The boys of idol group SHINee (Onew, Key, Jonghyun, Minho, and Taemin) recently participated in a special pictorial for Star Hwabo entitled SHINee’s One Fine Day.
The pictorial focuses on SHINee’s theme of their new song Lucifer,showing off a more mature and radiant side. The shoot also focuses onthe hot summer season, so we’ll see the boys sporting some fancy and attractive clothing.

SHINee’s Minho won’t be dancing to ‘Lucifer’ again this week!
A while ago, SHINee’s Minho injured his leg while filming for KBS2TV’s Dream Team Season 2. Due to the injury, Minho was unable to dance on SHINee’s Lucifer comeback performance stage, as well as team performances last week – he sang sitting in a chair.
Unfortunately, Minho will have to refrain from dancing in thisweek’s team performances as well. But no fret, his recovery is comingalong. A representative from SM Entertainment informed Newsen through a phone call that “Minho will perform this week sitting on a chair again” and that “hisinjury has gotten better, but due to the intense dance steps, it wasdecided that his leg was still not well enough. Because we believedthat his health comes first, we decided to keep him from dancing thistime around.”
Let’s all keep our fingers crossed for Minho’s rapid recovery so that he can join SHINee in future dynamic performances!
Doesn’t this make you wonder how awesome the Lucifer dance performance will be when Minho comes back? I sure want to find out soon!

[News] F(x)’s Krystal and SHINee’s Onew to Host This Week’s Music Core!
After SNSD’s Yuri and Tiffany left the MC position in Music Core, who do you think will replace them?
For the upcoming live airing of Music Core on August 7th, f(x)’sKrystal and SHINee’s Onew will host together. However, they will beworking as daily MCs, not permanent.
A staff member revealed, “Krystal and Onew will be taking the place ofSNSD’s Tiffany and Yuri, who have taken their leave as the show’spermanent MCs. They will not be permanent, but just a daily MC.”
They added, “For the time being, we will continue having special daily MCs for Music Core.”

SM Entertainment releases Apple application for SMTOWN LIVE ‘10
Well it’s not quite the SHINee application that fans were hoping for, but its still a pretty nifty application, especially for fans going to the upcoming SMTOWN LIVE ‘10, or simply for fans of SM artists.
On August 4th, SM Entertainment, together with STCube Inc,. have launched an application called SM TOWN.It’s a perfect companion tool for those who will be heading down toSMTOWN LIVE ‘10, and it contains pictures and intros from selected SMartists, concert introductions, CF video, support tools (light sticks,flash cards, record your fanchants, etc) and more.
To get this application, which comes in at 18.1 MB, and is FREE onto your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad, you can click on this link or simply do a search for “SMTOWN” at the AppStore.
With SMTOWN LIVE ‘10 also heading to Shanghai, Tokyo and LosAngeles, you would think they might create different language versionsof this application.
The upcoming "SMTOWN LIVE '10 World Tour In Seoul" concert featuringnumerous SM artists including BoA, Girls' Generation and Super Juniorwill be one of great scale and length.
Agency SM Entertainment(SM) announced in a press release on Thursday that the joint worldtour, which includes stops in Los Angeles, Tokyo, Shanghai and othermajor Asian cities, will be about six hours long and feature a total ofsome 80 songs by the artists.
"SMTOWN LIVE" boasts a line-upof the biggest stars in the Korean pop scene who are represented bymajor talent house SM including Kangta, U-Know Yunho, Max Changmin,SHINee, f(x) and TRAX.
The concert will feature exclusive duet performances that will only be shown at "SMTOWN LIVE"; a joint performance by TVXQ members U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin, BoA and Key(of boy band SHINEE), Kyuhyun (Super Junior) and Seohyun (Girls'Generation), and sisters Jessica (Girls' Generation) and Krystal off(x).
In addition, actors Kim Min-jong, Ara and Lee Yeon-hee will also be performing at the event.
"SMTOWN LIVE" concert kicks off in Seoul on August 21, at 4 p.m., at Olympic Stadium.

A fan’s first priority is usually the health of his/her idol. Andwhy not? Summer has brought all of us kpop fans true delights, from Taeyang’s album Solar to Miss A’s debut success with Bad Girl Good Girl to SHINee’s eye-catching Lucifer.But summer also means more concerns over dehydration and heat strokefor many of Korea’s hardworking celebrities that are struggling tobalance health with work.
So, which idols can expect baskets of healthy (home-made and edible) food the rest of this summer?
From July 27th to August 2nd, the music portal Bugs held a poll titled “Singer you most want to make healthy foods for?” The results are in, and the verdict is thus: SHINee’s Minho, took first place with 48.2%.
A while back, Minho injured his leg on KBS2TV’s Dream Team Season 2. Netizens responded to this injury with words of care and sincere support such as: “Minho, you have to get better soon so the five of you can standon stage together again! If you can really do this for me, I’ll buy aneel and visit you!” (eels are deemed healthy food.) “Please eat lots of healthy food and get better soon!”
Second place went to IU, the OST Queen. Netizens said affectionately that it was because “IU needs to eat well and study hard!” and “it must be because I am the same age as IU, but I think she is so cute. I really want to feed her good healthy food.”

SHINee’s second full length album, Lucifer, has already sold over 100,000 copies.
Not many singers in Korea ever sell this many copies of one album, so this is a big accomplishment for SHINee.
The group sold 28135 copies online, and they sold 80131 copies instores. That means they totaled 108,266 copies, which is amazingconsidering that the album was released on July 19th.
Their company sunbaes, Super Junior and SNSD, have already reached thispoint of success, so it must feel good for the boys to follow theirsunbaes footsteps.
Their first full length album sold 113,690 copies, and they’re already about to pass that record with this new one.
