed and then they changedthe director suddenly, forcing the movie to be reshot again. But wecouldn't comply with that as that would interfere with So Eun'sschedule for The Man Who Can't Marry. And after discussions, we decidedto let So Eun drop out of the movie and we thought everything wasalready settled then."
N.O.A Entertainment added, "They areobviously trying to shift the blame onto someone. We were onlyfollowing what has already been planned beforehand for Kim So Eun. Ifthe need arises, we will file a counter lawsuit against them."
Newbieactress Kang Sora stepped in for Kim So Eun after the latter opted out,while Yoo Seung Ho continued filming for the movie.
And an extra tidbit, the movie bombed at the box office.
Actress Kim So Eun sends her greetings as the Chuseok weekend approaches. Except for the recent lawsuit, Kim So Eun has completed an amazing half of the year.
She was part of KBS's "The Iron Empress" where she played the younger version of Chae Si Ra and that small role gave her a big start. She then snatched a part in Boys Over Flowers where she played the love interest of Kim Bum. With the success of that drama on KBS as well, she got involved with a third KBS drama titled, The Man Who Can't Get Married. Now that her latest project has ended, she is taking a break from her hectic schedule.
She said, "I've been exercising, reading and relaxing. 5 days ago, I got my driver's license! I'm so happy, it took me a month to get it."
She looked very beautiful and proper in her yellow and pink hanbok. Thecolors of the traditional dress were as bubbly as her personality. Shementioned that it has been some time since she's worn a hanbok. Shementioned, "When I wear hanbok, it's a bit awkward and uncomfortable. But I get to wear it for a special occasion, so it's nice."
Every year she goes to grandma's house in Daejeon, but her grandmotherwill be coming to Seoul this year. She grew up in her grandma's armsand was disappointed in herself that she could not visit her oftenbecause of her busy schedules. Kim So Eun mentioned that she is waitingpatiently to see her grandmother.
She spoke of her family, "I barely have any girl familymembers, I have lots of guy family members. I always hung out with theguys eating sweet potato and all. I also did many chores for my grandmagrowing up such as making the fire. I love the countryside but thechores are hard!"
Kim So Eun says she can't believe how fast time flies. It doesn't feelreal to her that her birthday is in a few months. She says after youreach the age of 20, time goes by twice as fast but she's happy shecompleted a goal by getting her driver's license. How about being in 3tv shows in half a year? Isn't that a normal goal for an actress?
She finished by saying, "For the rest of the year, I want tolearn to dance and learn some English. I am on break from school rightnow but I definitely want to return next year. I only have 3 monthsleft in 2009, so I won't be doing anything exciting. I want to end thisyear on a good note."
Kim So Eun sure is a beauty in that hanbok. Hopefully school won't be the only thing she concentrates on next year.
It looks like similar fashion among known celebrity becomes rampantnowadays.. It is not just Kim So Eun and Kim Bum but the other KoreanF4 and T-Max member Kim Joon and Kim So Eun has the same fate too...Soit look like they are caught in a love triangle not just in fanmadeMoirai movie but also in fashion too??
So Be wary guys this may lead to something more interesting!!!

In"Sea of sister", Kim So Eun played younger version of JeongHee, whomyounger version of Kang DongShin (SungMin) liked. SungMin was called"sweet pumpkin" and he got it after acting in this drama and JeongHee(SoEun) is the girl whom he asked to make sweet pumpkin for him .

After“The Man Who Can’t Get Married” ended, Kim So Eun has been getting somemuch deserved break. During this time, she has been exercising,reading, and resting. So Eun says, “I got my driver’s license 5 daysago. It took me a month, but I’m very happy about it.”
So Eunlooks very stunning in a hanbok. After she finished shooting for“Empress Chun Chu”, she hasn’t had a chance to wear a hanbok. She saysthat, “It’s still a little awkward to wear a hanbok, and it’suncomfortable. However it’s a new feeling when I wear it during theholidays.”
Every year during the holidays, So Eun would visither grandmother in Daejeon. But this year her grandmother came toSeoul. So Eun was brought up by her grandmother, but last year shecould not visit her during Chuseok, so they have been counting down thedays when they would meet agian.
So Eun says, “I have almost nogirl relatives, but I have a lot of boy relatives. I remember bakingand eating sweet potatoes with my oppas in the countryside, andwatching the pot for my grandmother. It’s fun going to the countryside,but now that I think about it, the work is tiring.”
So Euncannot believe how fast time went by. She says that time will go twiceas fast after you turn 20. She smiles saying that she has completed agoal in 2009 by getting her driver’s license.
In the remainderof 2009, So Eun wants to learn dancing and study English. She is on atemporarily leave from her university right now, but next year she willresume for sure. She hopes the next 3 months will go smoothly and endthe year joyfully.
