Diorang ENT dekat university hospital , not KKM hospital. They're primarily academicians who also practice clinically.Takde masalah lah cuti bersama.
And besides, it's the weekend kot. ENT clinic ( as is all other clinics) kat hospital tak bukak weekend. Papehal , ENT MOs yang oncall la handle cases.
Kalau tak reti nak manage jugak , baru telephone second or third call which usually are the specialist / consultant.

Kalau personal FB account, I tak paham kenapa nak kena letak Dr.
Tapi kalau "public figure" FB account tu I macam , ok lah boleh terima, especially if the doctor tu jenis yg melayan/ bagi pendapat .
TAPI.......
The top gun, Director General of Health , Dato' Noor Hisham Abdullah pun tak letak "Dr" kat his FB handle uols...
So....renung renungkanlah . Hahaha. JK .. Sukati la u nak letak ke tak, ain't nobody got time to argue that.
BTW, utmost respect for this man. Would be very sad to lose him. Eventhough misai mcm Hitler, achievement mu tetap menjadi pujaan hatiku
