kalau 'lari', saya outdoor je u.
jalan2 kat area rumah ni je.
dlm rumah ni sekangkang kera je u. lambat pula nak dpt 5km.

sbb dia kata, kalau nak dia jd trainer, kena ikut betul2 plan dia which is saya rasa sgt tough.
kena buat sit up la
jumping jack la
lagi apa yea, lupa pula
then all nak kena record as evidence saya ikut training dia.
tak kuasalah nak rekod2 masa tgh exercise.

Ok, awk try ikut plan saye plak....first 2 weekends run 2 laps without interval...
second 2 weekend run 5 laps withaout interval...
third 2 weekends run 10 laps without interval...
after that, run as far as u can....huhuhu.....
