My fren tu mcm breakdown kejap..eczema dia tiba tiba melarat ke kaki ...sy tengok merah..i feel very sad sbb i pun xboleh nak buat apa. i can only be shoulder to cry on. hmmm so at the same time i feel very grateful dugaan tu x kena pada kita. But i guess masing masing akan ada dugaan masing masing. Anak syurga tu kan? a blessing indeed.

hai korang!! how's your week? cuti sekolah dah hampir habis..
iols seminggu focus melayan anak cuti skolah... i staycation kat KL je 6 hari ni... penat, tp rasa sangat quality time dgn anak... siang hari gi jenjalan (gi museum, gi zoo, gi aquaria, petrosains, naik skybridge & level 86 klcc)... gi pavilion, gi klcc
petang (heols nak makan chilis and masuk toys r us je sbnrnya, tempat lain dia LETIH... so actually i didnt get to shop anything for myself... semua kedai yang dia nak masuk je.. chait...
balik dari jenjalan tu, weols sediakan bubble bath with essential oil (pakai bath bombs yang beli dekat il puro atau LUSH tu je)... and kasi dia mandi dengan dinosaurs dia.. since pool hotel kena SOP strict (kena book slot and limited time)... so i layan dia mandi bath tub je with plenty of bubbles... nasib baik anak i jenis tak complaint sgt.. ahhahaha redha je dia |

beli lah.. skechers bagus protect your knee.. brisk walk target 10k daily.. make sure stretching kaki lepas tu 5 minit pun dah cukup sbb brisk walking is low impact exercise

utk brisk walk target 10k or light running later on (5km - 10km), pakai skechers dah cukup.. tp kalo u dah gradually able to run more than 10 km, i would suggest u beli asics... sbb dia ada gel technology utk protect knee... for medium - high impact exercise, u kena invest sedikit utk lindungi lutut, kasut brooks or aasics elok, tp rega laa RM 800 -1000... for now, better u buat brisk walk, until dapat BMI around 23, boleh start running... oh ya before start running regularly, u kena train core muscle jugak... buat plank, dynamic plank, abs exercise... strong core will protect your body from any injury due to regular exercise or repeated activities

semlm 31 mar last day husband i kt opis dia sbb kontrak dia x disambung
perasaan i adalah i happy sbb company dia yg tu xde hala tuju tapi dlm masa yg sama i takut sbb dia belum ada keje lain lagi.. ni baru nk start job hunting semula
i harap sgt dia dpt keje best2 gaji best2 majikan best env best sbb sblm ni dia keje company biasa2 je dan xgrow sgt..i harap rezeki kerjaya dia akan lebih baik lepas ni. insyaallah |

how's your emergency savings? ada tak untuk 6 bulan survival? boleh contact EIS kot utk dpt duit elaun selama 6 bulan.. kena tunjuk proof of job loss, and tunjuk usaha cari kerja.. ni kawan i citer lah, and mmg dia dapat elaun tu.. at least dpt meringankan commitment |
